After a quick lunch at Don Quixote, she wanted to go shopping so we headed to AMC and headed to Ross Dress For Less to take advantage of 10% off senior discount on Tuesdays. After shopping at Ross, we had time to kill to meet her nephew and decided to move on over to neighboring Old Navy (ON). ON has been around for quite some time. How long do you ask? They started in 1994 by parent company Gap Inc. and has grown to over 1100 stores worldwide. ON's window fall display drew my friend in as there these suede boots was a fall coat that really appealed to her. We made our way in and our lucky stars lined up as the boots were in her size and had the color she wanted and had the coat in her size of extra small. She tried the coat on and just loved it. However, there were 2 things that concerned her: the weak Japanese yen against the US dollar and that many people had probably touched that coat and wanted a new one. Sadly, after going through store inventory, it was revealed that was the last extra small on hand. She asked if they would drop the price where the associate declined but instead offered to have her open a credit card for an automatic discount. My friend now declares her residence full time in Japan and the thought of billing discouraged the purchase. She instead just bought some suede boots and festive fall accessories, and then headed to the checkout line. It was disappointing that there were only 2 associates behind the counter. Those associates were assisting customers checking out where they had a lot of items. The associates engaged with the customers as we witnessed laughing here and there. Time ticked and then next thing we noticed the line grew 10+ customers now waiting to check out. We were in line for about 15min waiting until finally a 3rd associate came down to assist with checkout. Our turn arrived where we paid for our purchase and walked out. Mixed feelings on my recent visit where customer service should have been better. It wasn't meant for my friend to get the coat. I've shopped at ON multiple times previously and have also received gifts purchased here. Prices are affordable and of good quality which makes me return to ON. 2025 #65

This was one of locations near my childhood home, I would come here at least two times a month especially with my mom. The Pearl city location is even closer. I feel a difference compared to Ross's when I shop at any of the locations, quality of upkeep and merchandise selling here. Lot of free parking spots to choose from. Just know the line to checkout is very long especially on weekends or mid morning/lunchtime.

The manager on duty at 1:30 PM, Sargoon R., refused to accept it, even though T.J.Maxx's policy allows returns for store credit. He said the item was "unsellable," but other T.J.Maxx locations have accepted similar returns without any problem. If Sargoon R. is the manager on duty, I recommend being cautious about shopping here. It's disappointing to see a great brand represented this way.

This program gives you 20-50% off full-priced items throughout the store as well as the Fabletics website. But this is my first visit to their International Marketplace store in Waikiki. Was on a mission to find some new clothes either for travel or working. Fabletics also has accessories such as yoga mats, bags, also women's clothing. They have a decent amount of Men's clothing and I found several shirts and shorts. Training day tops and bottoms are fantastic for the gym. It absorbs your sweat pretty nice after a good workout session. They carry a good variety of colors, that's a plus. I truly believe more people should purchase this brand for its style, quality of customer service and most importantly quality of product!

My sister and I were on the mainland because we thought that the selection might be better or at least different. My sister took some photos and sent them to my niece, but she wasn't interested in anything. While walking towards Claire's from Target, I saw the sign for Windsor and took a look inside. There were many accessories and costume jewelry that were intriguing. The back of the shop had prom gowns, purses, shoes, etc. Everything was there for a complete outfit! I hope my niece can find something for the next prom here! It's more convenient than going to the mainland for a dress!

Windsor is located in the Ala Moana Center level 3 and after passing by here countless amount of times I curiously thought to check this place out and received a 20% off one regular priced item from a Yelp check in was actually excited to see what they had to offer. Lots and lots of bling and obviously clothing for a particular crowd is understood but found it quite stunning a beautiful along with some super cute totes at such an affordable prices though what a wonderful place to shop for that girls night. There was a few accessories that seriously caught my eye though decided not to get anything at the moment though the staff either left you shopping without disturbing you or just didn't care as I have no idea who or where they were but nevertheless was a lovely place to shop and know where I can find some affordable bling. Redeeming rewards does have its benefits though since they didn't have my size in town I love the convenience of checking online to see that they did have my size here in Kaneohe. Love to take the drive out here as it's just so quite and nice besides I didn't get a chance to visit the newest addition to this Windward Mall location on the second floor and found it nice as it's obviously new though the inventory is up too high here as what they have in the reachable area is very limited to I had to ask for help to reach the very tippy top box which the staff was more than helpful to do so but would be nice if I would be able to try it on my own as I already knew exactly what I wanted but if I didn't know and had to keep asking for assistance that would be a bit annoying for me personally as I like to do it at my leisure. The deal was fabulous as I earned double points and had bonus $5 credit on top of the sale price it was well worth the drive and to get the exact pair that I really wanted. Thank you!
