They have some of the rarest and hottest shoes on the market that most places would never carry. Their selection was amazing with most of their prices beating GOAT and StockX. The owner was one of the nicest locals I've met. He was very helpful and super personal when it came to sneakers, even letting me see my personal grails in hand. Part of me wanted to stay longer just to chat with him. After a little bit of price negotiation, I ended up leaving with a pair of air fear of gods, a shoe I've wanted for a very long time. Overall, if you're visiting the island or in the area, I highly recommend taking a look inside this store, because you won't be disappointed. Mahalo to the TRUEST Ohana!!!

Yelp Ghost, you're killing me!!…read more Since my previous review disappeared, I'll write this new review based on three of my most recent visits. I was looking for a new walking and running shoe so I immediately went to Food Locker at Ala Moana Center. They are located on the top floor across Hoka. Since my sister swears by Hoka and I recently bought my dad a pair of Hoka's, I looked at that section first. My cousin recommended a brand called ON so I also checked that section out after. Now I could compare them myself. I picked a pair from each brand and a SA named Joshua helped me. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about both brands. Joshua offered exceptional customer service. He didn't take long to bring out my size to give them a try. I personally didn't care for how the Hoka's made me feel. It felt like a rocking motion but maybe I need to acclimate to them? The ON pair was extremely light and very comfortable. It was a hard decision so I told Joshua I would think about it and come back. I ended up coming back to pick up the ON shoes another day. He was working so he was able to assist me with bringing the pair out for me to purchase. They offer you to join their FLX rewards program and to do a survey of your visit. With Joshua's excellent customer service, I made sure to do it. To my surprise, I received a $10 gift certificate to use on my next purchase after completing the survey. It came in handy as I wanted to get my father-in-law a pair before we flew out to visit my in-laws. Of course my dad wants a pair too lol. Great option to purchase sneakers, socks or sports apparel.

This gal isn't really a shoe shopper but my feet is always in desperate need for a comfortable pair and I've been relying on Foot Locker for that though at one point they had great selection for women as I've always came here versus the Women's Foot Locker which sadly has closed now find that the selection here for my personal preference is meh! The staff here is great as they greet you but I'm a browser and do need time to look so I don't mind that solidarity and to think through the prices as well though sometimes have the need to ask for their knowledge and suggestion which is something we all should do especially mine is mostly for work. Their insoles are a great item to keep in mind...get them and keep the receipt with the box because once they wear out it's use you can have them replaced for free as most time the insoles wear out before the shoe so you don't have to purchase another if it's in good condition and offers like this is wonderful new to keep my feet happy. Thank you!

Secret(s) edition are very hard to find. I am not sure how many blind boxes you need to buy/open to luckily get them. I bought an open box because I want to make sure that's what I want. Very disappointing experience with Original Grail in Waikiki. My 13-year-old son purchased a pair…read moreof older Jordan sneakers here for approximately $208 while I was not with him. He paid cash and was asked to sign a Sneaker Condition & Final Sale Waiver himself, without a parent or guardian present. The shoes were worn only twice, one shoe completely separated from the sole and the other also started coming apart. This happened while my son was at school. He had to walk very slowly for hours, was late to class, and was embarrassed when other students laughed at him because of the condition of his shoes. I contacted Original Grail and provided photos of the damage. They declined a refund, exchange, or store credit, citing the waiver and the age of the sneakers. I asked them to reconsider because the waiver was signed by my 13-year-old son without a parent or guardian present, but they maintained their decision. Original Grail later stated to me in writing that the sneakers were manufactured in 2014, while the handwritten information on the waiver they provided appears to reference 2011. I understand that older collectible sneakers can deteriorate with age. However, as a parent, I am very disappointed that an older pair with this risk was sold to a 13-year-old, that he was permitted to sign the final-sale waiver himself without a parent present, and that both shoes began failing after only two wears. I am sharing our experience so other parents and customers can understand the risks and the store's final-sale policy before making a purchase.
