Volcano eCigs is located in the downtown part of the Pearlridge shopping center. It's a kiosk next to B Sweets. I went with a friend to get an E cig kit and some liquids. Fortunately enough, I decided to check in and received an offer for: 10% off $50+ purchase. The staff didn't realize that this offer existed but did what they could to honor it. I thought that was pretty cool. There's lots to choose from when it comes to the actual vaping device or mod. My friend got a pink pen looking one which was the last one they had of that kind ATM. Rick was the sales associate who helped with this purchase. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the products. He helped to make the right decision rather than just making a sale. He was very informative. Liquids: there are tons to choose from with different nicotine levels. There were bottles that started at 0 and worked it's way up to like 32 or something around there. With the specific vaping device, it was recommended to get a 6 or 8. Looking at the flavors and thinking about how they would taste made me want to start vaping lol. Overall the experience was very good. Hey have great customer service and reasonable prices. Ugggh, the frustration. Came here to hopefully get a refund or exchange on my disposable LUCID AIR which supposedly gives 5000 puffs. This would be my second purchase of this vape and I bought it 10/15 and called the next afternoon letting them know something was wrong. Spoke to associate twice, letting them know it had a bubbly sound and the hit was weaker than my old vape that had an almost dead battery. All he said was shake it around and check the holes. Then 2 hours later it totally STOPPED working. So, I showed up to the kiosks to see if there was anything they could do. So for all the issues I dealt with, they could only give me a $7 discount. The vape itself was almost $30. I was honestly so disappointed that they couldn't help more. I don't blame the employee working but that damn management that priced this DISPOSABLE vape so high and it DOESN'T EVEN WORK, they could do something better than that damn 20 minutes BS rule they have. Woah so many bad reviews! It's kind of sad! I think the bad reviews are from before they had one line for liquids and accessories and one line for starter kits. I'm not going to lie. I was stupid and accidentally washed my volcano with my clothes. Luckily for me the nice people at volcano helped me out. I've been there a bunch of times for accessories and liquids and haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes. These people are fast and friendly!! When I first bought my volcano they were super informative and told me what I would need to do. Then I went to buy liquid. I was really surprised that they let me try some of the flavors. Right now I have kiwi and sweet tart! Did you know that you can get an awesome discount if your military? Just make sure you bring an I'd! Great place to pick up supplies and vape liquid refills. Came here just to look, Todd the manager is usually there to help out my boyfriend so he's usually our go to. Went one day so that we could get back into vaping, asked for Todd and one of the other employees (man with blond & black ponytail type of hair) was very rude ! Asked when Todd would be in (not knowing they can't give out that info) and he gave a very sarcastic remark. Not even asking to see if he could help us out or relay the message. Really frustrating. Bought a starter kit from Brandy. She also sold me 2 extra bottle of juice. After viligiantly priming the device she said it was good and I drove home. Within an hour the vapor started tasting horrid. Like straight burning metal. I called as soon as I got home and was told to come back. When I went back she told me it was assembled too tight. Um...she assembled it. And she sold me a box of coils to replace the burned coil. I noticed it was very hard to pull air through the new coil. An employee tried and even though I could see them struggling they said it was fine. I sat there for 5 minutes watching as they poked it and finally said it was OK. I figured maybe these devices were always so troublesome. I took it home and primed it four to five times before each hit. By 9 pm the coil was burned up again. Took it back the next day and they told me that I wasn't using their juice. I was. I had the bottle. Then I was told it was assembled too loosely. But the device was fine. They had me replace the coil they had just installed the previous day. I watched as the employee struggled to draw from it as he was priming it for me. When he was done he took a hit and a miniscule cloud barely visible came out. He frowned. Told me to hold on while he got the manager. Brandy appeared with her sweetest smile and told me the device was working fine as far as they could tell there was nothing she would do for me. Despite the brand new device burning 3 coils in 3 days and being completely nonfunctional. I was so incredibly frustrated. The device doesn't work. The company doesn't stand behind their products at all. My suggestion, go to holy smokes or two hi guys. They are local companies and they actually care about their customers. They care about the products they sell. Volcano is a horrible company that does Not stand behind their products. You're better off flushing $200 bucks down the toilet. The reason for the 3 Stars is the WAIT TIME. It doesn't matter what time I come to this kiosk in Pearlridge. The fricken line is soooo long and the wait time is ridiculous. There's no separate line for just picking up e-juice or the parts you need and go. At this point; I've decided there's gotta be another way to get this e-juice without having to wait over 45 min's in line. Sometimes I think to myself, DAMN even the liquor store was faster then this. So I started researching & make my own now, then buy my other stuff online too. The worst customer service EVER!! The staff at this establishment have no customer service skills, are rude, and have a horrible attitude(Learned by example, no doubt). They only care about selling their big ticket items but once you have purchased from them, good luck buying accessories or liquid. With over a dozen people in line waiting to buy accessories and/or liquid, it took over an hour to get service because they had 1 person servicing this line and 5 servicing people looking to buy a new ecig. When someone approached the counter to complain, the manager, Michelle, conveniently had to walk away to take a phone call on her cel. When I approached her to voice my dis-satisfaction, she copped attitude with me and told me that they HAD TO take care of her customers that wanted to buy new products. She spit out the most insincere apology I have ever heard and proceded to tell me that i didnt know what i was talking about. Ridiculous. I just love this this heating coil compared to the cartamizer one. Employees are always very nice, informative and willing to help customers even when there is a problem with their eCigs. I purchased my first electronic cigarette from this company to help me quit smoking. I purchased the Magma Tank Kit on 7/23/12 and by 9/25/12 I had to replace the tankomizer 3 times and the battery once. They do not stand behind their products and the "Limited 1 year Warranty" means nothing! They just keep telling you its not covered and to buy another part. So basically they warranty NOTHING! Its cheaper to keep smoking. I spent $70.00 on the original kit and each bottle of oil costs $13.00 and if I have to replace the tankomizer every 2 weeks that will cost an additional $30+ per month. They only warranty the heating element (tankomizer) 3 days. This product and the service is a complete joke! If I could give 0 stars, I would! read more

I bought a lava tube here and I was surprised to see that there was no lines. The customer service was great and pricing was fair as well. I am very pleased to see that things have changed here and I will be going back over and over. I total recommend this place to my family including my mother. Do Not buy products from volcano. I have purchased the lavatube and only lasted maybe two months. Replaced 3 tube tanks 5 cartomizers and even mailed it back to have the product leak or not keep connection with battery. They refuse to replace it. Told me it was the tube tank ( 3 replaced still it's the tubetank). I ordered the inferno kit while I was waiting to mail my lavatube back to have checked out. I mail back my lavatube and they send it back before inspecting it. My inferno day one starts leaking fluid with each draw. I call and told it was overfilled. Replaced and put just a little in (1/4) told to little. Filled to half and it was still leaking. They just stop responding to me. Tell me they will not work with me any way and that I need to keep buying their stuff to replace the seals, tubetanks, etc that I have already purchased and still doesn't work read more
