Went down here like a week ago and I got to say the guys here are really friendly helpful and even saved me from buying something I'd really regret later because 3 days ago a friend of mine complaint about how he just bought this certain item and already it's messed up.. told him he should of went here and get help...lol... I highly recommend these guys too on saving you on juices.. read more

I give this place 1 star only because the price of their items are a bit cheaper then many vape shops. But you get what you pay for with the poor customer service. Yes they greet you when you come in and that's about it. But they're not to the point where they'll approach you when you're not at the "juice bar" area. I've been to this shop multiple times and it's the same service every time. The only plus side is you can purchase online and pick up in store. As I was reading other people's review I guess I wasn't the only one who felt this way about the service. Rather then engaging with us to help us find the type of ejuice it's more of waiting for you to decide what you want out of their huge selection. If you know what you want and want to just be in and out this is the place for you. Other then that if you come in and need the advice and help with things the guys who work here would make it as if it's an inconvenience that you need help with choosing things. read more

Good shop cheap. Friendly guys! These people know their vapes and will tell you everything including juices.

Affordable and very knowledgeable employees. Prices are way cheaper than other vape stores

Come here all the time, yet I've never done a review. I come here for all my ecig devices and ecig juice. They haven't disappointed me yet as other places have. read more

I walked into eciggity and no one welcomed me or even acknowledged that I was there. Terrible customer service. Just terrible. I was planning to buy a new set up, but decided to choose another shop instead. Guess they didn't want my money! read more

Awesome Customer Service!!! Bought a Smok Alien Mod about a month ago, which was working great up until last night. Brought it in today to get some help with it, they went ahead and just have me a new one no questions asked. I highly recommend this place, they just gained my exclusive business. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! i purchased a puff plus and it was not authenticity. flavor wasn't the same as usual and wasn't able to get a refund or a get a new one. read more

Hands down the greatest place to get your fix! Friendly and willing to help you out. Wide variety of whatever you're looking for, and a great support center! Best service out of all the other shops I went to ! read more

A ton of flavors to choose from. From fruity to creamy they have it all. Coils, mods, tanks are affordable too. One of the cheaper vape stores on oahu. read more

I go here all the time but the last time guessed I asked too many questions???!!! seems like the person was irritated or something what I don't get is how are you gonna work retail and not help your customers who want to spend money when they ask questions if that was my employee they would've been fired if you don't like your job find another one read more

Great ecig products at reasonable prices. Many flavors of juices to choose from! I go there for their house made juices which are 100ml bottles for $20 and have great flavor. They have pretty much everything you need for your mod. I got everything to build my rda in one go. The store is very clean and has a modern style. The service is fast and friendly but leaves a little to desire. Great place to chill and vape giant dank clouds. read more

Visited this shop for the 1st time today. I purchased a coil master kit earlier in the day from Volcano. Come to find out, the same kit was over $20 cheaper here! Looking forward to trying some juices from here (and save $) in the near future! read more

Cheapest place or should I say cheapest place!! So cheap! HoW cheapp ? Cheap!! The best the best. How cheap? Cheap lmao soooo cheap I wished I lived in aiea!! I'd spill my juice to buy another bottle hahahahahahha read more

Bought from this company online and their customer service is A1. My tank that I bought from them got stuck after juicing it for the first time and not only did they offer to fix it but they also paid for me to ship it back. They fixed it and shipped it back to me along with a free bottle of juice. The product itself was not the greatest but there are definitely good people behind this company. Will definitely be buying from these guys again. read more

Poor customer service. They lost another customer today! There's plenty of other vape stores that know how to treat customer's.

The associate that assisted me acted like I was inconveniencing him. If you didn't want to be at work, don't show up.

Vince Tran delivered superior customer service and really went above and beyond. They will definitely be my first store to shop when I want a new tank or something of the sort. Thank you Vince (and eciggity, for having Vince on your team)! read more

I rarely review products or services online (my first on yelp), but Vince from Eciggity helped me with a lost online order. I placed an order and the USPS lost it on the way to the states. Eciggity was more than helpful with a replacement order which got delivered today. I recommend this place and plan to order from them in the future. Fantastic customer service. Thanks! read more

9/22/2016 UPDATE-- I've decided to give this place another chance, hoping the service would've changed since the last time, plus they had a sale on a mod so why not? :) This was about a week ago. My SO and I walked in, there were two other customers but still, all employees greeted us. There were 2 guys behind the counter, one with a black shirt and one with a white tank (sorry, I'm really bad with names). There was a couple other girls working but they were busy going in and out of the back, later I realized they were getting ready for the mail man to pick up these huge bags they had dragged out. Anyway, the guy with the white tank helped us. He immediately walked over to us as we approached the counter. He was very helpful and super informative on which tank would be best. He then gave tips as we were putting together the tank which was very helpful. All the workers were super friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you Ecigggity!! read more

I've ordered from these guys online a few times. Due to traffic I'm rarely on that side. Today I went inside and was instantly greeted. Very helpful staff. Showed me a couple items and recommended some amazing in house juices. I picked up the items I needed and was very happy with my purchases. These guys are great. Will probably buy a giant tank I saw the employee using. read more

Love the prices, awesome and very friendly staff members compared to other vape shops.

Juice prices not bad. Everything else...eBay is way cheaper and the guy I bought my snow wolf from charged me 10 dollars plus...no sign says if I get the golf one...so clarity is an issue with the store and it's website...always read the hidden messages...lol... tried to do the local thing and help out a business but I didn't even get a discount for trying to shop local..lol Ebay wins.... read more

My Favorite Vape shop on island. Customer service has definitely improved since the negative reviews from a few moths back. Their online department was extremely helpful when I placed an order and accidentally had it shipped instead of in store pick up. Also the staff inside was also helpful with answering any question I had. Their prices are the best on island. read more

I've been to about 10-15 different vape shops on Oahu & I've only been here once because i needed e-juice to hold me over until my mail order came in but $20 for 100ml in-house juice was a steal...That's cheaper than what i pay online & the flavor was on point...I got a bottle of Fruity Loops (like the cereal) & it was spot on...I usually like my juice straight 100% VG but theirs is 80%VG 20%PG & that lil amount of PG makes up the flavor & the clouds were still setting my smoke alarms off...I will most definitely be returning here to get more juice once i run out of the mail order that finally came...If you're ever in the Aiea area then u should hit this place up...They are right next to Times in Aiea Shopping Center...Oh & mahaloz for answering every question i had & jus being some cool ass peeps...#eciggityjuiceisbombdiggity read more

I'll travel a little further to go to these guys. Customer service and prices blow volcano out of the water. For the same exact product, you're looking at a 10 or 20 dollar difference. The parking lot there is frustrating but that's not the shops fault. Central location is nice. read more

Always has great price on eliquids and devices. Helpful and friendly staff.

Was looking for a specific mod and they had it! And cheaper than everyone else! Super friendly and helpful staff!

I placed an order 3 days ago, and just found that it got picked up yesterday. That's a little too long for the $70+ I spent there.

walked in asked about a few tanks the dude that worked there kinda had an attitude than when I asked about some batteries it seemed to bother him when I asked to look at it.... then tells me I don't get what your looking for on the battery so I told him to see if there was a continuous discharge rate listed on the label since some manufacturers list max. discharge on the box don't think he liked my answer .... anyways at least there prices are good.... just some of the workers are not to helpful and don't seem to Knowledgeable on items they sell.... so if your going there do your research first.... like I said there prices are good some of the staff suck to deal with.... read more

i asked them if they took suggetions and to carry the brand "keep it " let the counter guy sampo em from my alien vs. predator sex mod and he loved my "blue slushii" falkas had it in stock within a couple weeks. love the consideration because this liquid he sampo was from tennessee. now they definitely the only ten i see for my liquid! big ups to you bullehz #righton read more

Modern clean shop lots to choose from. Staff is always friendly and helpful plus their prices are reasonable.

I love that i can order my eliquid and supplies and receive them in the mail 1 or 2 days later. I don't live near any vape shops so it's easier for me to order online. They are wonderful at getting ur order out fast! read more
