While I was walking at Royal Hawaiian Center, Original Grail Store caught my eye. They have the rarest Labubu(s) displayed in front of their store. The people there were very helpful with what I was looking for. They have tons of choices, including the secret items; MACARON, HAVE A SEAT and BIG INTO ENERGY in limited quantities with lots more of the special editions that's hard to find. Secret(s) edition are very hard to find. I am not sure how many blind boxes you need to buy/open to luckily get them. I bought an open box because I want to make sure that's what I want. The pricing was reasonable. I feel their price is fair. Thanks to Harvey for providing me the best assistance. He is the best! read more

Original Grail - Macaron (Chestnut Cocoa) & Have a Seat ( Duoduo) - Shoe Stores Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Very disappointing experience with Original Grail in Waikiki. My 13-year-old son purchased a pair of older Jordan sneakers here for approximately $208 while I was not with him. He paid cash and was asked to sign a Sneaker Condition & Final Sale Waiver himself, without a parent or guardian present. The shoes were worn only twice, one shoe completely separated from the sole and the other also started coming apart. This happened while my son was at school. He had to walk very slowly for hours, was late to class, and was embarrassed when other students laughed at him because of the condition of his shoes. I contacted Original Grail and provided photos of the damage. They declined a refund, exchange, or store credit, citing the waiver and the age of the sneakers. I asked them to reconsider because the waiver was signed by my 13-year-old son without a parent or guardian present, but they maintained their decision. Original Grail later stated to me in writing that the sneakers were manufactured in 2014, while the handwritten information on the waiver they provided appears to reference 2011. I understand that older collectible sneakers can deteriorate with age. However, as a parent, I am very disappointed that an older pair with this risk was sold to a 13-year-old, that he was permitted to sign the final-sale waiver himself without a parent present, and that both shoes began failing after only two wears. I am sharing our experience so other parents and customers can understand the risks and the store's final-sale policy before making a purchase. read more

Stumbled upon this store while walking around the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. What caught my eye were the huge PopMart Zimomos, Labubus, and Bearbrick figures and more. Very hipster shop with high end shoes, sportswear and other collectibles. OG even has a game machine in the back with Labubus. I believe it's $5.00 a try. I spoke with one of the OG employees, who let me know that you can ask for a Kamaaina discount. If you like blind boxes, they have a lot of options. Labubu and Sonny Angels and more. Per the OG website, they believe and respect each and every origin for someone who loves sneakers, street wear and the culture surrounding them. OG will strive to assist and be part of your grail seeking journey, whether it is to fortify your fashion statement, to fulfill the desire of a rare piece, or even to re-own a piece of you or even to re-own a piece of your childhood memory. https://www.originalgrail.com/pages/about-us Value: OG sells collectible and rare shoes, blind boxes and more, so it depends on what you want? Not bad peeps at all, but to keep it real it's for people that have expendable cash, and not a care on price or sneaker knowledge. If your a sneakerhead it's a good place to look but easy cops anywhere else for waaay lower, or just pass. Denim 1's we're selling for from what I remember over 450$ . Cool guys tho. read more

This store is HIGLY overpriced!!! How can you up-sale a T-shirt 100 percent ???? That's pure greed. Most of the shoes sold here you can buy for half the price on goat and StockX. Don't get robbed by these people!!!! read more

Lots of shoes and clothing store was very cool but a bit overpriced. Service was pretty good and I got helped. Only thing bad I think is the prices read more

We just randomly went into this shop I got to say the workers there are very knowledgeable on the things inside the store also they are very helpful. Not to sure if I would buy anything from here because I'm not really a sneaker head. But they did have a some other pretty cool things. read more

Definitely not for me... Place is way overpriced! And the workers didn't even greet me. Other customers walked in and same thing.

I came in to see if my son wanted a pair of shoes that he was looking for since we are on vacay and we don't usually get this kind of time at home. I probably would've purchased one of the pairs I noticed my son going back to but the workers in the store kept coming up to us letting us know that we could ask them if we need to check any of the shoes out. My son just wanted to enjoy looking at shoes not knowing that I was observing which he wanted to buy, or which ones he wanted to buy. The treatment from the workers dampened any desire I had to buy my son a pair let alone anything from this store. When we got back to our hotel, I told him he could just purchase whatever he wanted online. read more

Way too overpriced! I get it, being in Waikiki baiting all the international tourists with cash flow. If you're looking to score some kicks in Hawaii, go and check out Truest Hawaii. They have a pretty stacked collection with GOAT and StockX prices. read more

Really nice consignment store. Their location is very spacious and allows for customers to browse through their wares easily. Their location is located near Ala Moana so it would be a good idea to stop by if you're planning on checking out the mall. read more

Checked out this spot while visiting Hawaii as it was near our hotel. Ended up getting some shoes and shirts. Staff was very nice and place is super clean. When we were about to leave, the owner hooked up my kids with some OG shirts. I asked one for myself but he said I had to buy mines LOL. read more

Original Grail - Employee helping out my son - Shoe Stores Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

bad customer service. Tried to sucker me into buying more clothes. Put clothed into my bag and I didn't even realize until the next day. Went back to return and they didn't let me. They got the boss and he didn't do anything. Bad service, immature, and not compliant. read more

Everyone was very nice and the selection was great but i just could not bring myself to purchase something for twice its actual value. They have shoes that go for under retail on other services for $200 or more. Again one of the best selections i've seen but even the stussy shirts that go for 45 right across the street were priced at 130. Best of luck to the business but not for me. read more

So excited to have finally visited Original Grail! The store is very neat and organized with a nice selection. It was kind of overwhelming lol but in a good way. I was ecstatic when Francis found the Jordan colorway that I've been looking for! Thank you Francis for being so helpful, patient, and kind. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again. read more

Original grail is a great all around spot. The staff is very welcoming , knowledgeable and all around helpful. They have lots of sneakers with a wide range of sizes , and also their supreme selection is awesome (from box logos, graphic tees , hoodies, accessories) - they have all supreme items anyone could want . I've been supporting original grail since 2018 and it's been a good experience every time. I have copped lots of shoes and also many good supreme pieces at OG over the years and will definitely continue to return. Overall, I highly recommend checking them out - there's something for everyone to pick out . read more

Terrible place. Sent my son in the store to get shoes. They sold him a pair of shoes that did not even fit him. When I called to have them returned right away they said no refunds. To take advantage of a 14 year old kid is bad business. Don't go to this store. A bunch of crooks. If you can't sell the right size to a child and just want to make the sale you are scum. read more

Supreme!!! My kids love this brand and we spent a weekend searching the island for it. This is THE store to go. The folks in here were really nice, very patient, and totally helpful. I was looking for a something to get my boy who was not there with me. They were cool with us talking with him on the phone and seeing a few dozen things. In the end, I ended up buying a Supreme hat, and I'm the best Dad in the world now. I would say this is the best Supreme store to go to. It has the biggest selection, and the most variety. They also have other cool things in there (sneakers, clothes, gadgets) but we came for Supreme and were not disappointed. Parking is the tricky part. We had to park in Ala Moana and walk over but I would say it was worth it. read more

I'm from Los Angeles, and was thoroughly impressed with the vast selection of streetwear brands found in this store. Staff here are amazing. They're very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Bait and switch. Obstacles and ultimately useless about return. The app obviously & intentionally made the return process time consuming in an effort to avoid resolution. Sellers on this app are the app's clients, customers are dispensable to them. I had to check a star to get this posted. This app is wholly untrustworthy and in fact may be deliberately ripping off folks. STAY AWAY. read more

Best Sneaker shop I've ever been to, they got everything there like supreme, sneakers, off white, Yeezys, and a ton of other hypebeast clothing, the staff is very friendly , best part is, is that it's in the ala Moana and ward area. read more

Love the selection of Jordan's shoes they have here. Also like the lil Jordan shoe keychains. My husband and I have been here a few times and we always leave with shoes. They carry shoes u can't buy in stores. A lot of retro Jordan's and some really exclusive ones. This is my new go to spot for shoes! Oh and the staff are always nice and helpful!! The lady owner is super friendly and remembered me and my husband after only one visit! Definitely recommend this place and I will frequently be back! read more

In Hawaii for vacation and looking to do some retail therapy, so I checked out one of the top rated consignment shops here in Waikiki. Nice looking store, clean, setup is neat and organized, good selection of kicks, staff was attentive right when I walked through the door, but everything is too overpriced. Quick price comparisons on StockX and GOAT show the prices here are at least 1.5-2x resale pricing. Honestly don't know who would pay for their items because of the huge mark up. I was looking to cop a pair of Belugas, but for near $900 for a pair in my size, I might as well head across the street and pick up a pair of speeds at Balenciagas official store. read more
