She's the type that rarely walks into a store and I need to encourage to do so and this again was no different and we were quite surprised to see many items were marked 50% off and she found a simple shirt that she loved for $10 and as she tried it on I noticed a tote that was very nice (she loves bags just as much as I do) and showed it to her and POOF! she bought it lol! So excited of her new bag she used it for the rest of the day and this simple bliss that makes us smile is what's retail therapy all about. Great news! I went out to Waikele.. the staff is amazing! John took my call and had the shoes held for me. Kobe brought the shoes over to me and was very polite. Nathan followed up and brought me another pair of 7.5 cuz the first one had a lining that rubbed. Ikaika came to follow up and give advice. I did really appreciate the service... each of these young men were so polite and well informed. Professional! We came here today to find my 80s tracksuit for Halloween. It's our Halloween theme for work. We came here on a mission to get what we needed and get out BUT Ikaika made it a whole lot different. He's amazingly attentive, patience and provided excellent customer service!!! I had to take photos and check in on my Yelp because of him! Thank you, Ikaika. My friend and I are happy with our shopping experience today! There's a lot of active wear and daily wear options from sweaters, hats, shoes, socks, backpacks, you some it. Adidas got cute active wear that you can rock the next time you go to the gym, your sports activities or just any other days. The value at the outlet is much affordable than paying online or Ala Moana. Some say that the outlet is imperfect items which is why it's sold at a discount but I honestly don't mind. I've been here a few times and the associates are always helpful. If I can't find my size on the floor they'll go and check the back for me. You can find good shoes that are heavily discounted, just don't be unexacting to find Yeezy's. I did find Ivy Park high tops last year for around $60. The line wasn't doing too well, so Beyonce and Adidas parted ways. This time around I found adorable Lego shoes collab in the men's department. I'm an eight in women's, but I can wear a men's 6 or 6.5. They didn't have that size out, but the guy helping me found a pair in the back. I had to get it. They also sell apparel, caps, backpacks, etc. You can be rockin' Adidas from head to toe. read more

Random fact: Adidas was founded in Germany in the 1920s by a man named Adolf! It's not who you may think though! What's funny is the founder's brother started Puma shortly after, and a sibling rivalry was born. When I think of Adidas, I just think of those casual tennis/walking shoes with the three stripes. Even in sports, only a few players pop into my mind: James Harden and Patrick Mahomes. When I look at the clothes I have and shoes and hats, I own quite a bit of Adidas! The reason is Adidas Outlet has great sales! I came to this Adidas Outlet store located in the Waikele Premium Outlets shopping center on Black Friday. I always thought I went to a Black Friday sale before, but I guess not because everywhere was SUPER BUSY. The longest line was for this store because it was 50% off the ENTIRE STORE. Wow! It was about a 45 minute wait, but it was moving. The six feet social distancing wasn't quite there, but I maintained that distance. All stores were limiting people inside; thus, the long lines. After getting the hands sanitized, the store was surprisingly not a hot mess with clothes and shoes everywhere and people fighting over the final pair of shoes. The clothes were organized well and clearly marked. Even the shoes were organized and constantly being restocked. Spent a good amount of time in there, and found a pair of shoes for me, two classics for my wife, a couple of hats, and that was it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even when it's busy, and they're all running around moving around the merchandise, the couple of staff members stopped what they were doing to check something for us. Overall, great deal. Can't beat 50% off! The shoes we got were over 50% off from the original price too! Nice and clean store. Excellent and friendly staff. All did a great job communicating to the people in line and working efficiently. read more

I personally like the Adidas brand so I am a fan of this outlet location. I love when the entire store is 50% off or more because I feel like that's the best deal. Since Hawaii is so hot, I come here for the breathable shirts and jackets. I also get my socks from here because there's a lot of variety. I am greeted by a staff when I enter and the store is always stocked with merchandise. In most cases, what you see on the racks is what they have in stock and they don't have more in back. There are fitting rooms in the back left corner by the kids apparel and clearance racks but they ask that you limit it to 6 items. I avoid this store during Black Fridays and when I see a line in front of the door to get in. It's not pleasant to shop when tons of people are inside because the walkways are tight, clothes get mixed up and hung in the wrong place, the nicely folded shirts are unfolded and in a big pile on the table. I will go in when it's not crowded because I can take my time to browse and all the styles and sizes are in the correct place. read more

Came to exchange a gift that was given to my husband for Christmas. To be honest, I don't rarely shop in adidas but was surprised by the selection they have. The Adidas store is located in the middle on the left hand side of the premium outlet as you walk by the Coach area. The store was a bit smaller than the normal. They don't have much style or designs compared to Nike. I notice Waikele premium outlet always has a sale on some stores and this week it was 30 % off everything. Not bad for the price they charge for their merchandise. They have from duffle bags, water bottles, underwear's, beanie, socks, shoes, children & youth clothing. Also a decent size fitting room in the back. When we exchange our gift, we had left over money that wasn't use and instead of giving back cash they gave us a gift card with the remaining balance. Which was smart. But we're not sure when we're going to come to the store again to use the left over credit. So if you want the left over $5 bucks let me know haha. read more

Between here and Famous Footwear across the way, I've been keeping my eye out for new upcoming vacation kicks. My boys are harder to purchase for. These kids are growing like weeds! I pretty measure their shoes out according to my foot length but bigger for extra room. I figure if I happen to over shoot the size, just wear multiple socks lol. At an additional 40% off the already reduced outlet prices, you can't sleep on it! The return policy seems fair though. Return unworn, with original packaging and receipt within 30 days for refund. If it's passed 30 days then exchange or store credit only. If no receipt then you'll get the lowest price value of the shoe for store credit. Not a prob, I'll pack them in the luggage until a couple weeks before the trip and if there's a prob with the size, I know I can always exchange for same value shoe. The receipt can be paperless now (emailed) which makes it really convenient for me. No more heat transfer or fading of physical receipts, they'll never get lost, and I get to be that much more eco friendly and reduce my carbon footprint or whateva. The store is quite large, up front is the adult clothing. In back are toddlers, kids, men's and women's shoes. Next to the shoes you'll find kids clothing and dressing rooms. Near the women's clothing to the left is the registers and queue. All employees were helpful, I just wish there were a better selection of shoes. But, can't complain. They get what they get, not sure if it's previous season's items or overstock... either way, it works for our family with budget and style. read more

Visited the store to purchase gifts. I had questions about sizes and needed a younger persons opinion on preferences of what a teen would wear. Met a busy sales associate by the name of Mark who gladly helped me. Although he had a stack of clothes to put away he assisted me with such a good attitude. It's a lovely store but unfortunately the communication between the employees, management, and departments is inadequate and poor. No meaningful engagement from the sales staff with the customer and very minimal knowledge or help when asking about a certain product (i.e I asked about a certain model of cleats and was only shown where the cleats are) I am quite disappointed in this store and hope these concerns get look at in order to improve on them and attract a better rounded and helpful customer service to future customers. read more

Ridiculous. First the website stopped working in the US when Ivy Park dropped. Then I talked to Adidas help and they were absolutely NO help. The woman I talked to told me the line hadn't dropped even though it had dropped. I had to download the app and search by newest and color. I searched ivy park and it said zero results. I finally was able to order and now I'm getting an email saying my package is delayed. I normally don't write reviews but this is absurd. Don't buy from them you'll just waste your money. read more

The service here has not gotten better. Long line just for purchases and returns. There are numerous registers and only a few people manning them. You would think the company would care about their customers and inconveniencing them but they don't. You can't get store credit for returns even with receipts. They claim to be out of gift cards for store credit. The only thing you can do is get an even exchange. The store policies for returns are the worst. It's frustrating coming here. I can't recommend shopping here. You also can't get any customer service on the floor. With such bad service, I don't know how this place is still in business. read more

Love this outlet. It's located in Waikele Premium Outlet towards the back. They have a great selection of shoes for women and men. They go in waves for toddler shoes though. Some times they have a GREAT selections and other times they have barely anything. I wish it were more consistent. The store is very clean and easy to move around. They have more then enough space to walk and not bump into people. They have enough seats for you to sit down and try on shoes. When checking out, they have a good amount of workers, working the check out. The line goes by fast. They offer military which is 20% even off of the sale price. I ALWAYS get great deals from here. I honestly prefer adidas for their comfort. They are way more comfortable then Nike's. read more

Literally only two racks dedicated for kids clothing and we're talking from toddler to youth on both. When shopping at the Outlets, I would make the Adidas Outlet store a stop during my shopping trip. As the licensee to the NBA, I would want to check out the NBA gear in stock, but namely products of the World Champions Golden State Warriors. In the San Francisco Bay Area, I have never seen any Warrior' products at the Adidas Outlet stores. Here at the Waikele store, what did I find? Golden State Warriors gear....Stephen Curry jerseys and t-shirts. Score! Or should I say Three! Picked up a blue t-shirt and a retro yellow for my friend. Store similar to the ones in the SF Bay Area except for one thing, they got Warriors gear here. read more

The service is terrible. When I was waiting to try on some running shorts, the employee didn't welcome me and ask how many clothes I had. They limit 6 at a time. There are only three dressing rooms and there is no specific place to line up to try on clothes. No asked me if I needed assistance during my entire time in the store. They really accommodate the foreign visitors and mainland customers. Poor me :( The selection on the sale rack are limited and are the same items the next time I visit the store. Not much variety. I really love adidas brand and wear their clothes and shoes but the selection and service sucks here. read more

I literally slept in them! Back to the now, this outlet store shows the modern Adidas wares which aren't my cup of tea these days. Being a 'swoosh' fan, I haven't found anything here to really fit my needs. Adidas also has the licensing contract for the NBA. Being a HUGE hoops and, specifically, Golden State Warriors' fan, I was disappointed to find less than a rack of NBA gear here. The construction does no favor to this store as the scaffolding disguises what little signage they have. The store sits between Emporio Armani and Guess jeans near the food area My friend does find their dry-fit wear reasonably priced and to her liking, but this store is not quite my cup of tea. read more

I like bringing my son and daughter to the Adidas Outlet, primarily when looking for sneakers or soccer cleats. The prices are very reasonable, but the selection is somewhat limited. We've found soccer cleats for a slow as $25 and as high as $60. Not bad. There's a full line of sport-related clothing, from tennis, to soccer, to golf, to running...a little something for all the weekend warriors. Surprisingly, the service here is pretty consistently good, which is pretty unusual, although it shouldn't be. Located just across from Banana Republic at the Waikele Outlets, Adidas' line of sports apparel is modern, yet classic. I could easily find all that I'm looking for the family here, so it keeps me coming back every few weeks. In the front of the store, they've got various sports bags to choose from to carry your balls (soccer, basketball, etc, not the others). It's one of the better shops at the Outlets. read more

After weeks of coming in and checking out their shoe selection at 30% off, today was the day Adidas upped their sale to 50% off. We found a beautiful pair of shoes for only $35 after the discount. The staff was very attentive always asking if we were okay and the store looked very organized with exception of a few aisles of shoes that had a few pairs just left on the ground by previous customers. I think about 1x a month the sale will be 50% for a weekend as one of the employees said that they needed to make room for the new stock that would arrive in the next week. So the Chinese in me always thinks that I'll only shop here when it's at least 50% off everything lol. read more

It was the red tag, buy one get one half off sale and I had to take advantage of it! There is lots of other apparel there from jerseys, shorts, hats, jackets, etc....and some "somewhat" good deals can be had there too. Plus the staff is very friendly, willing to help you find what you want, and also very efficient. Lots of parking and it is situated right in the middle so if your other half doesn't like to do some kicks shopping then that is alllllllllllll good. However, at this location, their inventory has been out of the sizes for every item I was interested in every time that Ive come here. Therefore, this outlet is no different than any other outlet I've ever been to. Walked in looking for children's cleats. No one bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help finding anything. I looked around on my own and found the smallest size was an 11 in children's sizes. I had the BEST experience at this Adidas location! I had an exchange and unfortunately I had misplaced my receipt. Not to worry I'm a creators club member! I was lucky enough to have been helped by who I assumed was the manager of the location. They didn't have my exact shoe in stock and he told me to go find another one that I liked and he would give me the same discount I received on the original! I sorta miss the part about the 80's where you'd see the hip Adidas track suits and the break dancers and poppers, especially after movies like Breaking, Breaking 2 Electric Boogaloo and Beat Street came out. Fast forward 25 years and people are still sporting the Adidas brand, but this time for recreation and athletic attire. The outlet store is a good alternative to purchasing Adidas products from the retail big boxes because they offer discounted prices and more pure Adidas selections. The store offers everything from golf, tennis, soccer, skate, running products selections. If you like Adidas shoes this is a good place to start since they have a wide range of their footwear. I'm pretty indifferent to Adidas or Nike, I like whatever fits and whatever looks good. Actually scratch that, I don't really care as long as it fits. I'm one of those that when they work out they sorta zone and tune everyone and everyone else out. But if you're concerned about looking good, I'm sure you can find something here at a reasonable price. read more
