Needed some new shoes for work. I walked in the showroom and was pleasantly greeted by 3 sales people! They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They asked if I needed help and what kind of shoes I was looking for. I explained that I work outdoors in nature, spend a lot of time on ladders and climbing radio towers. Every time I come in here for my work boots ALL the staff are so accommodating. Literally every single time I go there's a huge crowd and staff is all hands on deck. They float from customer to customer and help everyone in a timely manner without making you (well, me) feel rushed. They don't complain about your stinky, after work feet either! My most recent purchase was a pair of Ariat boots and these are the by far the most comfortable boots I've every owned. I've probably had these a few months now and they've gotten more comfortable over time. The soles are soft yet supportive and the inside liner feels nice and plush. They've been submerged in water more than they should (chilled water pipe leaks) and my feet have always stayed dry. I'd highly recommend giving this brand a chance! Hubby had to get his work boots here since they changed his shoes requirements at work. Prices are average for work boots, especially steel toe ones, but they're not the $30 kind that you can find at Payless or Ross. It's about $200 or so and up in a lot of cases. They do measure your feet to make sure you have proper sizing. And they do have multiple options in shoes sizes. The staff are very knowledgeable in the advantages of certain features of each particular shoe. With Covid and all. They are limiting customers to 4. They do open the doors for you as you enter and leave. They do have plexiglass dividers in the store. They also have options for men's and women's work shoes and even have a clearance section.
