Customer service is a hit or miss. There are two female employees that engage in non work chatter and oblivious to customers entering and exiting the shop. Male employees are more attentive and helpful in their interactions with customers. I've been to this location a few times to peruse and purchase wireless undergarments on sale or at discounted prices. I love their wireless undergarments! Multipurpose, functional and comfortable to wear at home, exercise, out and about. These wireless undergarments doesn't ride up, bunch, polygrip, or give the wedgie. Hahahahaha! read more

I was very surprised to say that this store had a good sale! Entire store was amazing and they were very helpful when my friend needed a size for swimming trunks and she did check for us and informed us that whatever it was out it's all they had, which was very helpful. So if you are out and about in the area, please take advantage of this sale before these priced do go up. So this is a very good time to look for deals while supplies last and believe me, they do go pretty quickly and fast. This is a very good store, especially if you're a Calvin Klein fan! Mostly gym clothes and jeans, very casual type clothes in the women's department which was disappointing as I business attire.

There are two of these stores in the Waikele Outlet mall, one for clothes and the other for accessories. I did not go to the store selling clothes due to the long line during the Black Friday weekend. Instead I went to the accessories store, where there is no line. They have many accessories to choose from, but they are mostly in black. There are rarely products with other colors. During the Black Friday sale, I was able to buy a belt I like for more than 50% off. Come buy your Calvin Klein accessories during the Black Friday sale. read more

I was at Waikele Calvin Klein yesterday 11/13/2022 just to buy some undershirts for my grandson for Xmas...as soon as I enter the store Sales person Sean approached me and offered his help.. Amazing service...he is very knowledgeable about his merchandise...gave good suggestions...brought more then just undershirts..I also got awesome service from Crissanto.. Treated myself to a new top.. While checking out got more amazing service from store manager Tyler...also very knowledgeable .. I came here in search of Father's Day gift. I was surprised to see that this store was full of bags, purses, wallets, and luggage. They had just right amount of merchandise for the size of the store. It was neat, tidy and clean. There's nothing like looking through a store where everything is displayed so perfectly. I was able to pick out men's wallet and it was 50% off. I thought the price was reasonable. The nice lady made my shopping experience enjoyable too. Calvin Klein is located in Waikele Premium Outlet. During special promotions or annual sales, items are marked 70% off + an extra 30% off selected items. The selection is actually very extensive. Jackets, Sweaters, Shirts, Pants, Collared Dress Shirts, underwear.. etc. Service: Service definitely has to be the worst part. Its not the worst service I have worked with, but there seems to be little no management. Workers are usually huddled around each other and talk with each other in front of customers. They are open for questions but I find myself waiting for them more than I should. The line builds up and I feel like one of the three workers folding shirts next to the entrance can Parking: Ample Parking provided for shoppers of Waikele Premium Outlet. On weekends and during annual sales, the parking lot does fill up quickly. You can drive a bit down to the other parking lot provided for shoppers trying to eat. Like CK for underwear but did not appreciate that their underwear had no pricing throughout the section. They simply had 25 or 50% off signs. I was underwhelmed by their shelving which was hard to navigate to see the colors available and their apparent few color choices. You all can do A LOT better than this, poor merchandising! read more

I have always been a fan of Calvin Klein and when I saw that they opened up a location in Waikele outlets I was thrilled. The quality of the clothes are so good and really comfortable. If quality is what you want quality is what you'll get here. Overall the store has been really organized whenever I've been inside. Workers are nice and don't hang over you like hawks, but there is usually someone around if you need help with anything, or updating you with any specials going on at the time. And at the register I have always had great service. One thing I really don't care for at clothing stores is workers walking around thinking they're better than you, and they do not do that here. I will happily be back and will look forward to updating my tank top collection. read more

Horrible customer service. I came in on 2/26/20 to walk around during my break. I saw that they had restocked a sweater that I liked a while ago and I wanted to buy it since they didn't have my size last time. I took the sweater and walked to the line. (There was no one but me waiting in line.) The employee finished the transaction with the customer at the register and proceeded to make eye contact with me for 10 mins. Only to turn around and walk away from the cash registers to stand in the men's section and do nothing. Horrible. read more

I didn't know they moved into a new location. It looks cleaner, more sleek, but appears smaller to me. My wife thinks the new location looks bigger. They moved into the spot that used to be Bass Outlet. It is a corner spot, so I guess they think they will have more business. When we went in, it didnt look any busier than the last location they were in. We went in but didnt buy anything. Not really a fan of their clothes. The tshirts that ive gotten from them before are really thin, and they shrink. An XL shirt seems like it goes down to a Med after several washes. read more

Everytime I come into this store, I feel like I'm walking on eggshells. No one says hi, or they're just miserable working in here. It's quiet, like if I ask a question, it seems like I'm bothering them. There was one time when I came here, I was looking through some tees, and the sales associate looked annoyed and sighed in front of me just because I was looking through her stock that she just folded. Hello! Isn't that what you're there for? I had to complain to the manager. Don't know if she still works there, but she was the most ignorant one. Bad customer service. Came here last week to take a visiting relative shopping. Something went wrong with our purchase because they overcharged us, so the nice male worker directed us to another female worker. The female worker did some kind of price adjustment. She was so unfriendly and rang us up so slowly. When we left there was no "thank you" or "sorry for the wait". In fact, we weren't even sure if we could go or not because she just didn't say a word and walked away. I had to ask her if we were okay to leave and she tells me "yeah" with an attitude. I asked for an additional discount on a clearance item that was the last one in my size. The pant had a damaged zipper, so of course I would prefer a different one that was not damaged. The manager informed me that they do not do additional discounts off of clearance, even if it is damaged. I was disappointed to find out about this policy. I went today to look for a business attire. I have zero fashion sense and even had a difficult time picking out slacks. Thankfully Keo came to the rescue. He was extremely helpful and guided me to the right colors and styles. He wasn't there for a quick sale. He took the time to educate me with what goes colors to wear. He even went into the back to look for items that may not have been on the floor. He even taught me how to tie a tie!!!! I can't say enough for this guy. Excellent. One young man was very helpful in trying to assist us with what we were looking for. Whereas, most of the sales associates seemed a little timid. The fitting room could have been a little more accomodating by assisting us with changing out the sizes we needed so we didn't have to keep changing back into our own clothes to go back out on the floor to find what we needed. However, we did find just about everything we needed for a formal gathering. I would have preferred they were better stocked with sizes, but it is Waikele so it's understandable that they would run short. All in all our shopping was a success. read more

This is one of my favorite stores to go to whenever I visit the outlet mall. I like Calvin Klein because they offer contemporary classic clothing at very affordable prices. As a bargain hunter I noticed that sometimes it is cheaper to buy items at the store or sometimes its cheaper to buy online. Whenever I look online, I visit the outlet store to try it out and if its cheaper than the online price, I buy it but if its more expensive than the online price I go home and place my order online. One time I bought a sports blazer from this store for $53 when the original price was $178. I got compliments for it and I was the center of attention when I wore it, people would have never guessed that I paid $53 which is the same price of a cheaply and poorly made blazer from Forever 21. read more
