I had so much trouble finding this place on Apple Maps. It kept leading me to the back and I didn't realize it was located inside the dole canary. Probably best to type in dole canary for the location. There's a directory that tells u the suite number. Located on the first floor. I went here cos my friend got her son Jiu Jitsu tees. Sadly they didn't have any kids sizes. And no adult XS, in fact they didn't have much stock left of those two tees that I wanted. So I just got an adult small for my son to grow into. Spent thousands at this store. Ordered a bunch of stuff for Labor Day. When I opened the box I was missing a shirt. Tried emailing and left messages. Just got straight ghosted. Another time I ordered and they gave me the wrong size but I just let that slide. Then another time they gave me a premium thin shirt instead of the regular material. Shipping department is a joke. For those looking for in4mation and Aloha Army, this is the place. They also have a selection of their own products for sale (all the same company). Easy to find. Park near Costco and stop in after 10 AM. Staff are friendly and will help you find what you need in store or online. If you're local, you can save the shipping and pick up in store as well. Bad customer service. They don't even greet you or ask if you need help. Spend over 50 dollars and they don't even give you a bag. Have to ask for one and don't even bother putting item inside the bag. No wonder they located in that location. read more

Ok here is my first review for this business, this week I ordered a couple of bags and it came yesterday. But unfortunately the packaging got damaged which in turn trickled down to one of the products. I emailed them with pics showing the damage, I then called them yesterday right away to let them know too. The girl said she would have to call me back because she would have to talk to her manager. Well I never got a call, but I did receive a answer to my email. I was told that their policy is that they are not responsible for damaged packages, lost/stolen items during shipping and that need to take it up with USPS. I'm sorry but that is a terrible policy although I do understand that it's not their fault either. But after talking to a few people we all were in agreement that my item should have been replaced. I mean I'm all for supporting local but to its things like this that sometimes hurts them. read more

Stopped by while in the this area with my friend who was visiting. It's on the 1st floor level of the Dole Cannery Shops, near the Costco parking lot. My dude adores the in4mation brand. He always says "Did you know in4mation's brand creators are from Mililani?!?! Represents!" Lol. I think of the signature curvy font of "hi", the island chain, and "aloha" designs from the brand. The staff here were very friendly and offered help and suggestions. When we entered the store, the employee with a gold chain attached to his mask greeted us. He asked if it was our first time to the store, when we said yes, he explained the store concept. They have clothing and other wearables from in4mation, Vast, Aloha Army, and more. All at discounted rates. My friend recognized items with a design she's seen on the mainland. So there's a good variety of items. I saw a hat design that sold for $40 online for a great price of $20 in store. As quoted from the website, "Welcome to Slashers. For some reason the USPS item tracking website showed the item in Illinois, while his brother at the same Hawaii address had already gotten his shirt. When he called and emailed in4mation there was some discrepancies. Someone in the store told him they would refund him, but online they told him to contact USPS as it was out of their control since the address was correct. I contacted USPS and they were able to resolve everything. And my dude got his shirt and his figure. Maybe it was just a fluke because of shipping during the COVID-19 pandemic. Important as noted on their website, "SHIPPING AND DELIVERY *Please note: Tracking information for international orders may be limited once the package has left the United States as couriers may vary. They also had a Ghost Busters inspired shirt that came with a Lego figure as well. It is good to know that local orders online can be picked up in the Slasher's location. Very convenient. After returning to Honolulu, I was pretty bummed to learn that the physical in4mation stores closed. Luckily, their website mentioned Slashers. Came here and was able to order some swag that was available on the in4mation website. They had a good selection of other gear, all at great prices. Nice little changing room to their their clothes. Whenever we visited Oahu years ago we always made the stop when it was at A la Moana as well as Chinatown. And now at its new location it's always a must visit as well! Customer service is more than top notch. Ive placed many orders online for in4mation gear. But their customer service I received the other day sent them over the top as a favorite brand. I received a call from Emily in regards to a release that was coming (the bounty hunter tee). Back in may unfortunately my order for my kids tee was refunded since the kids version wasn't produced at the time. No problem at all. Fast forward 5 months later (10-12-22) Emily calls to let me know the kids sizes were going to be available and that she recalled my order back in May. beware they only offer a 10 day return policy. ordered some shirts online right outside of the 10 day policy that dont fit and the manager alyssa said there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO. last time well be shopping there. auwe! so much for supporting local. after speaking w ashley we were able to return for store credit, but was given such a hard time w tyler. no receipt or anything for the 7 shirts they took back and was told a store credit will be emailed at a later time. he didnt even take an inventory or the items that were returned until AFTER i requested him to, and even with that, gave a shitty attitude. there was one item on the order that was unfulfilled and i wasnt issued a refund until AFTER i inquired about it. you guys really need to step up your customer service. read more

All my small orders are ready in 24 hours. 2. Location: This place is conveniently located on the first floor of Dole Cannery. It shares it's parking lot with Iwilei Costco. 3. Amazing and spectacular customer service! The sales associate who helped me, Tiana is such a sweetie pie! She was the one who helped me with my pickup last time. I just had to show her my email and handed my order to me while I browsed through the store. Justin rang me up and gave me a few stickers because we small talked for a bit. 4. Variable Hawai'i Pop Up: When I came to pick up my order, I was unaware that they had a special section curated with vintage finds from Tiana's husband, Jordan. If you thrift (like me), this experience is like 100x better than going to your average thrift store. The quality and selection of his picks are all such gems!
