If you don't charge for 6 months on their card - they send you these threatening letters which try to manipulate and coerce you into purchasing something or your account will be closed ! ( yes- they closed my accounts Old Navy & Banana) What a turn off!!! . What kind of customer service is this??? There isn't anything I want to buy in your store anymore! . You can find some very good deals at this Old Navy Outlet. I frequent the Old Navy at Ala Moana and they actually run the same deals. They actually sell the same merchandise as well. I actually have their credit card and rack up so many points on it that the majority of the clothes I get are free. I really like their cute dresses and their T-shirts are really comfy. I also get their workout gear at times. The salespeople at this store are really helpful. They've greeted me every time I've been here. I try not to mess up the T-shirts when I'm looking for my size. There's always a salesgirl there folding the T-shirts that people mess up, so it looks neat. I know it's their job, but I feel bad that they're there the whole day just folding shirts that people throw back down. There was this one customer who grabbed a shirt from the bottom of the pile and the whole stack just collapsed. Sheesh! Come on people, have a little more respect. 2-5-23 Received an item in the mail I ordered on line and it still had a sensor on it that wasn't removed. Decided to go to Old Navy today. I had ordered two previous times with mishaps. The sizing is enlarged so the sizes I got for presents were too large. They sent me duplicates of one order twice charging me for them. Due to the size issue and two of each item wasn't worth for me to want to keep. One star is for the clerk who helped me ring up my returns. She said you'll get $195 back. I was really stoked. She showed me the white store credit card. I was so happy. She went to get an approval and the person frowns and said I can't do anything to for you. What about the $195 I asked? She shook her head even though several items were still full price. I explained the double order and she told me to call customer service. Lucky for Goodwill on my next donation run. Who doesn't love a bargain on anything yet a lone super cute and comfy clothing...me! One thing that seriously bothers me and it's not just here at Old Navy but other places but the mens wear seem to have much cuter and more a variety prints than the ladies, after looking and found nothing I browsed over to the mens and found a Hello Kitty shirt. Looked online and it's a gender neutral shirt but is found nowhere near ladies so yes you do need to search but I find it strange, I just wanted to browse and see before all the holiday madness begins and see what they have and was disappointed on how little there was. I'm aware this is an outlet which limits colors, sizes and styles but I found absolutely nothing, some shirts they had at the front of the store was $16 discounted at 20% off granted this was the new Christmas print but how does this pertain to the outlet pricing? My favorite place to shop. I come here weekly. They have 10% military discount which I love. The parking lot is huge but is shared with other stores but I never have a hard time finding parking. I prefer this Od Navy over any other on the island. There are better deals and more of a selection in my opinion. There were a few occasions where the wrong signs were put up in the window or even on the clothes stands but they've ALWAYS honored it. The bathroom is disgusting though. It's like it has never been cleaned but I noticed that about the Kapolei location also. Maybe keeping their bathrooms clean is not a priority but it makes the store seem nasty. This location is located on the bottom side of Waikiki shopping area. I don't believe it's part of the premium outlets. It's its own little shopping area but walking distance to the premium outlet. Worse service ever will never go back. People working in the store were not helpful that my old navy gift card would not work. They had a trainee ring me up and when she was having issues with using my card they just said sorry you need to call the number on the phone. One star to the person helping me on the phone too, told me sorry couldn't do anything as well. Might go back to old navy but never to this one which is a shame. So over it! If they knew a trainee was having an issues, they should've helped her, instead they just leave her be. I don't blame her at all she just started. I found a style that I liked at the Ala Moana location and figured to come to the outlet mall to see what they offered. The store is huge and saving signs are everywhere! The top that I was looking for was $10 (originally $16) so I bought 3 in different colors. The clearance section was in the back so I took a look. I found another top with the same style for $6! Yay! I guess that color wasn't as popular as the others, but I didn't mind :) I also found a cute dress for another $6. Lots of savings on this day! The parking lot is huge and it's near some food trucks and Starbucks is across the way. I highly recommend coming here if you're an Old Navy fan. Not your average Old Navy customer. In fact I'm not one to be like let's go to Old Navy! However watching someone's YouTube haul inspired me to swing by. Walked in and the promotional signs caught my attention. Apparently it was 40% off most items. I walked around, got some pairs of heels and accessories. Seen at least 6 different employees on the floor, maybe more in fact! One girl was cleaning the front racks but not close to the front of the store where she can greet people. After walking past a few employees no one seemed to offer a basket or to hold my items at the register. Ugh so I lugged those around. My hands weren't free at this point so I had to figure something out. Had my son sit in one spot while playing PoGo while watching my items. With him in my full view, I shopped around him and moved everything as I made my way around the store. Can't wait for that stroller to come in handy again let me tell you! Finally ready to check out I see literally 1 employee ringing up a customer with a long line. Slowly but surely another cashier makes her way to the front. Eventually, I'd say it felt like 20mins already the 3rd girl comes around and I'm next! She was sweet and asked if I was military. Thank you for asking prior to me swiping my cc card! Every lil bit counts right! And it was an additional 10% off the 40%. All in all, it was a successful shopping trip and Old Navy has some fashionable pieces. We'll be back! read more

5 stars for their super special deals, especially during Christmas when they have accessories like socks and scarves for under $5 each. The best is when they're $1 each! What??!! That's less than the price for a small order of fries! But you have to get there as soon as you can once you receive email or text notices about these sales, because they sell out quickly. The lines can be long but they move decently. This gives me some time to relax and play some games on my phone in between the rush of shopping. Confirmation was only a minute after and email advised to watch the text. "Order may take up to 2 hrs". It was done at 4:21pm. Quick service. Followed the instructions that was text to me. Went to Old Navy twice in one day. First visit, I came with my daughter to shop and splurge a little. Later that same day, realized some clothes did not fit right, so came back before they closed at 7pm (Sunday). I browsed through the store, picking up what I was to even exchange and then could not find the right shirt size for my daughter!! Gasp! So I head down to the cashier and do my exchange and few returns and she checked to see if the shirt was available in size 5T. Hallelujah! Somewhere a 5T sitting in their stock! Great! So she sends me back to meet with someone to help assist me. Well 5 minutes or so passed and no one came by to help me so I waved for a passerby sales rep (which was the manager) Lisa to ask where I could find the person to help me get this shirt size. So she graciously helped me out and brought down a 5T shirt! Hooray :) Stoked I was, strolling to the other cashier Lahela Where Lisa informed Lahela about my unfortunate experience they gave me $5.00 off plus $5.00 off coupon to use at my next visit. On this Veteran's Day, Old Navy had 40% off on everything except for clearance. That's just like the black Friday sale. Therefore, it was busy. Old Navy is one of my place to shop for me and my children. Their price is affordable and good quality of clothing line. I also like the fact that they have plenty of sizes available. When you shop in Hawaii, people tend to wear similar sizes and some stores ran out fast but Old Navy always seem to carry hundreds of each sizes. I usually don't write reviews for franchise stores but today's experience made my day. Aside from 40% off sale, the female cashier was outstanding. She did say she had an amazing a cup of coffee from Starbucks. The cashier did her job of convincing me to open up an Old Navy credit card which I felt guilty about refusing. I grabbed the max of 10 items allowed in the dressing room. I ended up going straight from the dressing room to the cash register and completely forgot about the sale items. I love coming to the Old Navy outlet. It's huge and has a lot of choices for the whole family! There is a lot of parking in front of the store. There's a bit of renovation going on right now from Lowe's next door which doesn't allow you to drive through the store, you'd have to go around which isn't a big deal. The store is always so neat, I rarely see a mess when it comes to piles of clothes. Maybe when there's a massive sale going on? Maybe. Hahaha but so far, it's always been tidy. My children love to shop here especially for back to school clothes. They're affordable, comfortable, good designs, and good range of sizes. We came he today cause my daughter needed an new bikini. And what luck, today in store was 40% off everything. So i was able to pickup some swim shirts for my son as well. The only problem i have here is the lines. It can get busy and the lines can get ridiculously long. There are a lot of checkout counters, but only 2 or 3 cashiers at the most. They need to add more. read more

Just went to the Old Navy at Waikele. This store has a lot of parking which is nice. You can always find nice clothes at reasonable prices here. They even let you keep the hangers if you want to The customer service is not good here, until you are ready to pay and then the cashiers are nice. Throughout the store, there are workers/managers with headsets walking around. They won't ask you if you need help - they just stare at you. They aren't folding the clothes to tidy up, even when the shelves are messy. That was the only turnoff. Either than that, not a bad experience. read more

Went to old navy with my well behaved toddler in my stroller . I'm guessing it was some kind of female manager who walked slowly up to us and stared . My child says hello first , and this girl or lady says hello back but adds , don't take her out of the stroller so she doesn't run around . Who says that? At first the store looked pretty organized and well kept, but as I made my way towards the back, it got worse and worse. The sale/clearance section is bananas, and the fitting rooms are a disaster zone. There was no one in the fitting room area, not sure if that's a new thing for them. The first family room I went in with my young kids smelled like ROTTEN FISH! I am not exaggerating. There was also some weird liquid on the floor near the bench in the room. I freaked out and gathered all our clothes and hustled over to the next family fitting room. It still smelled weird, but it wasn't as foul. There was literal piles of clothes in front of the 360° mirror area. Huge piles of clothes looking like trash heaps. The bathroom was also pretty gross. I don't think anyone cleans it daily. I am also pretty sure they don't know how to put new toilet paper rolls on when it runs out. They get a 3 star overall because the prices are good and I found cute dresses for the kids, the pants I was looking for, and shorts for the husband. It's a one stop clothing shop with cute stuff for families on a tight budget. Seriously though. Bust out the mop, rags, and disinfectant and GET CLEANING!!! read more

Yelp 365 Challenge #100/365 How is it that I have never written about Old Navy? First, I have always been a fan of Gap especially their jeans since it lasts almost f-o-r-e-v-e-r. And when Old Navy opened up, it was a godsend to people like me who tries to budget wisely when it comes to buying clothes (sometimes). Anyhow, last night while I was browsing their online site to check out their holiday line and sales. I decided to call the Waikele location to see what is their holiday hours. They closed at midnight (YES!) First, I asked my honey to come along with me but for some odd reason...our three teen/young adult children decided to tag along. The Layout Big area if you have never been to this location (especially if you recently moved to this island or visiting). Parking is never a problem considering this is a premium outlet center. Just getting out of Waikele Shopping Center is meh.. Service Very friendly and helpful. If there are long lines, they will strive to make sure that all registers are open. You will also find them in the clothing area making sure that they are there for you if you have any questions or they are making sure that clothes that are tossed to the side / placed in another area are folded and neatly put away Prices Very, very reasonable especially for families The Experience! Anyhow, fast forward to the check-out line with a scene of me and my husband sitting in the parlor--I shared with him that Yelp is great because sometimes when you check into places, the businesses may have deals. Okay, back to the check-out line--I remembered to check-in on Yelp and waddaya know...there was a $10 off deal if I showed it to the cashier. I promptly showed it to Dane, who was very friendly and assured me it could be used. But, he couldn't find a code? Anyhow, I thought it didn't matter because I was still going to pay alittle over a $100 with the $10 off (Yes, over a $100 in purchases because my three kiddos decided to tag along). BUT, he showed it to his store manager (I think) and she shared to him that it wasn't a coupon and could just redeem for it through email when I was at home AND to give me 30% off my total price. He asked me if that was okay with me. Okay? Heck YES it is okay with me for 30% off because I paid UNDER $100 for the merchandise I bought. It's unfortunate that my husband decided to cruise in the car and play with his iPhone apps and read my Runner magazine because he would have gotten more than a $10 Star Wars Collectible T-Shirt! I shopped here this past weekend for their Best Friends and Family event and happily walked out of there with a nice pair of black jeans for myself for only $14 bucks. I was hoping to find more items and possibly do a little Christmas shopping, but nothing really caught my eye. I thought it was such a great deal that they were having a lot of sales going on and I was able to use my coupon they had sent me to put an additional 30% discount on top of their current promotions. That's a great deal to me! I hate spending the money (because I'm not in the rich 1% of the population), I don't like how clothes so often represent a narcissistic way of saying to the whole world, "Look at me!" and I don't like how so many big businesses have their clothes made in foreign countries, while so many Americans are out of work, and the corporate titans at the top just keep getting richer. HOWEVER, as I step down from my vitriolic soapbox, I will admit to a full-blown case of hypocrisy, because last Sunday, I practically fell in love (though it may turn out to be a brief love affair) with Old Navy!
