Labubuness... When Nadine C saw some post of Eciggity stock of Labubu the curiosity just had to have me see what exactly they had and gosh I wasn't prepared for what I saw. Located in Pearl Kai Shopping Center near T-Mobile where parking is free and easy with so many available I can almost see from the outside window the inventory which is a little corner of the shop a huge variety of Pop Mart items. Yes they have the Labubu blind boxes of various bag charms and figurines along with clothing it's a one stop shop for the elusive monster that I'm falling in love with. Along with Disney, Dimoo World, and Sonny Angel just to name a few some super rare are also available like Mokoko...never knew but is super cute and really had me wanting it more than I'd like to admit along with clothing to dress them up is founder as well. The staff are very knowledgeable as well though it's not their inventory but another vendor which is why it's all cash for payment and luckily I didn't have that much cash on me so I just enjoyed my browse. Shopping at Pearl Kai Shopping Center in Aiea, O'ahu, Hawai'i... I saw Labubus on an Instagram post which directed us to Eciggity. I didn't even know how to pronounce the name of this shop. Irene said it's E-sig-it-ee... like an E-cigarette. Ohhh... Yes, it's basically a vape shop with a vendor who accepts cash or venmo only. In the corner, there's a shelf of Labubus and other blind boxes. On the wall, there are Labubu outfits and accessories! Wow! Everything was cute, but the prices were a bit high. Heading home to the West side from town, I decided to stop by Aiea Shopping Center to feed and old addiction... Guri Guri (aka "soft serve") from Samurai Snack Shop (right next door to this business). Parking is always a slight struggle at this mall, but patience will get you a conveniently located stall. I'm not sure exactly what it is but every time I'm in this parking lot I get just a tiny bit of anxiety. I exited my vehicle and walked eagerly toward Samurai; happily, I noticed this new-ish e-cig shop! I was in need of a box for my "cbd" cartridges... conveniently, this place happens to be here! A surprise, as it was not there the last time I visited this mall but... NICE! I had a very short interaction with the employees so I can't say for sure how I feel about the service. It seemed about average; nothing to write home about but again I'm not the best judge because I was only in there for a few minutes. I did ask several questions and the staff was responsive. I distinctly remember seeing a sign stating that they do not allow vaping in the shop. It has literally been years since I have been in this type of establishment because I no longer vape. However, that sign was a surprise to me because most of the vape shops I have ever visited were filled with smoke (here's looking at you Volcano)... It's not smoke though, it's vapor! Has the law changed? Is this just a "them" thing? There were 2 employees standing behind the counter to the right as I walked in, they greeted me as I was the only customer. Upon entering, I couldn't help but notice the huge variety of vape pens?? Boxes? What are they actually called nowadays anyway? The store is clean and bright, and clearly kept an excellent order. There are a wide variety of liquid nicotine offerings. It appears that whatever is going on in the back stockroom is a big deal! It also appears that they have a lot of inventory on hand of..... whatever it is they keep back there! I distinctly remember a young woman looking out at me as I peeked in (from the cash register stand), in wonderment. No smile or anything, this is serious business! The box I picked up for my cartridges was $30. It works well, I really like it. The one I purchased was $5 more than the older version. I was told that it heats up faster. It is compact, black (no other colors offered), it has a smooth touch surface (no finger prints or peeling paint), it is easy to use, and seems to be of good quality. First time coming here and it blows. Skinny local guy sold me the wrong vape because he listened to half of what I said. I asked for the cheapest vape option that takes caliburn g2 coils. I only use mesh coils on purpose because the flavor is better. He sold me a vaporesso vape, which doesn't take g2 coils. This vape tastes absolutely disgusting. I opened the package in the store and the guy told me they can't take it back because policy says they can't resell it. Where does it say that? You sold me the wrong vape?? They have signs posted around the store about policy about disposables and vape juices but nothing about reusables. So what policy? No exchange, no refund for an employee screwing up. Obviously this place doesn't care about customers, only profit. The vape only comes with one pod which lasts about a week. Then it's $16 for a 4 pack of new pods on top of a $26 vape. For a vape that's known to have leak issues at that. Everything here is overpriced like crazy. They're moving to pearl ridge and will have to compete with volcano. Good luck. Was a frequent shopper here. Spent 40-60 bucks every week on disposables. I actually had an experience last month with a defective puff bar and came in 2 days later and they replaced it with a new one no questions asked. This time I didn't get that same treatment from the same dude! I came in on July 3rd Friday and bought a puff bar and 2 other items. I saved the puff bar for last since they die quicker. I opened it this morning 07/07 Tuesday to find it not firing at all as soon as I opened the packaging. Came in after work and the same guy who returned my product the first time said I cannot return it since it's 4 days past purchase date. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a simple replacement since they sold me a product that didn't even work. I guess loyal customers mean nothing to them ‍ time to find a new shop I guess. read more

I first visited Eciggity in Aiea, a couple of months ago and bought a tank. After cleaning it, my mod wouldn't recognize the coil/tank anymore. Went in 5/22/2022 and Jude helped me. I have visited this vape shop twice now and have had great experiences on both. Since this shop is right next to Times in Aiea, it's really convenient for me to stop by. The space is pretty big, kind of looks a bit like a vape lounge. The parking garage has 3 levels so there's lots of spaces. At the time I was on the hunt for a rose gold mod for some reason and this was where my hunt came to an end. A cute rose gold aspire mod is what I chose. I'm not one of those cloud chasers so high wattage is not my game. I just basically need something to keep me occupied. Since giving up cigarettes years ago, I just need to keep my hands busy. While I was here I also picked up some coils for my previous vape and 0 nicotine juice. Everything purchased was very reasonable. This is where I come when I have to buy on island, but I I tend to just buy online. It's way cheaper, and you can read reviews/research before you buy instead of trusting clueless people.... Most of these guys don't even know what they're talking about. They only vape pod systems and can't even make good recommendations. I've had a couple bad experiences here, and I'm finally going to post a negative review. I came in today wanting a new "iced" flavor and asked for recommendations that were cooling but didn't have that menthol taste. They sat there and argued with me for 5 minutes about how menthol and iced are the same thing and even said that you only taste the menthol depending on how they make it (there's little chips in it one guy said, LOL). I tried to mention that companies use different ingredients to make it just iced (like WS-23) they just kept saying it's menthol. My hubby and I literally have a container full of various flavors, so we don't mind spending the money if the flavors are good. Since Eciggity was close, we'd figured we'd give it a try. We asked for a menu and you could definitely tell we'd never been before. The guy who was "helping" us just sat there watching us (he did answer our questions though). There was another worker that walked in, but he never said a word to us (just stared at us making us feel uncomfortable). I inquired if their rewards program was with FiveStars. He said no, but that's about it. We wont return for a few reasons: 1. If you know a customer is new, it would help to ask questions to know what kind of flavors they like...that way, you can make suggestions. 2. The prices were a bit expensive, and the viscosity of the liquids were....meh (not good, not bad). 3. We felt very uncomfortable; we didn't looks suspicious, weren't loud, or anything of that nature. I came here a lot for one thing and only one thing. The juice they have. They have pretty unbeatable prices especially for the size of the bottles. You can pretty much get a 100 ml for 20 bucks. So if the prices are better than everyone else why the two stars? This js why. Before I found a new shop to go to, i would come here pretty frequently. I try my best not to vape so much and I don't nearly as much as I used to. So I would only pop by here like once every two to three weeks for juice. One night on a weekday I drove over after work. Traffic was ass as usual so it took a pretty long time to get back to aiea. My house is about a 5 minute drive west of eciggity. However to get to my place from east I don't take the aiea exit i take the waimalu/pearl city one. I figured I had enough time to get here since it was only about 7:40 and they close at 8. I know thats cutting it close but I got there and pulled on the door 7:50 pm... it was locked. There was two people inside by the register. The windows are tinted but they seen me. I wait to see if anyone will open the door. Technically you all are not closed yet. NOPE! They completely ignored me and just put their hears down and pretended they didn't see me. Seriously? This is probably one of the rudest things I've ever encountered as far as customer service. There's been way worse yeah, but this is pretty up there. This is what I would like to say to Eciggity, if you guys are listening you guys only had to deal with me every once in a great while. It was the only time I ever showed up late and it wasn't even my fault there was traffic. It's not like I purposely took long to get here or something, you know i used to talk highly of this store but I take it all back. I would give one star but I mean whatever they have cheap juice so if you guys want to risk getting the doors shut on you 10 minutes early or maybe even sooner go and take the risk. SIDE NOTE: I only ever use card and if they ever paid any attention they'd remember so it's not like they would have to re-count the register or do anything. literally. I walked in and not one of the 4 people there greeted me because no one wanted to get off their phones. I was clearly having a hard time looking through their selection and no one offered me any help. When I walked up to ask for help, they seemed irritated they had to help me. But while the worker went into the back to get what I wanted, a younger and fairly attractive woman walked in with a dog and everyone quickly put their phones down and got up to offer her help. I had ran out of juice and had stopped by this place because I just had gotten done from Times. I went in and they have so many flavors. It's always so difficult finding a good flavor. The guy was pretty nice. He told me that I was able to just drop the testers on my finger to try it. So I did that a couple times and I was overwhelmed. I couldn't choose. I've been a customer of Volcano ecigs for about 5 years now. I needed to replace my filter and saw that eciggity was only 3 mins away from my home so I figured I try them out as I needed a quick replacement and was in a rush. I was informed that eciggity no longer carries the filter I use BUT was recommended to buy a new tank instead. The new tank looks frickkn sick on my vape and it came with 3 filters! Also, it came out cheaper than what I would've spent at Volcano ecigs! I also got some juice that is waaaaaay bigger than what I get at Volcanos and it's the same price. I always go to this place. they have the best prices, selection, and customer service. The staff is very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all their products. I have yet to come across another vape shop that has as large as a selection for all vape juice, disposable vapes, and mods unlike this store. Their online website is great too! If you live on the island and order online, shipping takes only a day sometimes! The vibe in this place is super chill, and the staff treats you like friends here.
