I've always shopped at Old Navy for my kiddos when they were younger. I know them to be comfortable and fashionable at an affordable price. I'm here to just share my negative experience with cashier 3714324 that rung me up on register 402. Though she greeted and politely offered me to open up a credit line to save more I kindly said no. At the end of the transaction she showed me that what I spent today I would be able to save over $50 more. I knew it sounded too good to be true so I re-iterated "I would get $50+ off today?" In which she said yes and that the process would be quick. I'm not an idiot and I'd like to say that my credit experience and knowledge is quite extensive. I don't know where I went wrong and where I was not clear but she flipped the monitor around and said that I can use the 30 percent off in about 7-9 days. I was livid but handled myself in the most calmest demeanor possible. I informed her that the whole reason I applied for the credit card was because she had stated that I could have $50 off of my whole purchase same day. The audacity she had when she said that she was sorry for my misunderstanding. I believe that I was truly lied to and victim to her meeting some kind of credit quota. I hope that someone important sees this because I am not a happy customer. read more

Merry and Bright... What I do love about Old Navy is they're very seasonal and with Halloween fast approaching the rest of the holidays will be here sooner than I'm ready for as they already have all the warm inner and outerwear for you to get your early start on it all. I'm always so late to the party so I decided to give them a peek since I was in this Kamakana Alii location which is located right next to the movie theaters. Everything is so nice and organized so easy to browse with the newest trends in the front and the kids in the back with prices and deal clearly displayed so you know what exactly you're getting. Prices are always nice though this location is a tad smaller than some other there wasn't a large clearance section as I had a difficult finding it there wasn't much to choose from but loved that they have lots of selection for me to choose from. They do a bait and switch often with prices but this is the worst case. See what price you'd think the pants are on the right side. See each caption of the photos. He literally couldn't understand why I'd think the pants were $5. Manager stated that this is how corporate tells them to set up. I definitely like shopping at Old Navy. I was looking for a sweater for my upcoming trip to the big island. I saw a pink Janet Jackson sweater on sale for $14.99. Hubby bought it for me. Thanks babe! There were a lot of stuff on clearance but nothing much in my size. My daughter found some jeans in her size. The inside was clean and organized. So much on sale. I liked a lot of stuff but not much was 50% off. Select items were like 20% off and some were regular price. I think I would wait until more goes on sale. Located on the far end of the mall. I rarely shop at Old Navy and although my latest visit wasn't the first, I was surprisingly shocked that my number wasn't in their rewards system. Nevertheless it was easy peasy to sign up at check out. Old Navy has the cutest affordable and comfy clothes and active wear. I just don't shop here as often to really utilize their offers and promotions. The clearance section had a lot of marked down priced under $5 but you really got to search and have the patience for. The snack section is majorly over priced. If you're with your little ones, avoid this area even though it's near check out. Distract them! $5 for a tiny apple crisps bag & $2.50 for a Hershey bar. Customer service was alright but nothing spectacular to boast about. I just received a few promotional emails and I'm not sure how they got my name wrong already..I'll have to figure out how to change that. Kind of annoying. read more

This store is not as huge as the other 2 location. I was able to find something for me plus my other half & son. What I noticed about this new location, they have cute shopping carts plus they sale beverage, coke products, water, juice. This is cool, shopping does make you thirsty, so getting a mini diet coke can sure quenched my thirst. As you enter the store, the right side is the women's & left is men's. I was surprise to see they already have clearance items. The store is so organized, not messy yet! Over-all, I am so happy Old Navy is here at this new mall. Old Navy is always my go to when I'm looking for slippers. I'm not sure if it's a seasonal item but whenever I need slippers for me or my kids they're very affordable. I receive emails frequently so I'm always up to date on the latest promotions/sales. Another thing that pops into my head when I think of Old Navy is fleece. I remember Old Navy being one of the few places you could find cozy sweaters gloves and scarves. At the check out area I love how they placed a bunch of random cosmetics, socks, and plastic containers you can grab last minute. The main reason I knocked off a couple stars are because of the appearance of the store. When entering the store it looks cluttered and especially in the back it's a complete mess! Today old navy had a really good sale. We were able to find items as low as .97cents. Some areas of the store could use a little cleaning but for the most part the store was pretty easy to navigate through. Eric our cashier was very friendly and helpful. Old Navy has always been a good deal for clothes for me. They tend to have good sales and give out coupons out the wazoo if you sign up for their email list. To me, Old Navy always has good deals, and with Ka Makana Ali'i's one year anniversary deals going on all weekend, they have tons of discounts! I like their clothes because it's comfortable, prices are easy on the bank account and Old Navy is a one stop shop for the whole family. It can get a little messy with the high volume of customers coming in and out, but you can usually find what you're looking for in the designated areas. Always check out the clearance racks because you can sometimes pick up items for as low as 97 cents! It's incredible! I am a fanatic of discounts and clearance racks so I make it a point to visit my favorite stores, Old Navy being one of them, and get my money's worth! read more

Terrible service! Walked in to pick up my online order and no one acknowledged us! Two customers were in line paying. So I thought, ok, I'll be next (there were two cashiers btw) But NOPE. They helped TWO more customers in line- MIND YOU THESE TWO CUSTOMERS CAME IN MINUTES AFTER US! Stood in the designated pick up location a few more minutes. My husband had enough and went over to the cashier- asked her about our online order. Without even looking up she said they'll be right with us. FINALLY after a few more minutes we were helped. The girl with long turquoise hair didn't even apologize for making us wait. And her tag said Leader too. People do online pickup for a reason-- speed. Made a quick stop to this old navy to use my super cash since it expires today 4/30/17. The store is always a mess and hard to shop around. Today was no different. Found a little tutu dress on sale for 60% off and when I brought it to the register it rang at regular price. Told the cashier ringing me up that there was a sign for 60% off. He then asked another associate for the price and was told it was only 20% off. Decided not to get the dress. Before I left I went back to the section where I found the dress and took a picture of the big sale sign showing the sale price of the tutu and showed it to the cashier who rang me up. His response was "oh" not so great customer service. If I didn't have other people waiting for me I would've spoken with the manager to get my discounts. I will be back to return the rest of my purchase though. read more

I called and asked if it was ok if I was able to exchange at their store instead of driving all the way to town. This Old Navy is a bit smaller than the other retail locations, though I was impressed with the availability of the clothing stock on hand in terms of sizes and style options. Needless to say, some of the same clothes offered at the retail store were more deeply discounted at the outlet store in Waikele. It may be worth your time to comparison shop between the retail and outlet stores to find the better deal. read more

Worst customer service ever from a manager! Found something online and drove all the way to Kapolei from town to see if they had it. I asked the manager if they had the item. She looked at the pic and didn't seem to recognize it. I pulled up the actual pic from the Old Navy website. She tried to run whatever product code it was and said she couldn't find it. She then said she would look to see if they had it and find me on the floor. As I looked around the store, she was hiding in the back and then helping people in the front. I already knew from her lazy attitude that she wasn't going to help me. I find it hard to believe someone in a management position lacks customer service skills and can only respond to a customer with "Sorry 'bout that." WTF? She didn't even offer to check with the other locations. I always get above and beyond service at Ala Moana. Why isn't this consistent in Kapolei? read more

I came here to use my Super Cash for some clothes for my son during their last sale. When the cashier rang everything up, the items all rang up full price and my Super Cash was used. I realized the mistake when I got home and returned the following day. I was informed that they would not honor the sale prices because they were unsure. I pointed out the display that showed $5 for kids clothes and the cashier told me that the shirts at the same display weren't included (the display did not have restrictions). She was obviously lost and confused. I returned the items and forfeited my Super Cash since they would not refund it. What a joke. I see I'm not the only one who had the same issue at this store. Asked Shayden if they had a bigger size in jeans my daughter tried on. He said they didn't have in stock but Waikele and town had some in stock. He said I can do an online order with him and it was free shipping! So he ordered it for me with his hand held device, swiped my card to pay and I was on my way!!..sooo convenient and easy!!!:)...Unfortunately I had more items in my cart and had to pay up front. After getting my nails done I decided to take a look around the new mall. Being new to the island I was excited to see that there was an old navy hear, I usually get excellent service from Gap associates. But for some reason this store lacked the customer service. This store is much smaller than I am used to, its like walking in a box. When I first entered there was no greeting, in fact it was if there were no workers. I walked around for about 10min until I noticed someone by the fitting room. I'm not sure if its they are short staffed, or if they are just burned out by the holiday rush. But they should really take pride in their store, clothing were scattered everywhere as if a tornado had hit. Even their manager I think her name starts with a J. I had asked her about a product online and if they could check if they had any in store since I was not used to the set up of this old navy. She had agreed but instead she jumps on to the register to ring out a customer, I would have understand if she had told me sorry and explain to me that she will be right back. No instead she stays there and even when there is no line, she is still insisting to the gentleman that he should get the old navy card.
