It's been a while since we shopped at posh. My daughter and I made it a day to go to town. I really love this place. Employees are super nice and very personable. They have a wide range of clothing selection. I like how they just put one of each size out and they will replenish it from the back if a size gets sold. It makes it easier to shop when the racks are not overloaded. I lost some weight so I was so happy when their jeans finally fit me. The last time we came, the zipper wouldn't go up. My daughter was helping me zip it up and I felt like I was in the movie White Chicks! Lol. Bought a couple of earrings, a cute bracelet, two tops and a jeans. My daughter went nuts with the jumpers and bought a pair of jeans.. with her own money! Lol! We love this place and we will def be back! read more

Love, love, love this boutique! The owner, Elena, and her family are absolutely amazing! Her shop is located on the 4th floor of the Hawaiian Life Building on Kapiolani Blvd near Ala Moana. It's a step off the beaten path but one of the best boutiques on the island. I love how Elena gets to know her customers and always remembers them as they come in. She's super sweet and very helpful. She also has an online shop which gives the option to ship or pick up in store. They have sales on a regular basis and carries good quality clothing & accessories for a reasonable price. So.....I had lunch with a few friends and one of them mentioned during lunch they were going to a boutique in the area and showed me the Instagram account of what this boutique sells. I had an hour to spare so I tagged a long! The parking was easy to get to with many stalls available. I am not sure if you have to sign in but I did just cause I seen the clip board by the elevator. We took the elevator to the 4th floor where the owner peeped her head out and welcomed us in. She said she just expanded the store. It seems like she buys one of each size for every item in stock. I should of asked but I was busy shopping! Ha! I like that I wont see a ton of people with the same outfit! Heard about this place from a friend. Another cute woman's boutique I'm glad my friend shared this hidden clothing store. Clothing is cute, simple, casual, and beautiful enough to go out for dinner. I love everything in this store. Their fashion is unique, big department stores don't carry most clothing they offer. They sell bags and accessories. Store is small so when they introduce a new item, if your not quick, it's gone. They have selections on jeans, shorts, blouses, dresses, rompers, soooo cute and casual!! Store is on the fourth floor by Hawaii National Bank. Hours are short and closed on Sundays unless owner states on Instagram. Staff is so nice and helpful. Price is affordable, so I can buy more!!! The workers are really friendly and personable. When I went in I saw a couple dresses and shorts that I wanted to try on and they started a dressing room for me. They came back to ask if I was doing okay and also went to get me a different size. The shop is very clean and organized by style and the dressing rooms are beautiful and comfortable for guest to try on outfits. They have a variety of Tops, Dresses, Rompers, Heels, jewelry & more! They accept both Cash or Card. This is located at 1311 Kapiolani Blvd. 4th floor room 414. Parking is very limited and be sure to sign in your car by the elevators. Highly recommend checking out this boutique for a cute and unique outfit! Awesome selection from super sweet Elena! This girl lived in SD for a decade so she knows what's cute from the islands to the mainland. I have to admit the first time I showed up to the shop area I couldn't find it. There are signs indicating the direction it is in (the back of the plaza) but then once you're there it's hot, a little smelly, and lacking signage! The day I showed up I went to the massage salon and asked if they knew about Posh Hawaii. The girl there said to check the Facebook page and text Elena for shop hours as they are not normal hours. I did this and Elena promptly let me know hours for the day I wanted to return. I returned on my last day in town and was pleased with the items on the racks. I was a little disappointed that many items were not tagged so I didn't know what prices were before trying them on and falling in love with them! I heard that items are pictured on Instagram, but I'm one of those few people out there that doesn't use that app. Also the a/c was out the day I visited - Elena and her husband made every effort to alleviate the problem with multiple fans in the store and fitting rooms, and offering customers water from the fridge. The fitting rooms are very makeshift and the curtain rod fell down when I was changing - embarrassing as there were two men in the small room and mirrors showing my mismatched undergarments! Just be careful not to hang things from the curtain rod! Other than that it was a great place to pick up some nice new pieces! read more

Even though I received my product a week later, I still wouldn't shop here. When I tried to call the company by phone no one answered at first. I did have to text to receive an answer. On the message she said she would get back to me that afternoon but did not get back to me until 2 days later. You need to be more consistent when you are a small business owner. Do not give a time frame you can't keep. Here is a text message I got from one of the workers because I haven't updated my review. Also on the message it says she knows me from Lahaina. This is my fav boutique for many reasons - the owner and her husband are gems, I feel like 'ohana when I shop there, pricing is amazing, I get first class treatment and let's not forget....THE CLOTHES!!!!!! Returns are difficult. I had bought something almost a year ago. 9/20 will be a year from now from the date I returned the items. I had it mailed and when it came in it some items did not fit. I came in a few days later to return the items that did not fit and it amounted to $69.11. I didn't not get a actual credit and was just told to write it down. Later tried to get more items mailed to me and was told I should come in to try them on. Now with everything going on and being pregnant since December I came to a realization that I am just out the money. Only really complaining about the return policy and that it was difficult for me to get new items. I suggest you go into the store to buy your items and make sure you like it. read more

Why did I give this oh-so-too-cute shop a 4-star rating on 2/9??? 5 ALL THE WAY BEBE!! I went back in last Friday, 6/29, and came back out with 9 items!! Sooo cute, sooo flirty, sooo fashionable. Check the hours it is open and take full advantage!!! This shop is sooo cute! I became a follower on IG when all the local girls would hashtag its cute clothes. The shop is in the 1311 Kapiolani building, 4th floor. It is on the corner of Kapiolani and Pensacola. I parked in the lot, and logged into the sign-in sheet by the elevator (license plate, make & model of car, what floor I was going to, and the time). I had bought a top by phone the day before, but when I tried it on it was a little long (in the IG picture, the girl modeling it was 5'5 and I am 5'2). Found this store online somehow. I don't have much luck with online shopping, but decided to give this place a try since it was local and there didn't seem to be an issue with returns. I ordered joggers and a cover-up and they emailed me when my order was ready. I was surprised to see it was a cute hidden boutique when I went to pick up my order. Clothes were so cute!!! I was completely happy with my purchase that I went online again to look for more clothing. If I were to nit-pick, the only I can say that maybe could be improved is to show different views of the clothing on the website instead of just one picture for people that like to shop online. When she finally made the move to oahu it was so exciting....they are always so helpful and very friendly! I've been shopping from Posh Hawaii for couple years now and I have never had any problem with their service and items until recently. I bought a jacket and 3 tops online and was requested to be mailed. When I recieved the items I tried it on and I didnt like the look on me so I went in to the store the next day to get a refund or exchange but, the owner wouldn't take 1 of the top back because she said it looks like it there was a stain. I tried to explain to her that I didn't do anything with the top except to try it on and still refused to give me credit. She said the only way she will give me credit is to get it clean. I was really disappointed with her. It felt like she was blaming me for something I didn't do. Because the way she treated me as a customer I will take my business elsewhere and never order and buy anything again from that store. read more

OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SMALL CUTE BOUTIQUE!!! I came across Posh from Instagram and after being a follower for a few weeks, I decided to treat myself to some of there clothing. I messaged Elena on IG asking how does the "text to order" work, she responds so quickly and is very very helpful! When I got my package, the clothes didn't fit my properly, my body shape is just a bit odd (LOL). So I went to the boutique itself (its located in the same building as Buti Groove on the corner of Kapiolani and Piikoi--DONT JUDGE ITS LOCATION), and I exchanged my order for other dresses that I FELL IN LOVE WITH! The whole time I was there, I kept thinking, "Where has this boutique been all my life?". The merchandise is so simple, elegant, and fashionable. Glad to have found this boutique. 4 stars because of the parking availability. Very affordable trendy clothing! The shop is tucked inside of a building at the corner of Piikoi and Kapiolani. I think they are on the 4th floor. Parking is available but very minimal. Had to go around several times many times to find a stall. Gotta sign in with your car info before you enter the elevator. However once you locate their shop down the hallway you'll find a nice but small collection of clothing and accessories. You'll need to check weekly on IG for the store hours. I was ECSTATIC when they announced they were moving to Oahu and opened their store directly across the street from where I work. How awesome & convenient is that! I've been a faithful and regular customer for past 6 years. The owner, Elena, her husband, Kevin and staff are fabulous, they make you feel like family. Elena has a knack for finding the cutest, stylish, trendy & unique pieces and accessories. She is awesome, very knowledgeable in fashion, accommodating, and the utmost fantastic customer service! I like it that she gives you a heads up of upcoming arrivals and her great memory of keeping track of each individual customers's style preference is amazing. Love Elena's genuine honesty. I was told about POSH by a friend who enables my shopping addiction. It's a small locally owned boutique located in Kahului, Maui. I began shopping here via instagram and text to order. From the very first order, I knew I'd be a loyal customer of POSH. The owner, Elena, is the sweetest. She responds to texts quickly, esp. considering she puts her phone number out there for everyone to use to contact her with questions or orders. She only charges $5 to mail up to 4 items and she accepts returns up to 14 days after purchase. Without going into detail, what makes her an absolutely one of a kind business owner is her willingness to go above and beyond to make her customers happy. I work in Maui often but my schedule is a little chaotic so when I found out that my schedule didn't meet up with her hours, but really needed an outfit for a wedding I was going to, she rearranged her time to help me get a super cute outfit. She is always very patient and helpful. After a couple text/mail orders, I finally made it into the boutique and was pleasantly surprised at how convenient it's location is, about 10 minutes from the airport. It's at the backside of the building with a lot of parking. The shop itself is quaint but not crowded or stuffy feeling. It has 2 dressing rooms and the racks are very organized by color and style...very visually pleasing. I love that she supports local designers.
