I really enjoy coming to this Target, especially because there are a few things that always stand out to me as soon as I walk in. I always gravitate toward the Starbucks area first. I love checking out what new merchandise they have in store, especially the new tumblers. I also love the Dollar Spot and usually make a point to stop there first because you never know what little finds you're going to come across. Another thing I really appreciate is having access to the bathrooms right near the entrance. It's convenient, especially when you're just getting in or getting ready to shop. The one area I wish could be maintained a little better is the bathroom. Walking in and seeing trash all over the floor can be pretty unsightly and honestly takes away from the overall experience. I think having an employee designated to check the bathroom every 30 minutes or so could make a big difference in keeping it clean and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoy this Target and the little things that make shopping here enjoyable. I just think keeping the bathroom cleaner would help make the experience even better! read more

Target Kapolei branch located along Kapolei Pkwy. We love the layout of this branch. Aisles are wide and clear. We love their Groceries, Housewares, Party Goods, and Electronics departments. Pretty high quality products for reasonable prices. They do a great job stocking and maintaining their store. Sales associates are great. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They've expanded their customer service to buy online and pick up in store or curbside. Very convenient. They have an in store branch of Longs, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut. Spent the week going through our " junk room" Needed to get out of the house and find a way to organize all my bags: tons of Vera Bradley from yesteryear, Patagonia, Cotapaxi, and tote bags from cities visited plus bags received as gifts. Target has a huge inventory of containers, pop up hampers, acrylic, plastic and fabric containers. You're sure to find something to your liking. Very pastel colors on display since Easter is coming up but they have darks and neutrals too. Next week's goal: tackle the piles of bags I sorted into organized items I purchased from Target today, I saw the sweetest looking cute tops and dresses for spring. I went to buy a squishie for my kid at 8am and there were none on the shelves, but the app said they were "In Stock." I proceeded to ask an employee and they said that they had it but refused to bring it out and told me that it was my problem for driving all the way there. Never had issues with employees there until this interaction. Not naming names but do better. read more

Super convenient stop for those staying in Ko Olina, just a note from experience we attempted to do a grocery order pick up and it was packed. We probably waited 25 minutes near the pick up counter and still did not receive our order due to how many people were attempting to order pick up - we ended up just going to get the items ourselves and returning at a later date to cancel our first order/request a refund. According on the advertisement it did not matter what type it said as long as you get in the size range. And when I went to customer checkout this man and lady did not help at all! TERRIBLE SERIVCE. This other worker understanded and helped us. But I returned all 4 bags of chips. To add on, the selection was absolutely disappointing... the shelf in the chip aisle was not restocked. Yep a Target store anywhere is much the same as the one in your area. I happen to need something that was out of stock at the Salt Lake store and since it was just a beautiful day I ordered it for pick up along with some on sale Talanti bars and drove to this store. Don't know if you've ever used the drive up and go service but it is awesome. Just place your order online and pay for it, I use their Red Card so an additional discount is given, wait for their text advising your order is ready and drive to the store. When you get to the store's drive up lot you park, advise you're "here" put in your stall number and presto they bring your order to you. Great service, happy employees and I drive off a very happy customer. This service does not provide bags so you must bring your own. It's amazing the difference in pricing for some things. I got Thomas's English Muffins $3.69 a pack vs Safeway for nearly $3 more. read more

Super friendly, bubbly & out going. She doesn't rush you! She advised to always have the cashier scan your phone app rather than putting in your mobile number on the pin pad. Shopping in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii... I had a Target gift card, so I decided to check the prices of house slippers for my auntie. There weren't too many to choose from, but there was a 30% off sale on sandals. I got a pair for her - and if she doesn't like them, the exchange/return policy is easy! Looking around, I saw that Longs Drugs Store, Starbucks, and Ulta Beauty are inside this Target. That makes shopping very convenient for customers! I liked the greeting cards, produce, groceries, kitchen gadgets, office supplies, Clearance areas, and Bullseye's Playground ($5 and less) items. The Easter items were below 50% off - I got a ceramic bunny bowl for $1 (regularly $10) and a bunny plate for 40 cents! Yay! I'll be back when I'm in the area! read more

ECV here are unreliable, 1st one went 100ft before battery started dying, 2nd one started to die while I was shopping for groceries and dropped to 1 bar in front of the toy dept. It's so hard to resist... I just love shopping at this Kapolei location whenever I'm in the area or I'm usually making the trip here is because it's the only location that has the item I've been looking for. Using the Target app makes it so easy to not just find which store has it but where in the store you can find it as well. Bullseye playground filled with so much fun bargains that offered seasonal and fun items with most items starting at $1 I find myself in retail therapy mode. Using their app you're also able to have it brought to your car which is a great convenience I did use when I broke my ankle as you never know what circumstances other go through and I need of assistance. Target circle earning also done with the app earns you cash with every purchase along with additional savings and/or discount offered on the app as well. This Kapolei location is one of my favorites as this single level makes it easy to find items and is so clean and organized. They do have a Starbucks here as well as a self service are for snacks, popcorn and some Pizza Hut items, grab you app and check out all that they have here is on Target. Thank you! read more

Parking - Don't have to worry about parking here at target get choke aka a lot aka ample parking they say. One thing I wish their parking could do bette run was better lighting in the parking lot area (I mean there is light poles but I feel like the lights could be a little brighter if you as me) make it feel a lot safer when brighter specially for the elderly folks when visiting target and making this evening or night target shopping. This target is very convenience when your staying over at Koolina side like (Koolina Marriott or Aulani disney or four seasons hotel) it's like a quick 10 mins or less drive to target coming from Koolina area. So if you need like ESSENTIALS that u didn't pack for your hotel stay you can get them at Target like *Toothbrush or toothpaste *Deodorant *Socks *Dress shirt if you need a last minute shirt for that evening Resturant dinner vibe *Luggage or duffel bags just in case you need luggage or bag for all your shopping and goodies to bring back home to the states etc, things like that. I've had negative experiences with their online ordering as well. First time I was returning an item. I stood there for quite some time while a number of employees walked past. Finally I asked if no one works at their desk. She got someone to help me. The 2nd time, I went in to pick up an order. Same thing, many people walked past, totally ignoring me. Finally asked for help and was taken care of. No one .monitors their pickup desk and there isn't a buzzer to ask for help. read more

Asked if she could ask the picker to find my order and fill it since I was waiting, she said "No." I told her it said online that the item I wanted was in stock, she said that "Online does not always reflect what is on the floor." I said "So if I want a certain item I should call the store to make sure you have it?" She said: "Well, I guess, if you want to make sure we have it." Asked her to check if one of the items I wanted was on the shelf, she did and said "It says there's one, but you can't always believe that." Asked her to have someone check, instead she called the person to come to the front and I had to ask her to check. She did come back with it and said she could ring it up, but if that ever happened again "I won't be able to do that." read more

Today around 1:40pm at the self-checkout, my 17-year-old daughter asked for assistance, and the interaction with the associate, Dianna, was extremely disappointing. My daughter needed help with a gift card, and instead of offering friendly support, Dianna spoke to her loudly and rudely. She didn't greet her with a smile or show any patience. She even asked my daughter, in a very mean tone, "What are you using this for?" -- which was completely unnecessary, as she was simply using the gift card toward her purchase. When my daughter finished scanning her items, she asked for help again to remove a security tag from clothing she had already paid for. Dianna responded harshly with, "You have to buy it first," making my daughter feel accused of stealing. Even after my daughter explained she had already scanned it, Dianna just walked away without helping. This whole experience left my child embarrassed, overwhelmed, and in tears. No minor should be treated this way, especially in a store where customer service is expected to be welcoming and supportive. I truly hope Target addresses this behavior so no other family has to go through this. read more

Only in Hawaii will Target have both Halloween stuff and bikinis in the front. Clean and organized store. Ladies if you are looking for clearance deals on clothes it's in the back left. As most places on island shop for stuff for the holidays early when you see it as they may sell out fast and not restock until next year. Buy now and return if you decide that you don't want it. Like almost everywhere baby formula is at a premium. As with all places I looked on island they only have the small powder formula sizes available. Currently at a limit of four per customer. Today was ridiculous. The workers on all the aisles with their carts and they don't move. They are pushy and inconsiderate. Customers are trying to shop and they are blocking access to everything. Also at self checkout the lady doesn't do anything. We were waiting in line for a register to open and she doesn't say ok next or which register to go. Only standing there collecting a paycheck but not giving customer service. Another thing is stock the shelves!!! How hard is that. Absolutely no Starbucks creamer white chocolate only the oat milk ones. Not the only empty shelves I saw. With all the employees I saw today the shelves should at least be stocked!!! read more

I Love coming to this Target location. They usually always have the items I need and I absolutely love the drive-up service. All of the employees that helped me today were very nice and although it was busy for them as I could see and being that it was very hot out, they still maintained to keep a smile and was very courteous. This Target is always clean and well stocked. When I go to other locations, it seems as though they are out of items but it could also be the day that I'm shopping. Did the drive up service and my Alani cans came out dented and smashed on the way home, a few of the cans blew.. This target is unbelievable and staff is unacceptable speaking as a former worker here lol. Staff and especially team leads, head of some departments are very rude and snobby! Don't let their mask under the real them, fool you. Also when you call for questions and for certain departments like drive up, they do not answer the phones and just let it ring when they clearly hear and see the phone ringing in the office. I use their drive up service frequently. More than half of my purchases include at least one item with damaged packaging (dented cans, damaged boxes).. Today, they gave me a damaged 1/2 gallon of oat milk that had expired on the 16th. Tried to call their customer service line to report it, the call automatically disconnects. Needed a crock pot on the morning of Christmas Eve. Online I ordered it for pick up at drive up pick up. Upon placing my online order, it said the order would be ready in about 6 hours for pick up, ( which I expected) since it was Christmas Eve. Normally orders average about 2 hours for pick up. At about 7 am I was about to leave my home for work, I had gotten a notification from Target on my app. My order was ready for pick up, I had done all the necessary steps of letting Target know I was on my way. Drove up, and seen my crock pot was there waiting to be picked up. I parked, notified them I was there, the employee came up to the window of my car, I showed him the number on my phone to confirm pick up, he loaded my trunk with the crock pot, and said Merry Christmas, closed the door of my trunk. That simple! I'm Very AMAZED on their efficiency and the Convenience of their drive up service! Thank you to the ALL Targets employees for working hard to fulfill orders on Christmas Eve morning and every day!
