I walked into this store and it was dead. There was one other customer in there besides myself. I counted four sales associates standing around. No one greeted me or bothered to ask if I needed any help. I'm usually not a Tory Burch fan and don't have any of her bags. However, there was a bag I saw in the clearance section that caught my eye. There wasn't a price on it. I had to track down one of the workers to ask for the price. She had to get another worker that had the scan technology on the phone to scan the tag. They scanned the bag and told me how much it would be with the discounts and taxes, which I appreciated. read more

Shopping at Waikele Premium Outlets in Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii... I have some friends who really like the Tory Burch brand. I'm not so crazy about it... Haha! I'm more of a cutesy Sanrio type...lol! Anyway, I went to look and nothing really caught my attention. Everything (accessories, footwear, purses, wallets, etc.) is colorful and high quality. If I got anything, I would go for the clearance items and let them know that I am a Healthcare Worker and get the discount! (Big hint here!) I almost bought a black purse... But I have a few already. What makes Tory Burch different? I looked her up and found that she's a philanthropist and worked for many designers before striking out on her own. She is on the Forbes' List of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in the World. Hmmm... I'll look again when I'm in the area. There's so many other shops at this Outlet Mall - kate spade (for example) is right next door! I do enjoy the free parking, air conditioning, and clean, organized environment. #36 for 2020 Believe it or not! I have a change of heart and express my gratitude to workers for their amazing customer service. On a mission to find a higher quality ID holder at a reasonable price since my $1 plus tax holder gave way, kept falling apart and would like to protect my work badge. Couldn't let another day slip away without protection. I went with my intuition. Stopped in a few days before Black Friday and immediately noticed this location offered 50% off everything plus another 10% off for all items. The first worker approached me about the sale, informed me if I needed help and provided her name. Didn't feel pressured at all. I immediately informed her that I'm looking for an ID holder that I can wear around my neck. Also brought my badge to ensure that size will fit. Sure enough badge fit perfectly in the holder. Must've been a hot selling item as only had two colors left. Found exactly what I needed. I informed the first worker who helped me, "Thank you for providing exceptional customer service." I also inquired if they have waist bags. She said, "Yes, we have." Then walked over to the area and showed me. To my surprise, I found the size, style, color, and price to be budget friendly. Notified second worker that took initiative to inform me that she can ring up my order in a non-traditional setting over a wrapped gift box. Thought that was rad! She also asked me if I'm in their email. Apparently, I wasn't and she's very kind to add my info to email list. Also informed second worker that I will be happy to carry out the paid merchandise as is as long as sensors are not on. She smiled and insisted on wrapping both items in tissue. Talk about going above and beyond for a customer. I said, "Thank you for providing superb customer service." I felt like I had my own personal shoppers that could read my mind and knew my preferred styles. I didn't want to leave as I'm very elated with the prices and my overall shopping experience. Service in ala moana and waikiki is more tourist focused which I am not surprised. An outlet of tory is by far any tory lovers heaven..... Sale on top of a sale is a happy me and happy wallet. That being said... I haven't bought a purse for myself here... I come here for the flats and sandals... sometimes I get carried away and also purchase perfume at checkout. I love the orange rimmed bottle which is fresh scent... I always replenish with the bottle and roller balls either at this store if i'm in the area or sephora for points. Tory waikele is my go-to for when I wanna treat my self a little, or buy my mom and/or mother in law a gift. LOL. I love this store because the almost always have a good deal going on (like 50% off, or something of that sort), and consistent selection of "favorite styles" of handbags and footwear along with new styles. Prices seem reasonable and the quality is always on point. I take relatively good care of my bags and footwear and have had them for years and they still look great. In addition, the workers are always so nice and not over bearing like in other stores. They always great customers upon arrival and offer help. I stopped over this past weekend and a sales associate named Nat helped me. She was so helpful and genuine! I had time to spare so I checked out just about every section of the store and tried on multiple sandals. She helped me with checking what was in and or not in stock and how much the items would come out to with the current promo/discount. She went the extra mile helping me order something in a different color from online and had it shipped to my home within 3 days, just in time for Mother's day. I really like Tory Burch designs. I was so excited when it opened up at Waikele Premium Outlets and couldn't wait to visit. One of my favorite designer boutique to visit when I go to mainland, but now I can just go up the road. Tory Burch has beautiful handbags, shoes, sandals, perfume, wallets, backpacks and so much more. Every piece is made with great quality and craftsmanship. This location is kind of small , but has lots to offer. There is usually a sale onto of the sale prices so that equals GREAT DEALS.... The sales people are really sweet and help is always available. The store is spotless and hand sanitizer is available when you walk in the door. No restroom, but the mall has one up by the parking lot. Speaking of parking... lots depending on the day and the holiday. Just a heads up.... You might have to stand in line. A great addition to the Waikele Premium Outlet in Waipahu! Doors opened in April 2017 and they are literally situated right next door to Kate Spade, and across from the food court. So glad I don't live in this hood because if I did, the Tory Burch store would have me by the wallet every week! Dangerous!! Just dangerous. The store is huge and fancifully decorated, just like their regular store. In fact, it doesn't feel like an outlet store at all until you pull out a price tag and it's slashed in red. Yessss! Score!!!! You just picked up an elegant piece of Tory Burch that is already on sale and marked down at least another 20 to 30%! Organization here is on point! I think the sales associates are assigned to an area and do a great job on keeping it tidy. Wallets galore in the front. Sunglasses on the wall to the left. Shoes and slippers in the back. Clearance items back right. Jewelry on display in cases and spinning racks at about the middle of the store. Cash registers at the front. And wait...couches in the center! Gentlemen, you can provide moral support by saying "yes" to shopping with your woman and get away with chillin on the couch! Just kidding. I'm always late to the game so of course when I was looking for a certain style, it was already replaced by something new. Bags are marked at a fraction of the cost you would get the items at Waikiki. I have tried comparing the two locations during various times in the year, for over 5 years, and have only seen better service and prices at the Waikele location. Wallets drop to prices of 30 dollars. Bags that are normally 350 are marked down to 73.50. The mark down are ridiculous when you catch them at the right time of year. Service: Tory Burch has one of the greatest service workers I have worked with. There are plenty of workers walking around, ready for questions. They do ask, if you need help, but aren't pushy with it and let you walk around on your own if you let them know that's what you want. Some workers are better than others so I recommend working with someone who has been there for a long time or really knows what they are talking about. Parking: Ample Parking provided for shoppers of Waikele Premium Outlet. On weekends and during annual sales, the parking lot does fill up quickly. You can drive a bit down to the other parking lot provided for shoppers trying to eat. Suggestions: Look around and compare items. Grab things that are on clearance or atleast higher than 50%. If the items are regular priced or 10-30 % off, the items are most likely new or the in product at the moment. If you like Tory Burch, I highly recommend visiting the outlet store. The service is amazing! The staff greet you when you enter, and have a calculator in hand to calculate the discounts. I was helped by Leia. I was shopping with my BFF for a purse, and she was very helpful in giving recommendations. When we finally settled on a purse (for each of us), she brought new ones out from the back. She advised us to check the purse before we went to the register. Unfortunately, my purse had a slight defect (a loose bit of leather that wasn't properly braided on the shoulder chain). Leia graciously went to the back of the store and grabbed another bag for me. Service (3/5 overall ; 5/5 by Kim): We walked today from the front of the store all the way to the back without being greeted by an employee (a no-no for me). I was searching for a pair of sandals, but wasn't super invested and was about to head back out when Kim came over, wearing a mask (safety first in flu season!) and greeted us. She directed us to a display I hadn't noticed, she followed a few minutes later to help (after I was ignored by another staff member), and gave us stellar customer service. Tory love. If I can't find what I'm looking for at the TB store in Ala Moana or Waikiki, this is the next best bet. Also, if you wait a while, the previous seasons finds will eventually make their way here. I have a really good mix of items from the outlet at the regular store and I find no differences between them besides the cost (shoe boxes are different and come with no shoe bags, also handbags don't have dust bags either). All of the employees are very helpful in person and over the phone. The sales here aren't as good as most stores in this outlet, but still good finds at good prices. Lately I've been catching footwear at 50% off. Definite plus for me since I'm a good competitor to Imelda Marcos. Looking through my shoe boxes, I probably could have a mini, size 6 and 6.5 Tory Burch shoe store pop up lol. Aside from shoes, I have picked up bags, wallets, belts and some jewelry (those have their own dust bag). All are pretty well made and have given no problems over the years of wear. I've been a huge Tory fan for a while now and I probably will still be for a while longer. Her style and selection of goods are right up my alley. Living in town, I hardly make a trip over to the leeward side. If it's for shopping, I make an extra effort in making sure I make it to Tory Burch. Tory Burch is located inside Waikele Premium Outlets, mid-center of its multiplex across from a small food court. It's hard to miss because it's next door to Kate Spade and Coach. Waikele Outlets is one of the most popular outdoor malls on the Leeward side for affordable shopping. Parking can be extremely atrocious but as long as one is patient, that perfect spot will open. As a person that loves handbags, accessories, and shoes, I don't like paying full price for my designer goods. A good deal always leaves me guiltless and want to keep shopping for more. Tory Burch Outlets in Waikele is definitely a go to for pretty things. The quality is long lasting, stylish and great for gifting family and friends. I like the layout of the store because everything is clean and organized. I've never left unattended and unapproached. Someone is always ready to be of assistance. I've visited in the middle of September and during Christmas time and always walked out with bags full of goodies. I've walked into the shop during the weekdays and noticed select goods are 30% off the price tag, some are 50% off the already discounted price. Although on weekends, it's sometimes 50% off the tag price. Anyone on the sales floor is willing to take out a calculator to calculate the correct price with the proper discounts. I've noticed it never hurts to ask if they also have a new product that's wrapped at the back rather than getting the displayed item. Most of the time, they're nice to provide a mint condition product. Overall I enjoy coming here for retail therapy. TB Outlet finally opened on 4/12/17!! My friend and I walked by the "coming soon" sign a couple of months ago and returned yesterday on their opening day. Yay! We arrived at the Waikele outlets at 6:15 p.m. and there was a small line to get in. Because TB only lets in a certain amount of people at a time, we waited about 20-25 minutes to get in. No biggie. When we were leaving the store maybe 1 hour later, the line was 3x the length. Yikes.. The layout of the store is the same as their other stores, shoes/slippers/sandals in the back, a mid-section that had the accessories and "items that don't apply to the current sale", and then most of the bags and wallets in the front section near the cash register. I walked out with some ballet flats and a bag, while my friend found TWO bags. Success! The opening sale is: anything that is MARKED DOWN (red pen marks on the tag) is an ADDITIONAL 30% off. There are some exclusions such as the York bag and fragrance. I heard someone ask the worker when the sale would end, she said there's no specified end date just yet. Lastly (but MOST importantly) I found the workers to be very nice and friendly, despite the craziness. Shout out to CHELSEA, who I felt like was my personal size checker and bag runner my whole time there. Super happy with the service and it definitely enhanced my experience shopping here. The cashier (sorry I don't have your name, assoc. # 106407!) was also super awesome, although the music was kind of loud and the counter is wide so we had a hard time hearing each other. I went to Waikele Premium Outlets with the intention of visiting their Kate Spade store. As expected, I saw the long line of people itching to be let into the store to take advantage of their 70%-off sale. I didn't want to bother standing in that line sweating my ass off only to have a sub-par shopping experience, being shoved around by tourists and KS fanatics. In all honesty, Kate Spade is getting overrated anyway. I was in need for a new purse so I decided that my best bet was to visit Tory Burch next door. BEST DECISION EVER. There were many other guests shopping in the store at the time, but the space is bigger than that of Kate Spade so I shopped with comfort. There was no need for me to awkwardly squeeze past other guests. Also, the store is very boyfriend-friendly. There are nice cushioned seats toward the back where the shoes are located, so my other half had a place to rest while I galavanted throughout the store for 45 minutes. The highlight of my shopping experience at Tory Burch was definitely the outstanding customer service. I was happily greeted by almost every one of the sales associates on the floor. You'd expect that they would heavily cater to tourists willing to drop big bucks rather than locals such as myself. However, the salespeople regularly checked up on me to see if I was doing okay. Many of them noticed how indecisive I was in choosing the right bag. As I clutched multiple purses, they offered helpful suggestions, like which bags have a greater discount, which would be easier to maintain, which ones were the right size for my needs, etc. I loved how friendly, funny, and approachable they all were. I felt so welcomed as a guest. With the help of all the wonderful salespeople, I finally settled on the perfect bag. As I stood in line, one of the ladies offered to fetch me a brand new bag from the back, and I recieved one still wrapped in plastic. I love that! Came in unexpectedly trying to decide what bag I wanted for my birthday gift. I already knew I wanted a backpack that would fit my laptop (MacBook Pro 13") but thankfully there was this super kind woman name Vera who helped me out with making my decision. I told her exactly what I wanted and she let me fit in my MacBook to see which one best fits (there was a lot of paper fillings so I felt bad for the mess it made) but she was so nice and had no problem with it at all. And she even wrote down the price with the 30% off they were having that time + the sales tax on a paper so that I would have the ideal amount when I would return to get my birthday gift. I was honestly surprised at how great they treat all of their customers here. Nat helped me find me all of the shoes that I wanted to try on in my size and even made some suggestions for other Christmas gifts. When I got to the register, I asked the cashier to wrap my 2 purses. They take such pride in their gift wrapping. I love that. Each tissue creased and folded so neatly.
