How things has changed for my feet and how it desperately needs support in so many ways and in the past I've relied on Foot Locker to find not just comfortable but cute looking shoes as well and at prices that's within my budget. As many of us browse the staff are there for any questions though seems to be just bored and keeping a watchful eye. With the closure of Women's Food Locker the choices has gotten quite smaller and even my visit today it seems the kids has much more choices than the women's section. I understand they bring it what sells and any biz would do so but when it comes to shoes the hunt will continue on for my feet as we will keep going forward with the search. Thank you! read more

I walk in because I really need some shoes for work. The ones I'm wearing literally have a hole in them. I need something comfy and black. I refuse to wear anything with clown-colors. You know how hard it is to find a comfortable, lightweight, cushioned black shoes for wide feet? I was willing to pay up to $200 for a pair. First thing I get is a young guy who totally ignores me. He sees that I am trying to find shoes but he seems smug and too happy in his own skin. I go up to him and ask him about a brand and make/model that my friend tells me about and he says "I have never heard of it". He sees me frown then asks me perhaps I got the brand wrong. I said yes, maybe. He said "you are looking for Adidas not Nike". I said, do you have any in stock? He says "sold out!" like a final exclamation....point taken. I was going to do the right thing and buy shoes in a store to support them during these hard times. I normally do the cheap thing by trying on pairs, then ordering them online for way cheaper, but after today I just may resort to going back to doing this! read more

Could not reach them by phone. Made every effort to call so as not waste a trip to their store. Gas isn't cheap these days so saving would be the best option. But they're limiting the choice by forcing me to come and get the answer to a simple question to see if they have something in stock. read more

Upon arrival at Foot Locker Pearlridge no one greeted me or my son and husband they saw us enter and two girls and a guy said nothing My son needed shoes and we brought him there as he was looking on the left side wall of the store and then the right side wall one girl came up and ask if we found anything told her my son looking for shoes and that he needs the one with arch not flat all she said was OH and walked away Then my son went back to left side and saw a shoe he like the guy was close and told him we need help and ask if he can get the size for my son not knowing that was for kids and that the whole left side wall of the store was for kids only and there's no sign saying for kids on the first half of that wall Then he says the right side wall of the store is for men's and there's also no signs saying men's The guy said oh yeah we took down the signs HELLO how can anyone know what side walk is for who I recommend no one to shop there No customer service from the employees of that establishment I definitely will not go there ever again Taking my son back to Sketchers again "Aloha" read more

I've never had such good service at foot locker before! I didn't even realize that good service was a real thing at shoe stores till today. (Usually I just grab what I want and get out) My boyfriend has been wearing the free run 3s for around a year and a half now and there's been a lot of wear and tear. He loved the shoe like it was his own flesh and blood (kidding) but it was time for some new ones. He's been looking at the roshe runs for a while now but the size and the color options haven't been readily available at the alamoana location. We stopped by pearlridge today to see if there were any available. He wanted black/grey but they didn't have any sizes available. But they had the maroon ones that I really liked so he tried them on. Anthony was really helpful with the sizing and explained that roshe runs ran pretty big in comparison to the free run 3s. GOOD THING HE TOLD US BECAUSE I ALMOST ORDERED THEM ONLINE! So my boyfriend ended up trying on like 3 different sizes before he found the ones that fit him. He was so happy with the color and I was really glad he tried them on instead of me having ordered the wrong size online... Moral of story? 1. Try shoes on before you buy them 2. Roshe runs sizing is way bigger than free runs (he downsized one full size) 3. Go to the footlocker at pearlridge cus they have sizes and colors AND they were so helpful in finding the right fit! And they seemed really knowledgeable in terms of how the shoes vary between other styles. 4. I now understand the struggles my boyfriend feels when I drag him shopping for my stuff all day long. AWESOME experience today! Don't get me wrong, though. Whenever I come in, the sales associates are always so nice and helpful to me. Today was pretty amazing, though, and I just HAD to Yelp. Apparently, the new thing is to give out tickets for certain shoe releases and today was one of those days. I've never had to "camp out" and wait in line for hours on end for a pair of grade school size shoes so I've never experienced the ticket procedure until today. They pass out these tickets to account for certain shoe sizes upon request from the customer and then when the shoe gets released less than a week later, then it'll be waiting for you with your ticket number. I went at 5:05pm, 5 minutes after the tickets were handed out to those who are committed enough to their shoe collection to wait for hours on end. I was told that absolutely all of the shoe sizes - even the kids' sizes - were accounted for so I went to Foot Locker, Champs, AND Footaction at the other side of Pearlridge and they said that all of their tickets accounted for and that just broke my heart. Afterwards, I came back to this Foot Locker simply in hopes of getting something for my nephew. There was a little spark of hope in me so I asked another sales associate if they had any more tickets. That's when Pam came out, took out her ledger of tickets, and said "I think we still have one more size available." There was a list of the shoe sizes and how many of each shoe was available - all but one of those shoe sizes were crossed out and it was a 4! MY SIZE. MY SIZE!!!! Omg. They only had 2 size 4 shoes and one of them was now mine! My heart was racing, I swear I was about to either faint or jump over the counter and give Pam the biggest hug for being amazing and double checking for me. *Remember: shoe stores don't keep hundreds of shoe sizes in the back readily available for just one particular shoe. read more

The selection of shoes here compared to Lady Foot Locker is incredible. Apparently men must like sneakers way more than women do? I don't know? The sales associate in this store was WAY more attentive than in Lady Foot Locker. He also helped with a better sneaker choice and selection between brands based on what the sneakers were being worn for (cross training, etc). I also appreciated that he didn't try to up sell us into a more expensive shoe. They offer a 10% military discount. read more

I ordered shoes from Foot Locker, online because Foot Locker didn't sell the type of shoe I wanted. When I got them, I was a little disappointed, that it was not the shoe that I thought it was. Went the next day, to return the shoe to Footlocker, and chose a different one. Exchanging the shoe for a different type of shoe was really easy, and not like some stores were it takes you 5min. All you need to do is verify your address and it was simple as that. The only thing is that The shoe I purchased Online cost more than the shoe which I exchanged at store, and I got some money refunded. But I don't think I got the shipping refunded. Other the case, I learned my lesson not to order shoes online, and just drive up to Foot Locker. read more

The little brother recently got a new job and needed a bunch of black polo shirts for his new uniform. He heard they had inexpensive ones at Foot Lockers, so that was our first stop. We hit up the uptown side and they were out of black polos in his size. The sales guy mentioned there was another location downtown so we went to see if they had his size since they were running a pretty good promotion on the shirts. This is where we got some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. First, they didn't have any signage up mentioning the buy more, save more special, so the sales guy called the other location to see if they could honor the special. They could and the little brother decided to get 5 shirts, but they only had 2 in his size. Apparently Foot Locker, Foot Action, and Champs are all owned by the same company, so the awesome sales guy went out of his way to call up the other downtown locations until he found one with enough shirts in stock and had them hold them till we got there! I wish I had caught his name, but thank you awesome sales guy! I know where we'll be coming when we need more black polos!! read more

I went to the footlocker in the DT portion and Anthony was very helpful and tentative. They didn't have my shoe size but immediately called the other location (wasn't aware of a 2nd one at the time). They had the shoe I wanted and he told me where to go. Same experience at the uptown location. Tentative and nice. Got the items I needed and received a GENEROUS 20% military discount. This was much better than most other businesses, let alone a shoe store at a mall. Very pleased. read more

One of the smallest footlockers I've ever seen. Not a huge selection of colors to choose from but in terms of shoe type it has pretty much every thing your looking for. They have a Champs in the same building so it's quite competitive I've in terms of shoe sales but footlocker shoes are better imo, it's more catered to shoes and shoe specific services than Champs but if ur looking for sporting gear like basketball shorts then Champs wins the pick. read more

It's a shame though that I've asked them just the name of the store manager because I needed it for a cover letter assignment, but they said you need to come to store to get just a damn name when the could just do it over the phone. I had this one girl help me and her name was Raymie I believe. She was too pushy and nosy to know what was in my bag from the previous stores I went to. She was too up in my space when I told her that I didn't need any of her help. And it pissed me off. I wonder how her employees think about her. She is just terrible.
