i was able to find what I was looking for WITHOUT the help of the girl that was working today around noon. Not sure of her name but she should learn customer service. It was my first time at this location, sadly my experience here was not so great. I do plan on going back though, hopefully my next visit is better read more

Volcano eCigs is located in the downtown part of the Pearlridge shopping center. It's a kiosk next to B Sweets. I went with a friend to get an E cig kit and some liquids. Fortunately enough, I decided to check in and received an offer for: 10% off $50+ purchase. The staff didn't realize that this offer existed but did what they could to honor it. I thought that was pretty cool. There's lots to choose from when it comes to the actual vaping device or mod. My friend got a pink pen looking one which was the last one they had of that kind ATM. Rick was the sales associate who helped with this purchase. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the products. He helped to make the right decision rather than just making a sale. He was very informative. Liquids: there are tons to choose from with different nicotine levels. There were bottles that started at 0 and worked it's way up to like 32 or something around there. With the specific vaping device, it was recommended to get a 6 or 8. Looking at the flavors and thinking about how they would taste made me want to start vaping lol. Overall the experience was very good. Hey have great customer service and reasonable prices. If you're looking to vape or are in the area and need some "Juice" you definitely wanna check them out. read more

Ugggh, the frustration. Came here to hopefully get a refund or exchange on my disposable LUCID AIR which supposedly gives 5000 puffs. This would be my second purchase of this vape and I bought it 10/15 and called the next afternoon letting them know something was wrong. Spoke to associate twice, letting them know it had a bubbly sound and the hit was weaker than my old vape that had an almost dead battery. All he said was shake it around and check the holes. Then 2 hours later it totally STOPPED working. So, I showed up to the kiosks to see if there was anything they could do. So for all the issues I dealt with, they could only give me a $7 discount. The vape itself was almost $30. I was honestly so disappointed that they couldn't help more. I don't blame the employee working but that damn management that priced this DISPOSABLE vape so high and it DOESN'T EVEN WORK, they could do something better than that damn 20 minutes BS rule they have. I mean who has time for 20 minutes hitting there vape??? Get Real guys and DO BETTER! read more

Woah so many bad reviews! It's kind of sad! I think the bad reviews are from before they had one line for liquids and accessories and one line for starter kits. I'm not going to lie. I was stupid and accidentally washed my volcano with my clothes. Luckily for me the nice people at volcano helped me out. I've been there a bunch of times for accessories and liquids and haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes. These people are fast and friendly!! When I first bought my volcano they were super informative and told me what I would need to do. Then I went to buy liquid. I was really surprised that they let me try some of the flavors. Right now I have kiwi and sweet tart! Did you know that you can get an awesome discount if your military? Just make sure you bring an I'd! If you have a dirty habit like me and you need to smoke you might as well do vapor. You don't have to worry about smelling like an ash tray and you won't taste yucky cigarettes in your mouth either. And your significant others will thank you too. I'm not going to lie that's why I bought one for my husband too! read more

This location is very convenient in the middle of the mall. It's the kiosk in the downtown portion of Pearlridge between the escalators and Sears. Great place to pick up supplies and vape liquid refills. They may not have a wide variety of the latest equipment, but if you're looking for a vape liquid that maybe phasing out, they may still have them. The kiosk could use more lighting, but it's just the location. Looking to switch and save money by vaping? Check out this location to see the many options available. read more

Really frustrating. Bought a starter kit from Brandy. She also sold me 2 extra bottle of juice. After viligiantly priming the device she said it was good and I drove home. Within an hour the vapor started tasting horrid. Like straight burning metal. I called as soon as I got home and was told to come back. When I went back she told me it was assembled too tight. Um...she assembled it. And she sold me a box of coils to replace the burned coil. I noticed it was very hard to pull air through the new coil. An employee tried and even though I could see them struggling they said it was fine. I sat there for 5 minutes watching as they poked it and finally said it was OK. I figured maybe these devices were always so troublesome. I took it home and primed it four to five times before each hit. By 9 pm the coil was burned up again. Took it back the next day and they told me that I wasn't using their juice. I was. I had the bottle. Then I was told it was assembled too loosely. But the device was fine. They had me replace the coil they had just installed the previous day. I watched as the employee struggled to draw from it as he was priming it for me. When he was done he took a hit and a miniscule cloud barely visible came out. He frowned. Told me to hold on while he got the manager. Brandy appeared with her sweetest smile and told me the device was working fine as far as they could tell there was nothing she would do for me. Despite the brand new device burning 3 coils in 3 days and being completely nonfunctional. I was so incredibly frustrated. The device doesn't work. The company doesn't stand behind their products at all. My suggestion, go to holy smokes or two hi guys. They are local companies and they actually care about their customers. They care about the products they sell. Volcano is a horrible company that does Not stand behind their products. You're better off flushing $200 bucks down the toilet. It's a lot less frustrating. read more

The reason for the 3 Stars is the WAIT TIME. It doesn't matter what time I come to this kiosk in Pearlridge. The fricken line is soooo long and the wait time is ridiculous. There's no separate line for just picking up e-juice or the parts you need and go. At this point; I've decided there's gotta be another way to get this e-juice without having to wait over 45 min's in line. Sometimes I think to myself, DAMN even the liquor store was faster then this. So I started researching & make my own now, then buy my other stuff online too. Don't get me wrong the customer service is GREAT!! But having to be a REPEAT customer and spending over $200.00 for their stuff in 2 months is very discouraging to see that you gotta wait sooo long. As for their KAIMUKI LOCATION. They get a 5 Star rating for hooking me up on the first run and being so knowledgeable about everything. Other then that - THANK YOU VOLCANO for getting me off of the Analog's!! read more

Good customer service. Friendly. Good location. Gave enough information about eCigs and juices. Love the location. read more

Came here just to look, Todd the manager is usually there to help out my boyfriend so he's usually our go to. Went one day so that we could get back into vaping, asked for Todd and one of the other employees (man with blond & black ponytail type of hair) was very rude ! Asked when Todd would be in (not knowing they can't give out that info) and he gave a very sarcastic remark. Not even asking to see if he could help us out or relay the message. Very terrible & first time this happened. I hope they train their employees to have much better customer service. read more

The girl looked at me as if I was dumb and I am when it comes to vapes but the prices omg she gave me a receipt to do a survey and get 15% off thank you girl but no thanks read more

They were also very nice in helping us choose a juice because lord knows there is so many flavors too choose from. I highly recommend coming to this location, they are nothing but friendly and extremely helpful!! Thank you!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Anyone shopping here should know that they have a no-exchange, no-return and no-refund policy for ANY reason. Ordering online can be VERY dicey as well. I was sent the wrong items in my order and now have to spend my lunch hour standing in line at the post office to undo their mistakes. read more

Amber made it so helpful and fast to pick 2 mods. We weren't used to buying eCigs but she made it so easy!

David was awesome because I'm very bad at keeping my Inferno intact & I went for a new battery walked away and came back 3x because I was having serious nicotine withdraws and managed to lose my liquid and was missing another piece each time he was super nice even tho I kept interrupting his work he made me feel like I wasn't wasting his time he was also very knowledgeable with inferno as most of the workers only know about Mods he already knew what I was having issues with and got me all set up quick I would keep going to visit him at this location but im closer to Ewa..check him out he will gladly set you up with what you need and what your looking for read more

Not great, they only offer their own products, their juice is okay at best, their actual vapes are over priced and under performing, and they absolutely will not accept any refunds even literally seconds after the purchase with receipt (trust me I know from experience). I changed my review from a one star due to high quality customer service after the ordeal read more

The worst customer service EVER!! The staff at this establishment have no customer service skills, are rude, and have a horrible attitude(Learned by example, no doubt). They only care about selling their big ticket items but once you have purchased from them, good luck buying accessories or liquid. With over a dozen people in line waiting to buy accessories and/or liquid, it took over an hour to get service because they had 1 person servicing this line and 5 servicing people looking to buy a new ecig. When someone approached the counter to complain, the manager, Michelle, conveniently had to walk away to take a phone call on her cel. When I approached her to voice my dis-satisfaction, she copped attitude with me and told me that they HAD TO take care of her customers that wanted to buy new products. She spit out the most insincere apology I have ever heard and proceded to tell me that i didnt know what i was talking about. Ridiculous. I told her to look out for my Yelp review, which, of course, didnt matter to her one bit. Michelle, You are a disgrace to customer service and a joke of a manager. Why can't we give 0 stars?? *smh* Can we take some away? Just had to add... "love" the way they delete any negative comments on their Facebook page without even addressing it. Guess they dont care as long as no one else knows. read more

I purchased my first electronic cigarette from this company to help me quit smoking. I purchased the Magma Tank Kit on 7/23/12 and by 9/25/12 I had to replace the tankomizer 3 times and the battery once. They do not stand behind their products and the "Limited 1 year Warranty" means nothing! They just keep telling you its not covered and to buy another part. So basically they warranty NOTHING! Its cheaper to keep smoking. I spent $70.00 on the original kit and each bottle of oil costs $13.00 and if I have to replace the tankomizer every 2 weeks that will cost an additional $30+ per month. They only warranty the heating element (tankomizer) 3 days. This product and the service is a complete joke! If I could give 0 stars, I would! read more

I bought a lava tube here and I was surprised to see that there was no lines. The customer service was great and pricing was fair as well. I am very pleased to see that things have changed here and I will be going back over and over. I total recommend this place to my family including my mother. Really, I am tripping out on all these reviews because I got the total opposite experience. I think since they have opened more stores it has made the lines go away. I only had to wait 3 mins before I was helped by a friendly staff member who was very informative and helpful. Thanks Volcano!! You guys are awesome!! read more

Awesome customer service, thank you Amber for hooking us up looking foward to coming back soon!

I like the fact that they are always willing to help! Such a convenient location! I just wish they carried more brands!

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Clerks just look at you. I love Volcano, they are a great company with a great inventory of products and a solid warrant. That being said, go to Ala Moana or buy online. read more

Do Not buy products from volcano. I have purchased the lavatube and only lasted maybe two months. Replaced 3 tube tanks 5 cartomizers and even mailed it back to have the product leak or not keep connection with battery. They refuse to replace it. Told me it was the tube tank ( 3 replaced still it's the tubetank). I ordered the inferno kit while I was waiting to mail my lavatube back to have checked out. I mail back my lavatube and they send it back before inspecting it. My inferno day one starts leaking fluid with each draw. I call and told it was overfilled. Replaced and put just a little in (1/4) told to little. Filled to half and it was still leaking. They just stop responding to me. Tell me they will not work with me any way and that I need to keep buying their stuff to replace the seals, tubetanks, etc that I have already purchased and still doesn't work read more

lines are RIDICULOUSLY long you'd have to wait about 30mins to a friggen hour to just get a bottle of juice of whatever you are getting. you get one on one service now i guess.. but wouldnt you feel bad that you dont know what the hell you are choosing from bajillions of flavors and kits while talking to a fat brick wall that doesnt help you or give you advice at all?! Someone needs to fire that big guy there or even the whole staff.. the lady in front of us took about 20 mins to choose from start to finish. the guy was smoking while talking to customers.. pausing in the middle of transactions to smoke.. this kiosk pisses me off i suggest everyone just take the drive down to ala moana or their main store. its probably faster too. where are all the old workers at?! read more

What a horrible company and terrible customer service!!! I ordered two tanks for the inferno online for $35 and they were both defective and leaked. I called and left a message since no one ever picks up, the lady called me back the same day. I told her the problem and she started with all 100 bs excuses. It's not the tank, it's your liquid that you use. Turn it upside down, You have to buy new coils, it's been two weeks, blah blah so annoying. Everything she could think of to make me go away. My mom has had this inferno ecig for over a year and has never had any problems with the tank it came with So your excuses are just not good enough woman! She told me she would call me back in ten minutes which she did, only to let me know she can't do anything. So I told her customer service is horrible and Not only will I leave a bad review for them but also cancel it through my bank and she didn't care at all. So this is for you lady I spoke to, just as promised!!! Your welcome! Oh And I hope you have a great day too! read more

Elizabeth S. and Todd M. were short and rude. They profiled me and treated me like a kid. When inquiring about showcased items she seemed to get more irritable the more questions I asked. When I asked about the $1 mod deal she was quick to tell me that "It's for new customers ONLY." Pretty irritated after my transaction, I waited for my friend to complete his. He had to wait for Todd to finish talking to the jewelry store workers before he could get assisted. Experience was lame. Won't be coming back. read more

This company sells garbage. I ordered the lava box for my wife, it stopped working after two weeks. A replacement was sent. One week later it stopped working. First off this review is not about the staff because everytime I went the staff was great and willing to help me. The staff is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars because they were the only thing good out of my experience. Okay so I bought the lavatube 3 about 3 weeks ago and had nothing but problems since day one. Took it back 3 times to try and get it fixed and still same problem. Their no refund no exchange policy is ridiculous. I paid $200 for a product that doesn't even work properly and they say there's nothing they can do but replace it with another one. Do not buy the lavatube 3. The product is defective. Went through 3 of them and still the same problems. The only thing I got out of it was a "complimentary" bottle of liquid. Like that made me feel better. If you guys are going to stand behind your products then at least make sure the customer is satisfied and not give them defected products. It's safe to say after this experience that I will no longer do business with you guys. read more
