Waikele Outlet Mall on a Wednesday morning so plenty of free uncovered parking. Welcomed nicely as we walked in by Wichita (yes that's her name) and a sale of buy one get second pair for 25% off. Wichita helped me decide on various styles and colors, explaining which items were new and or popular. There is a huge selection for every style, gender, age group and demographic. I hate to admit that I'm a crocs wearer and have multiple pairs of crocs, all purchased here at the Waikele Premium Outlets. You can find really fun, funky, and cute pairs of crocs here. You can find some really unique pairs here that go way beyond the classic crocs that you imagine when you hear crocs. I recently saw a TikTok of slippers with a square toe and thought they were the perfect pair of summer slippers and I was able to find them here and on sale! They have a charm bar where you can decorate your crocs. They often have deals and a large sale section. Plus, the staff here is really friendly and helpful! read more

The Crocs of my dreams!!! A while ago, I saw Hello Kitty platform Crocs online. At the time, I thought: wow... that's expensive... $100 for a pair of Crocs... ouch! I actually own several pairs of Crocs. They're very comfortable and washable. I have a flat slip on that I wore all over the Holy Land... and they're still operational footwear! I have a pair of wedge slip-ons, wedge sandals, and a pair of flip-flops whichare lightweightand greatfor traveling. I never imagined that I would see the Hello Kitty platform Crocs in Hawaii... Until Irene M. pointed them out to me... I just followed her into the store. I was preoccupied with a phone call to Security of Waikele Premium Outlet. I was traumatized by a body of a dead bird in front of Clark's and was trying to get it removed. After my phone call, Irene led me to shelves of HELLO KITTY PLATFORM CROCS!!! They were the ones I dismissed as "Too Expensive"! OMG... they were ON SALE ... and... there was a Buy One, Get One 25% off promotion. The question was: red, open-toe style with red ribbon decoration, or blue, closed-toe, higher heel with standing up Hello Kitty??? It would be Irene's first pair of Crocs and - for me... my dream come true! We decided to go in together on the deal! Maybe we will wear our new Crocs at the next Yelp Event together!!! Hello Crocs... After confessing that I really needed to go shopping for some shoes Nadine C. suggested going to Waikele Premium Outlets which I've never thought of going since I've done it in the past without much luck. Here we are after a few shops with little luck I did glance at Crocs which I never gave it much thought since I don't own one and my princess feet didn't really like the feel of it when I tried on a pair years ago. Walking into the store the staff here are very helpful and friendly notifying us of the current promotion as well as where to find some of the clearance item I did browse around in awe of the layout and how they bougie up the simple and plain crocs with the jibbitz showing how with a little bit of imagination how it can be something you can make it your own. Noticing a bunch of Disney characters which are super cute including a Minnie crocs dressed up in polka dots and even a peppermint swirl on sale from obviously during the holidays but one thing that was really sassy was a shelf filled with Hello Kitty Crocs. One was red with a cute bow and the other blue with the cutest Hello Kitty standing and of course I had to try them on. Nadine later confessed she wanted a Hello Kitty not knowing it was the one I just tried showed it to her and she was so excited to see the exact one she was looking for and yes it was on sale, though there wasn't a tag that would say the additional BOGO 25% off the staff confirmed that it was part of the sale. Luckily there still was plenty of sizes available and Nadine nabbed the blue which I thought would be too high for my problematic ankle and decided to go with the red. I recently got into Crocs about a month ago and now have four pairs. This location at Waikele Outlet Mall is way bigger than the Ala Moana store. They have a lot more styles and jibz to choose from. I had ordered a pair of Crocs online, but I needed to exchange it. The exchange was hassle free. I just needed to show the barcode from the email. I saw really cute Snoopy Crocs and was going back and forth about getting them. I decided to pass as I already bought four pairs in the last month. I did buy more jibz to personalize my Crocs. I went with the buy 9 get 4 free deal. It came out to about $65. I could have bought another pair of Crocs lol. The workers were friendly. They helped me locate the pair that I needed to exchange. I knew that they had a gold pineapple jib, but didn't see it on the floor. I asked the girl working there and she went in the back and got it for me. Came in to get some crocs for my Nieces and Nephew. Once we entered, we were greeted by the an employee. They are located next to Carter's. This is my second visit here. Both times, the staff was very nice and helpful. They offered assistance and was friendly. On this visit, I purchased 3 pairs and they had a sale. Buy 1, get 1 for 25% off. Not a bad deal but I think the last time they had buy 1, get 1 at 50% off. They have a large variety of crocs in many different colors and different styles. They also gave many jibbitz in many different characters and styles. All jibbitz were 20% off. We had a great experience here and was happy with our service. Ladies: Do you wear clunky sneakers to work and back ever wondering if there is something out there that looks a lot more dainty and feminine, doesn't require having to wash a daily pair of socks, and you never have to tie shoe laces? I can walk around all day without feeling any foot discomfort. That's *really* a first! For this reason is why I never ever wore ballet flats before this magical footwear hit my feet! Find my favorite flat at this store along with many other styles. There are signs out front to alert you to their deals and sales. The front counter is center area next to the right wall. This store is very well managed. Different sizes shapes and colors of crocs styles are organized neatly on display walls and aisle dividers. Back right center area is a small sale table. They allow you to try their shoes and sandals on right there in the aisles. Sometimes the foot traffic causes some congestion but for the most part, ppl trying things out will move out of your way. Women's section has a wider variety of shoes to select from in sandals, sneakers, boots, slippers, high heels, and flats. There are less styles, of course, for the kiddies and men. DURABILITY - I LOVE the lightweight feel of their product and how they are so durable. Of course you can't mistreat them but if you take good care of them, they will last a verylong time. SIZING - Each style has it's own sizing so be sure to try them on before buying. SWEATY FEET - If you're like me and normally have sweaty feet, a trick I learned from someone online is to apply unscented (is best) deodorant to the bottoms and tops of your feet and you will never have sweaty feet while wearing your crocs! :) Try them out! Before you even have a chance to look at anything, the employees start approaching you asking if you need help. In 30 mins of browsing, 6 employees asked if I'm "doing okay" or need help with anything. The first person to ask as soon as I walked in was enough, I know where to find you if I need assistance. It's uncomfortable and unenjoyable to continuously be approached by employees when you clearly do not need assistance. I get they get credit for those they "assist", but relax, if we need help we will ask. They do have a decent selection, though some of the same crocs and charms are cheaper on Amazon.. where you can shop w/o being bothered every 5 min. read more

Crocs are wonderful for kids because it's so easy to put on and take off. But kids feet grow so fast so you're going through them so quickly. Today I called the Ala Moana Crocs to find out the specials that they had. They said the special was regular was buy one, get one 50% off or if you just do the plain ones it's buy one, get one 25% off. So then I went to the Waikele outlet thinking that the sale would be different because they are in an outlet. But there wasn't really a difference. The two sales they had was buy one, get one 50% off and the other was buy two get the third free. But overall the place is very well organized and there's a lot of variety. It's convenient if you're on that side of the island and there's a lot of parking I guess I just hoped or thought that since it was an outlet, they would have cheaper prices. I still paid about $50 for two pairs. Hopefully the shoes last a while and her feet doesn't grow too fast. read more

I use to shop at crocs a lot when my niece were little. But she got older and didn't want to wear them anymore. I swore at the time crocs were a lot more affordable and they had a lot of cute charms that were made of metal! Not just rubber ones. Dangling ones too! I remember buying a bunch to put on my nieces crocs. Anyways, I have my own daughter now and I think crocs are cute on little kids. So of course I went and got a few for my little one. I wanted the light up ones and I believe Waikele carries the most crocs and more options compare to the other crocs in town. I called a few times before and I got some helpful workers, but this time I called to ask if they had light up ones in stock and the girl I think she was in some kind of bad mood and just straight up said "no, we don't got!" And doesn't even offer any other help or whatsoever and hung up. I don't like making the drive there if I'll just be disappointed because I live far! And Hawaii's traffic is crazy. Anyways, I took the drive there and low and behold! They have a full rack of them in different characters. Just a quick snap I took. But they had more! I was excited to see that they opened a Crocs store among the outlet stores in the Waikele Premium Outlet Mall. I always looked for Crocs at the almost neighboring store, Famous Footwear, but they were always very limited on the colors and selections. I worked in the animal medical industry for years and later found that crocs, although not the most stylish pair of shoes, make the best working shoes for those many long, dirty days. I can't tell you how many times my coworkers and I all have gotten covered with some sort of excrement or animal bodily fluid that has covered us on our shoes and scrubs (I always kept an extra pair at work for those purposes.). One good hosing off of your Crocs with a quick wiping and they're good to go. And when you get home you can easily freshen them up by tossing them into the washing machine. They always come out so bright and shiny from a fresh wash. I love being able to do that with my daughter's pairs. Kids always manage to get their shoes sooo dirty!! And of course it helps that they have the largest selection of jibbitz I have ever seen (other than from their online website), so it's hard not to leave the store without buying a few new ones to dress up your current pair or a handful to dress up the next pair you're purchasing. My daughter loved it when we came here because she always enjoyed sifting through their many compartments of jibbitz. Her favorites are always the flowers, Hello Kitty and just about any of the pink ones with sparkle. If you don't mind wearing the more funkier colors and styles, you can sometimes find your sized pair in their tall sale bins. I ventured out to Waikele today and was pleasantly surprised. a Crocs outlet store opened and it is huge. They have tons of styles to choose from for the whole family. Jibbitz of course are the same price but there are tons to choose from. It is larger than their regular retail stores in Ala Moana Center and Waikiki. It is located by the Lesportsac Outlet, on the Skechers side. The salespeople are pleasant but not too helpful. The sales girl I told her I needed a size 5. she told me I just have to look. I asked if there was a way to check their computer or if there was back stock. The salesgirl said no and walked away. It's a good thing the crocs were cheap and I wanted them...or else I would have put them down and walked out. I managed to swipe a nice pair of wedge closed toe shoes that looked dressy, a couple of every day sandal types, a boot like style and slippers (I will not call them flip flops as their web site and signage suggests) for under $110! Score! At the retail store, all of this would have easily costed me $200 plus. Very excited about this addition to the Waikele Premium Outlets! I love a good sale!!! They sell a variety of footwear from slippers, heels, ballet-like flats and the signature "Croc" footwear for men, women and children. The advertised sale is Buy 1, Get The Second Pair 1/2 Off. There are select styles that are marked down from the white sticker price to an orange sticker price. I found 2 pairs of ballet flats for work for $19.99 each and that were part of the sale. Some merchandise will have a sign saying it's not part of the advertised sale like the newest styles. I walked away with 2 Crocs for less than $30. (They also offer a 10% military discount.) I will definitely be back again for work shoes. read more

Love my crocs. Super comfortable but you'll need to check often to find the style you like. Once I find a slipper or sandal I like I buy two of the same since they don't bring back the style. I know men make comments about how ugly crocs look but like I give a damn what anyone thinks. My feet are comfortable and that's all I care about. Like I say "you no like, no look". The styles I do find and love actually are attractive enough that I always get comments from other women, most of the time they're shocked it's crocs. If there's a deal buy more, save more. Find a tourist or customer willing to combine your order, especially if either one of you or both are paying cash. It's a win win. read more

Personally I think they have the most comfortable slippers & shoes to wear (especially when you are constantly on your feet) they have a wide selection for women, men, & kids! Didn't know they came in all different designs, but they have a nice selection of styles! Wish they had bigger sizes such as 12-13 for women (I know I have kalahops for feet) but overall I was happy with the slipper selection & choose the perfect one for me! Okay lets be honest, I never thought in my life that I would wear crocs. Just because when they first came out I thought they were so ugly. But these new styles that they are coming out with is LIFE! My bf's cousin started wearing crocs due to her pregnancy & she told us that they were super comfortable & worth it. So I had to try. So one weekend me & my bf made a trip out to the waikele location. I was looking for a certain style but they didn't have it in the color I wanted in my size so I ended up buying another style in the same collection. they are so cute & supportive for my really bad arch. My bf ended up buying himself a pair as well. Lol. But they only flaw I have to say is that some of the styles are narrow fitted so if you have wide feet & the straps on the slipper don't cover it up. It looks funny when wearing, like your foot is eating the slipper. hahah. I have wide feet so the pair I bought, I had to get in in a size bigger just so it looked okay.
