I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis so I was desperate to get new work shoes for the following week because I'm on my feet all day. I called Runner's Hi to see if they were open during the storm and Ray answered. I explained what I was looking for and he said to come in. When my son & I got there Ray greeted us and I told him I had called ahead. Ray went above & beyond to help me find the right shoes & inserts to deal with my plantar fasciitis. He sized me, took a look at my feet and saw I had collapsing arches. He recommended 2 different shoes. I asked him for all black shoes because I needed them for work. He had me try on 2 different pairs of shoes one was the Hoka Bondi 9 and a pair of Brooks and had me walk around to test them. Ray also suggested that I walk around with Hoka on one foot & Brooks on the other foot to compare the 2 shoes better. I ended up with the Hokas & the recommended inserts to make it more comfortable for my plantar fasciitis. I also bought a massage ball and compression sock to aid in my recovery. The Hokas felt great & I made sure to wear my current work shoes to the store so Ray could see what I was currently wearing. Thank you so much Ray! I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade my work shoes.

Located in Waikele Premium Outlets in Waipahu Adidas Outlet is actually a favorite of mom's and as I took her to various errands I knew that shopping here would be something she didn't know she wanted lol! She's the type that rarely walks into a store and I need to encourage to do so and this again was no different and we were quite surprised to see many items were marked 50% off and she found a simple shirt that she loved for $10 and as she tried it on I noticed a tote that was very nice (she loves bags just as much as I do) and showed it to her and POOF! she bought it lol! So excited of her new bag she used it for the rest of the day and this simple bliss that makes us smile is what's retail therapy all about. Checking out the staff is just so amazing and kind always helping us find the best deal and is why I just love shopping here whenever I'm at Waikele. Thank you!

It felt pretty much like self-service, since there were so few employees at the time I went. They didn't have the shoe style that I actually wanted, so I picked out a style that was marked down, and tried it on. The fit was good, so I decided to get it, and purchase the other one thru the app. Checkout was fairly smooth, and the clerk reminded me about the BOGO 50% promotion, but since I rarely wear regular shoes, other than golf shoes (and they didn't have any others in my size), I passed on it. Perhaps I should have considered getting some sandals or slippers, but I can still do that online. He was able to check my account status, and applied my membership discount to my purchase, and I was done. As I took mom on several errands that needed to be done awhile ago finding some shoes was very much needed and as she shopped at Skechers which is right next door I decided to bypass all that stress and check out Lids. Nice spacious shop that very nicely organized by categories that took me back to memories with my dad was very much a fanatic of hats and owned several though his favorites were fitted ones I remember shopping one for him with his favorite teams now seeing how it's come a long way that now you're able to personalize them and make it custom which is so cool and wished they had that option back then. With other types available as well like bucket hats and visors that are all plain and blank ready for personalization it's a fun place to create your own and find that inspiration as well in the convenience with lots of free parking and always a sale going is a great budget friendly place to shop. There were about 10 people in front of us with just 1 register open, but the employees opened another 3 in quick order. Our total wait time was less than 5 minutes, and we were done in less than 10, so, good job.

Clarks has always been one of her favorites as it's like they made them for your feet personally, the comfort level is priceless though honestly the style is yet to behold for me though they have been looking quite cute as I've seen some styles that capture my attention but the struggle is real that they didn't have my size...sigh! If you're interested in looking to DEALAGES, just head on down to the Westside (in the Waipahu area) because the Waikele Premium Outlet stores is there! There are so many stores here, so when you do visit the Waikele Premium Outlet, hopefully you'll find a store that will appeal for you. As for me, a few of my favorite stores I like to visit is - the Lowe's hardware store, Reyn Spooner, & the Van's shoe store. Beside shopping, the outlet mall also has restaurants, a small food court, & numerous food trucks in the parking lot so finding something yummy to eat shouldn't be too hard. Parking here is a breeze, as the outlet mall has ample parking. If you don't have a car, I noticed a lot of tourist would catch a shuttle to this outlet mall.
