Shopping in Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii... Lexbreezy had a super long line of customers at the Made In Hawaii Festival a few months ago. I've seen the Instagram posts of their clothing, but never had a chance to look upclose at the styles and fabrics. We were going to lunch in Kailua - next door at the new Oh My Grill - and noticed that Lexbreezy is right here! Wow! With free parking, it's so easy to stop by after a meal. Unfortunately, we took too long to eat and Lexbreezy was closed. I drove back to Kailua and got a chance to look around the cute shop! I liked the prints, but didn't care for the styles. For example, rompers are too inconvenient for me to wear. I'll stop by in a few months and check the merchandise. Maybe new items will come out for the holidays... I noticed a dressing room - it will come in handy since there might not be any returns/exchanges accepted. read more

I have bought several dresses from this SHOP in Ala Moana shopping center. I have also bought many accessories here along with the dresses I bought. The last sales girl would not tell me if she liked the dresses I tried on or thought they fit well, looked nice or anything else! Maybe she thought I was too old for the shop, but that just shows me "ageism". So I opted to buy the more "safe choice" dress. I was very disappointed that the sales girl could not comment on the dresses I tried as to which ones were more flattering on me. With the price point being very high, I would think I would have received better service. I haven't returned since then and I have bought several dresses from Lexbreezy in the past. Too bad as I like to support local businesses. read more

First time LexBreezy shopper! I've been had my eye on their website and follow them on social media and everything. Been wanting to shop LexBreezy. Finally made my way to the Kailua store, only to be so sad that they don't have any teal collab bodysuits in my size and probably won't be making anymore. But the store was neat and clean. Opened at 10 AM like it's supposed to. The girl that was working was so nice and being helpful. All the clothes were neatly organized by their prints/designs, they had a small Kane collection, and some baby clothes too, so clothes for all in the family. Pricey of course like any other clothing brand, but beautiful designs. Unfortunately I only ended up walking out with one honi kit. Luckily they had 'irraz' in stock in store, but they sold out online. Will shop here again, if I have the money too! Check em out, support local! read more

I received an Aloha Button Down Dress as a gift from my niece. Found that their sizing is totally WAY OFF. It was purchased at a discounted price therefore ALL SALES FINAL. The dress is a size SMALL and looks like I was wearing an XXLG. It looked ridiculous. I called to ask if I could exchange for an XS and was told NO. Please note that this dress will be sitting in my DO NOT WEAR pile and I am sad to state that I will not ever purchase anything from your store. Yes I understand ALL SALES FINAL, I want the dress but just a smaller size. How difficult can this request be? read more

Their store policy- no refunds only exchanges or store credit within 2 weeks. I went to exchange my daughters top at Lexbreezy within 14 days they said I needed the actual receipt not the gift receipt which makes no sense. It was a gift why would I have the actual receipt and you can see on the receipt it has the date it was purchased (within 14 days). Also their clothing sizes are way off and fits awkward on my kids especially the off shoulder tops. Wouldn't shop here again just because of the exchange experience and weird fit. read more

Lexbreezy has beautiful products however most items are not cheap. The Kailua store was the first store launched, and I'm a firm believer in supporting small local business. The sales staff on a few ocassions upon visiting this location was not friendly or didn't go out of their way to assist. I don't own an apparel yet, but made purchases on bags. Please make sure when you purchase an item from Lexbreezy, that you want the item because if the item is on sale ~ all sales final. If the item is not on sale, you can return within 24 days for a store credit. No refunds. They need to note this on their website as I wanted to return a sale item and couldn't. read more

You must check out this store for high quality, modern Hawaiian clothing for men, women and keiki, plus unique purses. They have lovely prints, the clothing is locally made and the purses though imported, are locally designed and very high quality with luxury touches such as multiple tassels. The small shop is nicely appointed, the dressing rooms are spacious and feel luxurious, and the staff were very friendly. There was also a good selection of sale items and I found a high quality, tightly woven cotton top in a fun pink and green print that was 70% off, plus could not resist a beautiful cross body purse which I have started using immediately. Lexbreezy is located in Kailua. It is a little hard to find, so just go slow once you turn off the main road. It shares a parking lot with a bunch of other businesses. I came in with a cousin who is much younger than I am. She likes lexbreezy and shops here often. I'm more of a manuhealii girl. But while she was browsing, I looked around and found a shirt I thought my boyfriend would like. It was the last one and happened to be in his size and on sale!! What a win. The girl working the register was really nice. She didn't complain that we had come in like minutes before they were about to close and she even reminded me to check in on yelp for $5 off. She was very friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. At lexbreezy, they sell mostly women's clothes, well young women's clothes. They have a few men's items and lots of keiki clothes and even swimsuits and bags. By the register, they had little body care items, too. This is definitely a place where you could get a gift, if not something for yourself. And they're so nice! I'll be back! read more

I have been following Lexbreezy's IG page for a long time now and I absolutely love her style and so proud of her success. We were in Lanikai beach and decided to stop by her store on the way to the Botanical gardens. We ended up buying shirts for the entire family, Dad, Mom, Bro and Sis. Customer service was great and love her items and prints. I will definitely be back when we're back in the islands. Love her stuff and highly recommend stopping by when you're in the area. read more

Purchased 2 blazers and a jumpsuit. Overall: beautiful prints, fabric quality mixed thoughts, stitching below average. Cut and sizing very inconsistent. Suggest trying multiple pieces in same size and style to find the best personal fit. Blazers: really excited to find structured suiting with Hawaiian print. Nice being able to bring a pop of Hawaii into the corporate mainland offices. Unfortunately these blazers will not be staple pieces. Most are personal preferences like cut and tapering. The jacket sleeves have tabs to hold the sleeves when rolled up. I'm not a fan. Jackets are not lined, etc. As I mentioned there's a lot that this blazer lacks for me that I could overlook just to get a Hawaiian printed blazer. But the blazer material for me is the biggest fail. 100% medium weight polyester that does not breathe at all. My office building is extremely cold, i wear a jacket or a blazer to work daily with no issue. This blazer is stifling just sitting at my desk. Once I started walking around and having meetings (in office) it was unbearable. It spent the remainder of the day on my chair back. Jumper: very comfortable. Easy to wear. Fabric breathes well. I had to try couple mediums to find one that fit me best ( where the waistband sat, how low the neck plunged). I was surprised to find how different the fit was (same style, same pattern design, same colored pattern) Customer Service (Kailua): Let's be honest gone are the days of attentive customer minded salespeople. The staff that I've encountered here on 2 separate occasions are simply there to process your sale. They know nothing about the designs, material or helping a customer find something. They are not salespeople they are clerks nothing more. You won't walk out knowing anything more about the clothing or left thinking "maybe I should get that wallet she showed me". Unfortunately common for this type of retail establishment. Most return customers come back for the designs not the service or shopping experience. read more

First of all, I love lexbreezy products. I have a few pieces. I had ordered 7 items online and had just received in the mail yesterday but only 4 items and missing 3. The packing slip had 4 items checked off and 3 was circled with no explanation of the missing items. After opening &figuring out what I got delivered i had called the Ala Moana store to inquire about my order. Person who assisted me over the phone was pleasant and helpful to look up my order but was not able to confirm with me about my 3 missing items on my order because their was no notations that she could see. She mentioned that she was going to call the warehouse to see if they're able to help which because was the end of the day nobody was available. She had called me back & made me aware that she left a message for the manager to see if they can assist me on the next business day? I had also reached out and responded back to my email confirmation order and took a picture of my packing slip that I had received with my delivery of 4 items in the mail. Finally got to visit this cute little shop that specializes in beautiful unique one of kind designs. I fell in love with the clothing designs when I first got wind of the designer through (Simply sisters by Lola). So casual, but at the same time chic and modern. Material is so light and cool. You can change your attitude from casual to evening wear, depending on how you style your outfit. Hairstyle, to shoes, clothing is so versatile. Designs are unique, just the same as prints. So happy to finally have a shop on Oahu. As with these unique boutiques, if your not fast in ordering their newly designed outfits, your more than likely to be to late. Soon as the designs are ready to be sold, in a matter of minutes, the designs are sold out. I've seen many designs I wanted but wasn't lucky enough to get it. Shop is charming and oh so cute. Fitting rooms are available. They also sell bags, keiki clothing, swim wear, pareos, and men's Aloha shirt. Located in beautiful Kailua, with lots of parking, and easy to find location. Clothing is a little pricey but well worth it. My only sadness is that I wish I could've bought every design in there. Very happy and content though, as the design that I wanted, that was sold out online, was quickly restocked in boutique!! Follow designer on Instagram for fresh new designs. Quality of clothing is cheap. 3 washes and your clothes are incredibly faded, also buttons and seems start to unravel. For the price, definitely not worth it! Also, staff wouldn't let me use their bathroom, even after purchase. read more

Did not have a positive experience here. The two women working here were very kind and helpful to everyone else. Not once did they say hello to me or interact with me whatsoever. One of them was right next to me, looked at me head to toe, and just turned the other way even though I smiled at her initially. Maybe it's because they know I'm not local? That would explain why they were so kind so everyone else. I was going to buy Christmas gifts for three women in my family, but after I was given a bad look I just left. read more

I've been purchasing outfits from her mother's store on the Big Island and started shopping here (Lexbreezy) for her designs when she opened in Kailua. I even got my family members hooked on this store! The best service I have received so far was today on Christmas Eve. The gal there was very cheery and very helpful and I wish all their associates were like her. Although I went in for one particular dress I saw on IG, I ended up getting 4 outfits! I got a top that was a Lexbreezy design and 3 that were from Simply Sisters (Lola Miller designs) that were apparently from the Made in Hawaii show that I missed due to my scheduling conflicts combined with the sold out timeframe I needed. I absolutely love Simply Sister quality of fabric and the Lexbreezy top I got today was closer to it! I love that the style, fit (as I don't like to show my boobs or mid section), and the quality of the fabric. I love to shop local and support local designers as you well know after times like Covid, we must support the businesses we want to keep around. I also love that they are in Kailua and I don't need to go all the way to Ala Moana or some where downtown to get beautiful aloha attire. There is always parking here and great store hours. They have fabulous accessories like pillow cases, purses, aprons, pareos, scrunchies, and so much more. I tend to go in for a gift but leave with something as a gift and something for me lol! I know I don't have to worry about exchanging as I purchased a gift for my mom and she didn't like the fit so she got credit and went back and found something else she liked instead! Next on my wish list is their blazer! I couldn't get it this time (since I already went above and beyond my budget) but I plan to return and rock it with black tuxedo pants and a white corset style top under it! They also do not allow refunds, only store credit; make sure that you get what you want the first time. We were out in Kailua and made a last minute decision to look for something to wear for a wedding we were to attend the next day. Arrived there around 5 minutes before closing and the attendant was courteous and cordial. She didn't rush us or anything but let us browse the store. I have been following her line for awhile and think her items patterns are very pretty. I decided to order a shower curtain for our guest bathroom in the bird of paradise pattern. On her website the shower curtain is cream in the description and in the photo. When I received it the color was not cream... it was a mint green :P, and the bottom hem of the curtain is not good quality as it is already coming apart. Looks as it was a turn and burn rush job. No quality control. I reached out to her customer service via email and via phone messages many times and have not heard back from her EVER! It's been 2 months now. The shower curtain was not as featured and I wanted to exchange it for a cream one or get my $50.00 refunded. You would think that if you take pride in your work you would address your customers concerns. I will NEVER order anything else from this company and would NOT recommend her items to anyone. The quality of sewing is poor and the photos of items and what you will actually receive might not be the same. This should never happen if you are a CLASSY designer. And last but not least her customer service is ABSOULUTLEY AWFUL! This is a 1/2 ass establishment and they truly need to look at the way they run their business. read more

I wanted to write to you about an experience I had the first time that I did ever visit your shop. I was looking for an outfit to wear for my friends wedding. I been to other shops that month and had not found the right look that I wanted. We where in Kailua that day and I seen your post of your beautiful design on Instagram that I stock. My other half walked with me and right away noticed chairs and sat his butt down. I look at all the beautiful dresses and tops. Right away one of your girls asked if I was looking for something. I said yes for a wedding and I gave her the whole story. She seen that I had some things to try on and told me where to go. I tried on dress after dress and top and pants after top and pants. I think she noticed it was my 3rd time in and out of the dressing room. Came over while I was in there asking how does it look? If I needed a different size she would be happy to go get it for me. I open the curtain and said " babes does this dress look funny?" I told her to be honest no worries I need it cause hello I not going out In for the of people I don't know looking like a hot mess. Plus she could see the look on my face how I felt defeated. I was noticing my body is not how is used to be and I couldn't fit these designs. She told me hold on wait in the dressing room she wanted to bring me a dress she thinks I would like. She brought back and two pieces. Where it was a crop top and a skirt that would go all the way up and the top would cover over it. My face lighted up with how comfortable I was and I finally found something that actually fit me and my body size. I'm thankful for the staff that you have in your store and I'm also thankful that you have clothing that fit women of all sizes. Local girls have a store that they can go to that its modern with Hawaiian style for any occasion and it's comfortable fabric. But also I'm really thankful for your staff to how to dress all body types. I really thought I was going to leave with nothing. But I got so many compliments that night at the wedding about my dress and where did it get it from. Now I own 5 of your outfits and you have a returning customer for ever.
