It also, just so happens that I picked up my second pair from LS at an event at their LSDT store a month ago. It was Will who helped me out again (also shout out to Justin and Shane for the added help). What can go wrong with scotch tasting, JJ Dolans pizza, and new St Crispins? Nothing. Much mahalos again to the leather soul ohana! ps. I forgot to mention they have Leather Soul stamped golf balls, Pro V1's to be exact.

I was looking for a new walking and running shoe so I immediately went to Food Locker at Ala Moana Center. They are located on the top floor across Hoka. Since my sister swears by Hoka and I recently bought my dad a pair of Hoka's, I looked at that section first. My cousin recommended a brand called ON so I also checked that section out after. Now I could compare them myself. I picked a pair from each brand and a SA named Joshua helped me. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about both brands. Joshua offered exceptional customer service. He didn't take long to bring out my size to give them a try. I personally didn't care for how the Hoka's made me feel. It felt like a rocking motion but maybe I need to acclimate to them? The ON pair was extremely light and very comfortable. It was a hard decision so I told Joshua I would think about it and come back. I ended up coming back to pick up the ON shoes another day. He was working so he was able to assist me with bringing the pair out for me to purchase. They offer you to join their FLX rewards program and to do a survey of your visit. With Joshua's excellent customer service, I made sure to do it. To my surprise, I received a $10 gift certificate to use on my next purchase after completing the survey. It came in handy as I wanted to get my father-in-law a pair before we flew out to visit my in-laws. Of course my dad wants a pair too lol. Great option to purchase sneakers, socks or sports apparel.

This gal isn't really a shoe shopper but my feet is always in desperate need for a comfortable pair and I've been relying on Foot Locker for that though at one point they had great selection for women as I've always came here versus the Women's Foot Locker which sadly has closed now find that the selection here for my personal preference is meh! The staff here is great as they greet you but I'm a browser and do need time to look so I don't mind that solidarity and to think through the prices as well though sometimes have the need to ask for their knowledge and suggestion which is something we all should do especially mine is mostly for work. Their insoles are a great item to keep in mind...get them and keep the receipt with the box because once they wear out it's use you can have them replaced for free as most time the insoles wear out before the shoe so you don't have to purchase another if it's in good condition and offers like this is wonderful new to keep my feet happy. I have boxes of Damiani, Naturalizer, Italian, Callisto, and Athena Alexander shoes, and usually the same style in at least two colors. The convenient location, reasonable prices ($19 and upwards, typically in the $45-$59 range), and variety of styles make this an ideal place to shop for the working girl, hmm... let me rephrase... make that "business professional woman." If you work in downtown, you have probably already stopped by on your lunch break to chat with the owner while she helps you navigate the myriad of boxes to find the right size for you. She does buying trips several times a year and brings back the latest styles. If you're a common size, you may have to wrestle with another customer for the shoe, so the best thing is to ask the owner when the new styles are coming in and plan accordingly. Have fun!

They have some of the rarest and hottest shoes on the market that most places would never carry. Their selection was amazing with most of their prices beating GOAT and StockX. The owner was one of the nicest locals I've met. He was very helpful and super personal when it came to sneakers, even letting me see my personal grails in hand. Part of me wanted to stay longer just to chat with him. After a little bit of price negotiation, I ended up leaving with a pair of air fear of gods, a shoe I've wanted for a very long time. As I was shopping at Land & Sea Golf today I was greeted by Garret. He allowed me to browse through…read morethe store first then approached me to see if I had any questions regarding the store merchandise. I asked about sale items and he walked to the 50% off clothing sale rack and 50% off Olokai shoe and sandal sale rack. I didn't see anything I liked and he suggested I take a look at the fukubukuro shopping bags that was on sale for $49, regular $125. We walked over there and I told him I already purchased one during the holidays and didn't want to take the chance of purchasing a bag with the same three shirts I already have. I asked if I could open one bag and if the shirts inside were different I would purchase it. Garett said he would call the store manager, to see if that was possible. She was very hesitant and later told Garret she won't approve it. He was willing to call Mike, owner of the store and I told him that's not necessary. I asked Garett if he was on commission and he said yes. I've been a retail manager for many years and this is the type of salespeople I always looked for: Garret wasn't just a salesclerk but one that worked hard at making a sale without being pushy, like a car salesman. If I was still a store manager I would steal Garret away in a heartbeat. He knows sitting around doing nothing won't make you money. If you want to make more than just minimum wage you need to get out there on the sales floor and do what it takes to increase your commission.

Like any consignment store the prices are sold at a higher price than retail that's just how it works. I like to walk in and see what rare shoes they are able to bring in so I can get a feel as to how these shoes look in person if I want to purchase it. They also sell Labubu and Pokemon cards if you're into that kind of thing. LOL

My mom selected a pair and they went to check for her size but no luck. The clerk did point out other models that were available in her size. My mom was surprised at the price of the shoes and said I've never spent that much money on shoes before. I said don't worry you aren't paying LOL. I believe the cost was a bit high based on what I normally pay but hey it's for my Mom and her birthday.

Not the best service, not the worst either. Tonight, however, I drove to the HOKA store in Ala Moana Center in Honolulu after I got off work to return a pair of unworn Hoka shoes that I've purchased online. I figured I got off early enough to make it on time before the store closes. I made it just 20 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the three people working refused to process my return. According to them, their system is down and they could not access or do any return on customers' behalf for online transactions at the moment, and that I have to request a return myself online. Of course, I have no way of knowing the veracity of this, whether the system is truly down or not. Because it would be a real shame if all of it were untrue and that they just did not want to do the job the company is paying them to do.
