With lots of clothing of all kinds what gets me here really are the accessories as they have so much to choose from from various bling jewelry to eye pillow (my newest obsession to relax) to stickers, mugs and keychains. Walking in what I really love is their decor with cute wall quotes, the pink card with Lexbreezy Beauty, and something that's showcased with pride is the timeline of their start in 2015 and debut at the Merrie Monarch Festival in 2016 is amazing to this newest addition is so cool. Shop for the whole family with clothing accessories from head to toe including totes and bags...lots of it and so cute! The staff here is very nice and advice us of some of the items and now that they're finally here in Pearl City finding that lovely Lexbreezy items is easier than ever. Thank you!

From a customers perspective, you can definitely see it in this store. Instead of working the floor and making the store money, they just stand around and talk story amongst each other. All the workers is stuck up, besides this one darker skinned worker. She was super nice and doesn't deserve to work with these rude workers. Definitely not coming back and I hope the manager retrains some of there workers here or get new ones bec they definitely need work.

She told us about 'forever' bracelets and we were in :) Jannon (hope I'm spelling that correctly) helped us create the most beautiful and timeless pieces. It was so fun getting to choose the charms and the chain for our bracelets. So many cute options too. You really get to personalize your bracelet. Luckily, we were the only customers.. so it was like, we had the whole store and jewelry associate to ourselves-Jannon especially made it such a pleasant experience with her sweet personality so kind and so patient.. it'll forever be a lovely memory for all of us this entire experience was priceless. She made us feel welcome and gave us time to browse around before asking any questions. Unbelievably, the outfit I found was exactly what I was looking for. The outfit came in three happy colors and I ended up with the coral. Our daughter also found a dress albeit she was only there to support me. The prices were competitive to what you'd pay at other Polynesian stores. The store is not a large one but there's a lot of items to select from (dresses, rompers, shorts, casual & elegant tops, pants, etc). Yes was the answer cuz it was a reversible print: one side had artistically placed island names I spotted Kahoolawe first. The other side looked like a lei of white flowers on a black background. I figured easy to identify and carry the passport and necessities onto the cruise ship. I decided. I'll take it so the sales clerk put it back into its sealed plastic bag that I had asked him if I could look at it and put it into a paper handled sack. Only one other customer in the store. Very uncluttered with distinctive items. I was thrilled that the price was under $50, good deal.

I found out about this local designer from the second location at Windward Mall in Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawaii. The workers in Kaneohe told me that the Pearlridge store is bigger and has more inventory. I needed to look! LOCATION: upper level of the "Uptown" side of the Mall - near to Macy's. ENVIRONMENT: attractive displays and organized racks of clothing, mixed with shelves of tote bags make browsing pleasant. Air conditioning, good lighting, and convenient dressing room are present! Service was very friendly and helpful. I was advised to return next month - after the designer returns from Europe. I'll be back!

I specifically wanted to see the Iwa collab pieces in person, especially the deep green set, because I wanted to get an idea of the fit before purchasing. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the customer service we received. The employee working at the time didn't greet us when we walked in and seemed to give us an unfriendly look. Later, when the store got less busy and she did say hello, the tone came across as a bit dismissive and like she didn't really want to be there. When I asked if I could try on the set to check the fit, she told me "you can throw it over your clothes" in a pretty sassy tone. If there aren't fitting rooms available, that's completely understandable, but a simple explanation like "sorry, we don't have fitting rooms" would have come across much more welcoming. Because of the interaction, the overall experience left a sour taste and I ended up leaving without buying anything, even though I had come specifically to shop there. My husband and mom also mentioned they felt like we were being watched closely the whole time, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. I was really hoping for a better first visit since I genuinely wanted to support the store and purchase some items. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
