Doesn't matter if your item is brand new. If you're looking to just get rid of stuff and make just something, they are pretty open to buying it. They've pretty much take all my stuff I've brought in. They offer both cash or store credit. If accepting cash, it will be less than what they will give you for store credit. As a tip, I would suggest making an appointment online! Next as a buyer, I do find some neat things. They do need to check on quality maybe a little bit more because I once purchased a scooter and my kid rode it for one day, and it broke. I also purchased items online most recently and when I went to pick up in store after receiving notification my items were ready, the worker took a while to bring my items to me. I knew something was wrong. I had purchased 4 items. Im guessing it was the manager who came out after and told me one of the items actually sold and was not sure why it was still online. Ok fine. Then later told me that they are looking for the items on the floor. I was like what?? If I purchased online, shouldn't it have been pulled already ready for me to receive? Then, they told me another item was sold since it was still on the floor. She assured me my other two items were available. Smh. I asked if this was normal that if you order online and it just gets left on the floor and the worker said sometimes. I was flabbergasted. It was obvious it was not normal cuz the manager interjected and apologized and blamed it on a new worker who was supposed to pull it off the floor before sending the confirmation email but just send the confirmation only. They did give me a $5 credit.... and to top it off, when I got home, one of the button shirts I got was missing a button .

The store manager Heidi, was very quick to say that an exchange is not possible because it's been washed and they cannot put it back on the floor. Called back a second time spoke with the manager again. Explained that I followed the instructions exactly and the item is defective after one wash before using. During this phone call she was more understanding and accepted that the items were going to return due to the circumstances.. I feel that's a bit unprofessional since the item is poor quality and damaged before I was even able to use it. The level of customer service received was not great. It was evident that the store manager is more concerned about store profit rather than customer satisfaction.

The clothes themselves seem to be made of high quality materials. The appearance of the clothing items there seems nice as well, and the sale prices are incredibly low, so low that it makes you feel a little guilty for buying such nice items for so little money. If you're interested in looking to DEALAGES, just head on down to the Westside (in the Waipahu area) because the Waikele Premium Outlet stores is there! There are so many stores here, so when you do visit the Waikele Premium Outlet, hopefully you'll find a store that will appeal for you. As for me, a few of my favorite stores I like to visit is - the Lowe's hardware store, Reyn Spooner, & the Van's shoe store. Beside shopping, the outlet mall also has restaurants, a small food court, & numerous food trucks in the parking lot so finding something yummy to eat shouldn't be too hard. Parking here is a breeze, as the outlet mall has ample parking. If you don't have a car, I noticed a lot of tourist would catch a shuttle to this outlet mall.
