The last store standing!!! They no longer have stores in ala Moana or pearl ridge. This is a decent location with a lot of collaborations. Parking is in the same ish parking lot as Costco. FYI the gps will lead you on the other side. Great customer service read more

I had so much trouble finding this place on Apple Maps. It kept leading me to the back and I didn't realize it was located inside the dole canary. Probably best to type in dole canary for the location. There's a directory that tells u the suite number. Located on the first floor. I went here cos my friend got her son Jiu Jitsu tees. Sadly they didn't have any kids sizes. And no adult XS, in fact they didn't have much stock left of those two tees that I wanted. So I just got an adult small for my son to grow into. Workers were nice and helpful checking the back for different sizes, colors, etc. read more

Location is great spot, service was great. Came a long way from the ward village location. High stock of products

For those looking for in4mation and Aloha Army, this is the place. They also have a selection of their own products for sale (all the same company). Easy to find. Park near Costco and stop in after 10 AM. Staff are friendly and will help you find what you need in store or online. If you're local, you can save the shipping and pick up in store as well. Show your ID and you're all good. Items come nicely wrapped in branded paper as well. Overall, a great experience. read more

Spent thousands at this store. Ordered a bunch of stuff for Labor Day. When I opened the box I was missing a shirt. Tried emailing and left messages. Just got straight ghosted. Another time I ordered and they gave me the wrong size but I just let that slide. Then another time they gave me a premium thin shirt instead of the regular material. Shipping department is a joke. So sad when local companies do this to local people. ‍ read more

Stopped by while in the this area with my friend who was visiting. It's on the 1st floor level of the Dole Cannery Shops, near the Costco parking lot. My dude adores the in4mation brand. He always says "Did you know in4mation's brand creators are from Mililani?!?! Represents!" Lol. I think of the signature curvy font of "hi", the island chain, and "aloha" designs from the brand. The staff here were very friendly and offered help and suggestions. When we entered the store, the employee with a gold chain attached to his mask greeted us. He asked if it was our first time to the store, when we said yes, he explained the store concept. They have clothing and other wearables from in4mation, Vast, Aloha Army, and more. All at discounted rates. My friend recognized items with a design she's seen on the mainland. So there's a good variety of items. I saw a hat design that sold for $40 online for a great price of $20 in store. As quoted from the website, "Welcome to Slashers. Slashers is Hawaii's first off priced street wear boutique brought to you by the creators of In4mation and Aloha Army. After operating from an online only platform through 2020, it was only natural that a new shop concept would evolve from this pivotal time in history. We're stoked to be able to provide our guests with the experience In4mation boutiques have been known for since the beginning in a fresh space. Slashers offers a variety of brands at a fraction of the original retail cost you'd normally pay in stores. With new releases weekly, our inventory is ever changing and always fresh! If you're on Oahu, you can pick up orders placed through the In4mation and Aloha Army websites at this location." In4mation offers cool, cute and fun designs that represent Hawaii and their collaborations. There was one with Rainbow Drive-In a while back with a diagram breakdown of a "plate lunch". They also had a Halloween 2020 special design that came with one Lego styled figurines of Michael Myers, Freddy Kruger, and Jason Voorhees. My dude did have some problems with his order online for this shirt. For some reason the USPS item tracking website showed the item in Illinois, while his brother at the same Hawaii address had already gotten his shirt. When he called and emailed in4mation there was some discrepancies. Someone in the store told him they would refund him, but online they told him to contact USPS as it was out of their control since the address was correct. I contacted USPS and they were able to resolve everything. And my dude got his shirt and his figure. Maybe it was just a fluke because of shipping during the COVID-19 pandemic. Important as noted on their website, "SHIPPING AND DELIVERY *Please note: Tracking information for international orders may be limited once the package has left the United States as couriers may vary. Tracking updates are available through the USPS website and is limited to the information provided by USPS. We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages." When we were in the Slashers store, the employee let us know they were out of the Freddy Kruger figurines. I found a Lego knock off version of it on Etsy and ordered it so my dude had the complete set of figures ;D (just in case you guys was also looking for add this one to your set lol). They also had a Ghost Busters inspired shirt that came with a Lego figure as well. It is good to know that local orders online can be picked up in the Slasher's location. Very convenient. As quoted on the website, "LOCAL PICK UP - SLASHERS Get your items faster with free in-store pickup at Slashers! When selecting the delivery method for your order, choose "Local Pick Up". Orders are usually ready within 24 hours unless the order was placed on the weekend in which case, it may be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email or text when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up 7 days a week during Slashers business hours. Monday-Saturday 10AM-6PM and Sunday's 11AM-4PM Your order will be held for 10 days after being processed. If the order isn't picked up within 10 days from being processed, we will cancel the order and refund you in the original form of payment. Please visit the "SLASHERS" tab at the top right of this webpage to view a detailed map of where Slashers is located in the Dole Cannery Shops along with the best place to park for free." I had bought things from the in4mation website (https://www.in4mation.co/) online during a sale. Scored some great t-shirts, hats and face masks, great prices! SUPPORT LOCAL! Good for presents to family members or friends who have moved away from Hawaii. Brings them a little bit of "aloha" they can wear to remind them of home. My friend was happy with her purchase and said she'd bring her dude with her the next time they visit. read more

Ok here is my first review for this business, this week I ordered a couple of bags and it came yesterday. But unfortunately the packaging got damaged which in turn trickled down to one of the products. I emailed them with pics showing the damage, I then called them yesterday right away to let them know too. The girl said she would have to call me back because she would have to talk to her manager. Well I never got a call, but I did receive a answer to my email. I was told that their policy is that they are not responsible for damaged packages, lost/stolen items during shipping and that need to take it up with USPS. I'm sorry but that is a terrible policy although I do understand that it's not their fault either. But after talking to a few people we all were in agreement that my item should have been replaced. I mean I'm all for supporting local but to its things like this that sometimes hurts them. read more

After returning to Honolulu, I was pretty bummed to learn that the physical in4mation stores closed. Luckily, their website mentioned Slashers. Came here and was able to order some swag that was available on the in4mation website. They had a good selection of other gear, all at great prices. Nice little changing room to their their clothes. Service was super helpful and nice. Always about that Aloha spirit! So glad I found this place! read more

Bad customer service. They don't even greet you or ask if you need help. Spend over 50 dollars and they don't even give you a bag. Have to ask for one and don't even bother putting item inside the bag. No wonder they located in that location. read more

Best gear locally in the island. Nice selection of mens and ladies gear. A must stop for me every time I'm in the area.

Great shop! I did an in-store pick up for an online in4formation order here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of shirts that were all discounted! I was surprised at how low their prices are. All my shirts we $15 each! Def coming back! read more

Whenever we visited Oahu years ago we always made the stop when it was at A la Moana as well as Chinatown. And now at its new location it's always a must visit as well! Customer service is more than top notch. Ive placed many orders online for in4mation gear. But their customer service I received the other day sent them over the top as a favorite brand. I received a call from Emily in regards to a release that was coming (the bounty hunter tee). Back in may unfortunately my order for my kids tee was refunded since the kids version wasn't produced at the time. No problem at all. Fast forward 5 months later (10-12-22) Emily calls to let me know the kids sizes were going to be available and that she recalled my order back in May. If that's not great customer service than I don't know what is. Mahalo to the in4mation and slashers staff ! read more

I came here again with my bf yesterday and like my other review, this place exceeds my 5 stars rating! Here are a few reasons why: 1. When you buy from their online site: www.in4mation.co - if you live on Oahu, you can choose to do pickup in store. This allows you to save money on shipping directly to your home. All my small orders are ready in 24 hours. 2. Location: This place is conveniently located on the first floor of Dole Cannery. It shares it's parking lot with Iwilei Costco. 3. Amazing and spectacular customer service! The sales associate who helped me, Tiana is such a sweetie pie! She was the one who helped me with my pickup last time. I just had to show her my email and handed my order to me while I browsed through the store. Justin rang me up and gave me a few stickers because we small talked for a bit. 4. Variable Hawai'i Pop Up: When I came to pick up my order, I was unaware that they had a special section curated with vintage finds from Tiana's husband, Jordan. If you thrift (like me), this experience is like 100x better than going to your average thrift store. The quality and selection of his picks are all such gems! I found a royal blue Rainbow Brite shirt that I had to have! I know in my heart, that if I didn't pick it up. It would have been gone the next time I went. I'm really happy that in4mation decided to create Slashers as an extension of their business. If you want to check out some cool shirts, hats, etc. from a local streetwear brand. Be sure to check this place out! It will not disappoint! read more

beware they only offer a 10 day return policy. ordered some shirts online right outside of the 10 day policy that dont fit and the manager alyssa said there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO. last time well be shopping there. auwe! so much for supporting local. after speaking w ashley we were able to return for store credit, but was given such a hard time w tyler. no receipt or anything for the 7 shirts they took back and was told a store credit will be emailed at a later time. he didnt even take an inventory or the items that were returned until AFTER i requested him to, and even with that, gave a shitty attitude. there was one item on the order that was unfulfilled and i wasnt issued a refund until AFTER i inquired about it. you guys really need to step up your customer service. read more

Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. Slashers always has the dopest gear since the old days. Cheee
