Stumbled upon this store while walking around the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. What caught my eye were the huge PopMart Zimomos, Labubus, and Bearbrick figures and more. Very hipster shop with high end shoes, sportswear and other collectibles. OG even has a game machine in the back with Labubus. I believe it's $5.00 a try. I spoke with one of the OG employees, who let me know that you can ask for a Kamaaina discount. If you like blind boxes, they have a lot of options. Labubu and Sonny Angels and more. While I was walking at Royal Hawaiian Center, Original Grail Store caught my eye. They have the rarest Labubu(s) displayed in front of their store. The people there were very helpful with what I was looking for. They have tons of choices, including the secret items; MACARON, HAVE A SEAT and BIG INTO ENERGY in limited quantities with lots more of the special editions that's hard to find. Secret(s) edition are very hard to find. I am not sure how many blind boxes you need to buy/open to luckily get them. I bought an open box because I want to make sure that's what I want. I came in to see if my son wanted a pair of shoes that he was looking for since we are on vacay and we don't usually get this kind of time at home. I probably would've purchased one of the pairs I noticed my son going back to but the workers in the store kept coming up to us letting us know that we could ask them if we need to check any of the shoes out. My son just wanted to enjoy looking at shoes not knowing that I was observing which he wanted to buy, or which ones he wanted to buy. The treatment from the workers dampened any desire I had to buy my son a pair let alone anything from this store. When we got back to our hotel, I told him he could just purchase whatever he wanted online. read more

Everyone was very nice and the selection was great but i just could not bring myself to purchase something for twice its actual value. They have shoes that go for under retail on other services for $200 or more. Again one of the best selections i've seen but even the stussy shirts that go for 45 right across the street were priced at 130. Best of luck to the business but not for me. read more

Terrible place. Sent my son in the store to get shoes. They sold him a pair of shoes that did not even fit him. When I called to have them returned right away they said no refunds. Original grail is a great all around spot. The staff is very welcoming , knowledgeable and all around helpful. They have lots of sneakers with a wide range of sizes , and also their supreme selection is awesome (from box logos, graphic tees , hoodies, accessories) - they have all supreme items anyone could want . I've been supporting original grail since 2018 and it's been a good experience every time. I have copped lots of shoes and also many good supreme pieces at OG over the years and will definitely continue to return. Supreme!!! My kids love this brand and we spent a weekend searching the island for it. This is THE store to go. The folks in here were really nice, very patient, and totally helpful. I was looking for a something to get my boy who was not there with me. They were cool with us talking with him on the phone and seeing a few dozen things. In the end, I ended up buying a Supreme hat, and I'm the best Dad in the world now. I would say this is the best Supreme store to go to. It has the biggest selection, and the most variety. They also have other cool things in there (sneakers, clothes, gadgets) but we came for Supreme and were not disappointed. Parking is the tricky part. We had to park in Ala Moana and walk over but I would say it was worth it. read more

Love the selection of Jordan's shoes they have here. Also like the lil Jordan shoe keychains. My husband and I have been here a few times and we always leave with shoes. They carry shoes u can't buy in stores. A lot of retro Jordan's and some really exclusive ones. This is my new go to spot for shoes! Oh and the staff are always nice and helpful!! In Hawaii for vacation and looking to do some retail therapy, so I checked out one of the top rated consignment shops here in Waikiki. Nice looking store, clean, setup is neat and organized, good selection of kicks, staff was attentive right when I walked through the door, but everything is too overpriced. Quick price comparisons on StockX and GOAT show the prices here are at least 1.5-2x resale pricing. Honestly don't know who would pay for their items because of the huge mark up. I was looking to cop a pair of Belugas, but for near $900 for a pair in my size, I might as well head across the street and pick up a pair of speeds at Balenciagas official store. read more
