NO RESPONSE. I went back to their Sand Island location... closed for a week and re-open 1/6. Tried email for a refund... they don't do refunds. A little communication would have went a long way. This will be the last time I shop here for Black Friday. If you know you oversold and it wouldn't be ready by Christmas, be honest. People will understand. But a lot of us were left with NO COMMUNICATION.

She made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed and loved my experience with her. She constantly checked on me and offered pieces I didn't think I would like. She really exemplified awesome customer service. She and the other gal working were very nice. I was very happy with my experience and also that I was able to find items that I liked and fit well. Those were the most memorable places because they had AKSHON! Cosmic candies was another memorable spot! I think when they closed down, that's when the mall changed! Afterwards, kids grew up, adults got angrier, teens dispersed and Kaneohe no longer was FAMILY! It opened up to a new generation. Yet, they still have this mall. Constant changes, new businesses every 3-5 years. None that sticks around. Only a handful didn't leave. Let's hope this place can become a family place again.

Customer service here was nice. The lady behind the counter explained that there are no returns on sales items because it's final clearance. Store was clean inside and everything was organized. Located on the upper level, next to T&C Surf Designs, Local Motion has the nicest employees and a great selection of name brands like: Hurley Billabong O'Neil Quiksilver There are a lot of t-shirts, shorts, flip flops, tote bags, towels, surf accessories, etc. to choose from! I had purchased some shirts last year and the size wasn't right. The normal exchange policy is within 90 days. However, they let me get a different size and I gladly paid the difference! Thanks for being so understanding and pleasant! That's why I enjoy the environment here! The helpful staff and quality products are spot on!

I purchased two items at full price in November. They have a strict 30 day exchange policy. They run out of stuff fast so i asked if i could return items in December and repurchase so that it could be exchanged if needed since it was a Christmas gift. I was told i could. Went back in December and now the item is on sale so i could now get it at the sale price but all sales final. Opted for a gift card which is fine (full price i paid). Since it was a gift, i asked if i could increase it, so it is an even number since it is a gift. The system would not allow them to put it on one gift card. So now im giving two gift cards for a gift to total an even number. Again staff was excellent but owners need to do something about exchange policy especially during Christmas. Even if the recipient were to get less than i paid, i would have been fine with it, but at least they could get what they want and the store would probably make more money. Truly love supporting local and will still shop since product is good and staff are amazing but exchange policy could be much better.
