NO RESPONSE. I went back to their Sand Island location... closed for a week and re-open 1/6. Tried email for a refund... they don't do refunds. A little communication would have went a long way. This will be the last time I shop here for Black Friday. If you know you oversold and it wouldn't be ready by Christmas, be honest. People will understand. But a lot of us were left with NO COMMUNICATION.

That night as I shopped, Kalani and Maile greeted and welcomed me with their genuine aloha. I could tell how happy they were, both were singing while they were working. I love it when people sing, I feel like they are connecting with the music and their hearts are happy. This store has a bunch of different apparel styles and tastes. I found 2 dresses for work. I got lots of complements the next day at work. In inquired about the Black Friday Sales (even though I was early, Tuesday). No sales were going on but Aunty Maile gave me a gift for my purchase. Super kind of her and much appreciated. I don't often treat myself to dresses and such, but I was so happy I was able to support local. She made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed and loved my experience with her. She constantly checked on me and offered pieces I didn't think I would like. She really exemplified awesome customer service. She and the other gal working were very nice. I was very happy with my experience and also that I was able to find items that I liked and fit well. I was excitedn to find a few things to purchase. They do have a good selection of merchandise as well. Some items are a little pricey but I found that they are worth the quality. I fell in love with this stone gray simple but really comfy romper with a low back and pockets. She said that I could dress it up with some cute accessories for my night out and I could also use it casually for going shopping or running errands. I love an outfit that is versatile! I really appreciated the time and advice she offered. Those were the most memorable places because they had AKSHON! Cosmic candies was another memorable spot! I think when they closed down, that's when the mall changed! Afterwards, kids grew up, adults got angrier, teens dispersed and Kaneohe no longer was FAMILY! It opened up to a new generation. Yet, they still have this mall. Constant changes, new businesses every 3-5 years. None that sticks around. Only a handful didn't leave. Let's hope this place can become a family place again.

I ended up buying a burgundy colored shirt that says Local Motion on it in small letters. I remember my husband used to buy me stickers from the store. I love this brand. They sell a lot of cute clothing especially some Hello kitty stuff like the skateboard I posted. So cool. So worth the splurge and definitely check out their sale items. Customer service here was nice. The lady behind the counter explained that there are no returns on sales items because it's final clearance. Store was clean inside and everything was organized. Very nice. I would definitely come back again to check out more stuff.

Located on the upper level, next to T&C Surf Designs, Local Motion has the nicest employees and a great selection of name brands like: Hurley Billabong O'Neil Quiksilver There are a lot of t-shirts, shorts, flip flops, tote bags, towels, surf accessories, etc. to choose from! I had purchased some shirts last year and the size wasn't right. The normal exchange policy is within 90 days. However, they let me get a different size and I gladly paid the difference! Thanks for being so understanding and pleasant! That's why I enjoy the environment here! The helpful staff and quality products are spot on!
