I knew about the Ala Moana, Kahala Mall, Kamehameha Shopping Center, and Windward Mall stores. The other locations include Mililani, Waianae, Mililani, Pearl City, and Kapolei. Jeans Warehouse is known for their reasonably priced merchandise. Besides Jeans, they have dresses, hair accessories, plushies, purses, footwear, pens, costume jewelry, fragrances, and more! I really liked the Hawaiian print attire and reusable bags! I saw Sanrio items and one Cony and Brown squishy set! Service was cheerful and efficient. I was asked if the reusable bags were gifts... I like this location but I hardly find anything I like here. I managed to find shorts for $5. Not bad. My daughter found a skirt. Usually when I come in here, I don't find much I like. Not sure why. oh my god! This place has came a LONG LONG WAY! I mean... when I was in high school, there wasn't as much as now. And the styles... ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I love how it's not ALL the same. One of the few clothing stores left at Pearlridge. I come here often to see what's the latest styles in fashion. As I grow older I find myself buying more basics, loungewear and occasional business slacks here. They have a full row of scrubs for medical professionals. Service is good. I have no issues with my returns and the ladies at the register will call the nearest sales associate to ring me up. I love shopping during the holiday season because their red tags are 60-75% off. (75% on Black Friday only). But year round the red tags are 50% on most weekends. read more

I believe this is one of the biggest Jeans Warehouse on the island and I like how bright and new this location is. The sales girls are very nice and sweet which is a great plus! They ask you if you need help if you're looking for a certain item or style. I was looking for basic black tanks and they had a huge selection by the back wall for about $7.99 or less. I like how they offer Apple Pay at the register and they're really quick to ring you up. They also have the cutest eco bags! I like purchasing it to keep in my purse when I'm out shopping. I used to work here a few years back when I was in school and haven't shopped at the store since I quit. But the customer service at Kamakana from a few girls are SHIT! They look at you like they're mad at your presence. Anyways... if y'all want great customer service I recommend going to the one in Pearl Highland OR Pearl Ridge. This JWH is huge! There's 2 sections to the store. One side is plus-size. And the other side is the regular sizes. This store is neatly organized. And like the Windward Mall location they organize their sale rack by sizes. Which I love and is so easy! (not sure if the other locations so that) This store has cheap, affordable, cute and stylish clothes! They have everything you need to complete the perfect outfit. Hair accessories, earrings, bracelets, rings, nail polish, shoes/sandals, pajamas, tops, shorts, and even underwear! lol! The workers here are friendly. Unlike the other locations (windward mall) they actually greet you as you walk in and while browsing they ask how you're doing. I love coming here on weekends when they have 50% off red tags! I didn't want to waste a star but I cannot post without clicking on a star. I don't know if this world has lost the value of business. Walked in the store with no greeting,(I'm ok with that or maybe manners got lost too). As I walked around the store, my ears were drawn to the loud music playing. The lyrics! Unacceptable for any business. I asked the cashier, "Is this the store's playlist?" Cashier responded with yes. I thought I was in a night club! Unfiltered! To my surprise, the words on the girls/womens shirts were also unfiltered. Wow! Just WoW! I grew up shopping at Jeans Warehouse but sadly, I just cannot support this location anymore. We need to be aware of our surroundings. The devil is luring in and through anything. Allowing the abnormal be normal. I know the staff is young and know no better. Management need to encourage staff to be professional while there is no management on duty. This store is a family store. I hope this post is an encouragement and not a discouragement. I was here just checking out what they had and this was the first I've found that they had boots on sale AND in my size. Everything was good 'til I went to try on things in the fitting room. First, there was no one mandating the side I ended up on, me and other customers were waiting for about 10 minutes and we saw a worker clearly see a line forming and just turn right around away from us; she was on the other side. I had to go and grab a worker and with them wearing regular clothes, it was a bit difficult to distinguish. THEN once I got a room, while I was changing, a worker opened the door on me. *insert a thousand crying face emojis* I spoke to a manager and I know he didn't really know what to say, I mean what could you say, y'know? Overall, the experience just makes me not want to come back to this Jeans Warehouse at all. I feel traumatized. Normally, they'll knock on the door to see if someone is inside and I said that there was when she knocked on mine and as I was bending down to try on pants she had the door wide open with another customer staring at me and telling her, "someone's already in there." I'm not sure if I would've felt a little better if she had apologized but I didn't even get one and even though the manager was very nice (Thank you btw), I have to rate this place a 1 star because I've never been in a situation like this before at anywhere, my entire life. That and I just feel like the customer service really lacked service. Since I had a gift card I figure why not use it already? The other time I was at the mall I forgot it, and since I was already at the mall I stopped by and looked around. I was there around 9 a.m. and was one of the few customers looking around. There's so much clothes to look at that I stayed over half an hour looking at the different merchandise they had to offer. The purpose of this trip was to shop for friends and it was a small success. It was difficult going around and finding products I wanted for myself. Ugh. Self control. I hadn't gone shopping here in a long time so I forgot the layout and what they had this time around. I was looking around for so long i kept running into the workers all the time. I like jeans warehouse but tonight I went in for a quick pick up for a jacket while my husband and kids were at tilt. The past times I walk in, I always get no greetings whatsoever. These young girls need training with that, I only notice they do when there manager is around. Yes, I come here often to know who the manager is. Today I walked in 6/15/22 at 7:40pm and it WAS NOT BUSY. Only had 2 other customers inside. I picked out 1 jacket, 1 floral bottoms & 1 flowy romper. The girl was following me around fixing fixtures of clothes I already looked at from behind. The fact that I asked if I could try on clothes & she said "no, because our manager doesn't let anyone try on 10 min before closing & it's 8 minutes before closing right now". I told her, "I'll be fast because I only have 3 items." She said, no, again repeating herself. Like, if that was the case, COULD SHE HAVE TOLD ME 2 MIN AGO AS A REMINDER THAT DRESSING ROOM WILL CLOSE" or PUT A SIGN UP... it's only common courtesy / "communication" to let your customers know that. Went back to tilt after purchasing my jacket since that's what I could try on in front of the mirror. I give this 5 stars because of the diversity of all the trendy clothing! They may not have the greatest quality (as in lasting through 50 wash & dries) but they have very affordable clothing to fill up your closet! On two different occasions that I have not liked what I wore to work and had a last minute invite out with friends in town so I made Jeans warehouse my pit stop! I walked in thinking I knew what type of outfit I wanted and walked out with a completely different one and then some! And when I say outfit I don't mean just a top and bottom. No! I mean jewelry, shoes, bra, top, bottom, possibly a dress. All for less than $100! Dresses range from $15-$25 Shoes range from $8-25 Bra is about $8-$15 Tops range from $5-$25 They have everything you need! Including the $2 nail polish and 2 for $5 rings at the counter. Yes I went for the mail polish and it was surprisingly lasting nail polish and I type all day! 5 stars also goes out to the wonderful workers there! They are always asking if I need any assistance, if I need another size just holler, and even cut all my tags off when I changed in the store. This is easily my most favorite JW store since it's probably the largest one. I'm not really sure why but I don't come in nearly as often as I used to years ago. The workers are nice & the clothes is cheap considering the quality is decent. I pretty much only buy basics here; JW is my go-to for solid tanks/spaghetti strap tops & those lightweight cotton zip-front hoodies....I know you know which ones I'm talking about. I'm not a fan of all the fluttery chiffon stuff but sometimes I find cute graphic tees or cotton tops. There is always something on sale. Maybe not something I like but even still..who doesn't like sales!? lol Many will say this place isn't great for high quality clothes and I'm sure they're right. This place fits within that budget :) It's not high end things, but they are nice things regardless :) There are two parts to this store, one is just for the bbw's! (LOL) The staff is very friendly! I have 2 problems with this place. One of them is how long it takes to check out. There are several registers but it seems like only 2 are open at all times and being in a busy mall..the lines can get pretty long. If you don't mind getting good deals at the expense of waiting a while (to check out), this place is perfect! The other problem I have is that the clothes don't last long. Being that it's not high quality, they can get pretty worn out fairly quickly. You get what you pay for, really. BUT IT'S CHEAP AND TRENDS ARE ALWAYS CHANGING! I was pretty disappointed by the customer service.y family and I decided to go to Pearlridge just to walk the mall on a Sunday afternoon. From the window, I see this cute burnt orange jacket. My husband helps me look for the jacket but when we found it, there was only smalls. First of all, the location of this jacket is right by the register. There were 2 ladies by the cash register, talking... they seen is & we had no greeting, no nothing. I then see a younger girl come to the cash register nearest to us & asked her if they had any more sizes. She looks at me with the sassiest look and answers with the most sarcastic tone and says, "I don't know. Whatever is there. Smalls and mediums." Then walks away. It was as if she hated her job. News flash girl, if you hate your job please go find another one. I expected a little more from this place, but I guess that's why I never really shop here. This store has great sales especially Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving and day after Christmas for 75% off the red tag sale. They usually have 50% off red tag sale on various occasions. You get what you pay for, they sell really cheap clothes so don't expect the clothes to last long. These clothes come from that huge swap meet in LA that is why they are able to sell it to us for really cheap. I love coming to this store. read more

Customer service is extremely important as a shopper. This determines whether I want to spend my money at this shop or not. When I walk into a store I think it's an obligation of the workers to greet all their customers. I needed to pick something up from this location and as I walked in, I was greeted by someone however when I walked to the plus size section of the store, the associate had her arms crossed over her chest, didn't acknowledge me and actually looked mad. I walked back to the other side to say I was there to pick up an order and was advised I need to go back to the plus size side so I did, and the associate that spoke to me informed the other associate why I was there. "Oh sorry, I didn't know" Me thinking to myself... well, you would have if you acknowledged me and made me feel welcomed. Had I not already paid for my order, I would've left not buying anything. My boyfriend and I decided to go Pearlridge early today for parking being that it's Christmas season. We got there at 9:30am and when we walked in no hello, no welcome nothing at all. Then I asked a worker (I believe she's the supervisor) if they had a larger size and she's like uh whatever's out there like can't you check? If you guys have it in a larger size or if another jeans wear house have it? I used to work jeans wear house a while back and I remember calling other stores if they had certain things that our store didn't have. I went to try on the clothes I picked out and no happy facial expressions what so ever from any employee just "you wanna try on" that's it. They look so irritated and snobby. I get its Christmas season but it wasn't even busy at the time. Then while I was trying on clothes my boyfriend was standing right outside and one of the girls putting some things into a box dragged the box right into him, no excuse me or thank you nothing. I asked for help as soon as I walked into the store. And the girl I spoke to said she went to go look for it. As she left I stood in the same spot so she could find me again. I waited for her where she left me. She walks right passed me and asks her coworker if she's seen me. And I'm standing right here. I didn't think I needed to say anything since I was literally right behind her. But instead she walks away. And I'm standing there still waiting for the pants I asked for. Then I grab another pair of pants and ask for help again. And she tells me her supervisor was all of a sudden busy and she left the pants at the cashier. When I received the pants, they weren't even the right ones I asked for. So I had to ask a THIRD time for the pants that I was looking for. Both girls I talked to, had buns on their head. One girl has black hair and the other had blonde/brown colored hair with a red & black flannel. And they were equally unhelpful. The first girl I asked for help, wasn't even busy like her coworker had stated. I saw her walking around talking and laughing with her other works. While I was still waiting for her to come back and help me. This just happened 5 minutes ago. And I left the store WITHOUT the pants because I was so irritated and they didn't have anything I needed. I can always find something I like here at a good price. They get creative with all the colors and styles, options are plentiful! More of a casual clothing place than anything. Plenty of jewelry for super inexpensive. Some may fall apart, but I can repair jewelry and I make it stronger than when I got it, so still worth every penny. Some shoes here are good, others will hurt your feet or fall apart. Make sure you look at the quality first and try them on and walk in them plenty. This can avoid making the wrong purchase. I really enjoy when they have 50% off clearance, good finds when they do that. Could be a little better with customer service, there have been times I waited like 15 minutes just to get into a dressing room, and they were empty. A couple times I just crawled under the door. I'm pissed. I come to this location to get store credit for a top that did not fit me. The cashier told me that they cannot do store credit and that I only can exchange for the same top in a different size. I did specify with a cashier that I would look around and I would exchange at 4 something at that moment. I asked her why and she said that's just their store policy. So I called two other Jeans Warehouse locations and ask them their return policy and they tell me that I can get store credit on anything of the same value. This is such a waste of my time and patience to be treated this way at this specific location by the specific person. I have exchanged clothing at Jeans Warehouse before and receive store credit because I did not have the receipt. I ended up shopping at another clothing store in the mall and spending my money there to pay somebody else's check who can give me courtesy and customer service. I did not get the name of this rude employee but she does have a tattoo on her left shoulder. I would like to hope that management educates her about their return policy because this is very disappointing. I could understand if she was a new employee and she had asked about the policy but she was a senior employee considering that other employees were asking her for help at the register. I've been shopping a lot at Jeans Warehouse lately so my friends and i decided to check this location out (i haven't shopped at this location before). First and last visit to this store. All the workers were inattentive. I looked at an outfit on a wall for 5 minutes and didn't even get asked for help. I asked a worker (idk her name) if she could check a size for a pair of sandals i thought were cute, and she didn't return. The store wasn't even busy so idk what happened there? Many workers passed me but no one asked if i was doing ok or anything. The store was messy, workers were a waste of space, and for a big store i wasn't amused by their selections. My friends agreed with me that we won't be coming back to this store. Entered with money to spend and left with the same amount. On the plus side, this is the biggest location with a wider selection but on the down side, simple things like taking off the security tags and asking if i need help when i'm clearly struggling to get something from the top off the racks.
