Anyways, since that first visit, I visited FE a bunch of times because of their baby clothes. One reason I'm also not a FE person is the prints are too much for me. Put it this way, the only print I would kind of consider wearing is the simple fish print in black, no other colors! And then next thing you know, there's also a baby section as well for my son! Having a baby changes you, I'll still thrift for my clothes, but I wouldn't mind getting my son the newest clothes from a locally owned, woman ran business. Also, I LOVE being able to text the store and reserve items, no driving all the way to find out it's not there! And the quality of the clothes is definitely there. Decided to buy a baby onesie for our family photos and another baby onesie for our friends who are pregnant. I know baby clothes don't last long, but I just couldn't help myself! Overall, I may only like a couple things from FE, but the fact that it's supporting local is a big plus for me! Also, the quality of the clothing is so great considering the price.

It's a step off the beaten path but one of the best boutiques on the island. I love how Elena gets to know her customers and always remembers them as they come in. She's super sweet and very helpful. This is one of my favorite places to get my beautiful Hawaiian rompers, and I've collected quite a few because the prints, colors, and styles are just gorgeous. Being born and raised on Maui and now living on the mainland, I love wearing pieces that keep me connected to Hawaiʻi. There's something special about putting on a beautiful island print and carrying a little piece of home with me wherever I go. And I have to give a special shout-out to the Active by Teal x Lexbreezy collaboration! I absolutely LOVE that collection.
