Went their for something specific as a recommendation, found it and saw other things. Like Hawaiian t-shirts in many different colors, towels, tank tops male & female, long sleeve, hoodies, solid color tees, sizes from infant, children, adults up to 5X. The owners were helpful and friendly. They have 4 covered parking spaces but still have other areas to park. Because of rail construction I missed the entrance, called them to specify location as I was driving using GPS. The information of blue building in the middle was helpful ..lol read more

This is a locally-owned family store where they sell quite a bit of variety items like hoodies, tops, towels, etc. Definitely, not a touristy -like store ....which I LOVE! And I'm a tourist . But I'm the type of gal that doesn't need glam and glitter. I want down to earth and neighborhood feel. While I was browsing, I did notice more locals visiting the store....and made it feel like I was just one of them. Employees were helpful and considerate and I left with some great clothing souvenirs for my husband and son at pretty good pricing. Undoubtedly, will be back when I visit Oahu again. read more

I love this gift shop! They have the best prices with the best designs and quality Shirt. The staff is friendly and helpful! Last time I was there a young beautiful lady assisted me. She was so helpful, kind and helped me find the best gifts for my family. Very good selection of shirts and I was able to find the perfect t shirts for a group of 12 ranging in age from 9 months to 58 years. I also purchased few for my dog. Cheap shirts, bags, sarongs, etc! I never would've known that this place even existed if my parents hadn't told me about it. I don't even know how they found out about it, but while they were visiting Oahu from Hilo for Thanksgiving weekend, they said that we needed to stop by this place. I'm glad that we did! PD Gift Shop is really easy to miss as it's on Dillingham/Kamehameha headed Ewa on the mauka side of the road. It's a tiny shop, but it's packed with lots of great deals. My dad wanted some shirts for work (he does manual labor), and my mom wanted some gifts to send to friends on the continent. Tank tops and long sleeved shirts are 4/$20, and I appreciate that some have designs and others don't. Some t-shirts go for $8/$20. What a deal! The guys working in the store were both really nice. Hands down - this is my #1 gift shop in the island! There may be a ton of gift shops around BUT this shop is a hidden gem cause it literally has the best quality t-shirts, tank tops, etc at a reasonable price. It's been my one stop shop every time I visit the island and need to buy gifts to take back home to Cali. I highly recommend it! High quality t-shirts here. Owned 4 t-shirts...1 long sleeve, 1 short sleeve, and two kids t-shirts for my 4 and 2 year old kids and they were of high quality, thick t shirts. I washed them and they retained their colors well. I recommend to flip your t-shirts inside and out before washing, as to prevent any cracking or discoloration of the logos and emblems. After drying them, flip the t-shirts back to normal, this keeps it looking new. Other t-shirts rip more easily, these thick ones from PD Gift Shop will definitely last longer. read more

My tall shouldered Hubby and Son can fit the XL but ofcourse prefer the bigger 4x for length. I got 8 Shirts sized 4x-6x for all of us for $41.80. What a bargain for a Hawaiian Print T. Gonna make tank tops/Bathing Suit Cover Ups with braided straps using utube out if my larger ones. The lady was so kind & helpful. We went to the other shirt shop that said 8 for 20 in that same area. It was in like a garage type setting but they wanted $8 each for 4x and up. I told the sales gal PD has them $5 each and she couldve cared less so we bounced back over to PD. Cash only sales at PD but good deals for quality if you ask us. The other store may have had jumbo sizes and more variety but still you get more shirts for PD price. Lady said her sister carries the 4x up sizes also at a booth at Aloha Stadium to the right once you enter the parking lot after pay but we didn't see it.
