First of the all what is the female staffs problems? Do they hate their job? On 3 separate occasions I visited this store and each time 3 different female associates are so STUCK UP! We not even being rude but THEY ARE BEING RUDE when we first walk in. They purposely hide even when the store is empty. They don't even acknowledge with a simple Hi or Hello. They have other things on their mind like inventory or something else. How is it hard to give someone your courtesy and attention if you want us to buy your product?!? Pass by this store many times but haven't gone in until now. Since I'm on my feet 8 hrs a day I decided to get some good insoles instead of those cheap Dr.Scholl's from Walmart lol. Walked in was greeted right away and the salesperson took me right to the machine where they take your impressions of your feet. She advised me the particular insoles that would fit my needs. Went in and got my foot measured. Turns our I'm a medium arch! I always thought I was flat footed. They fitted me for insoles. They are a bit hard, but I got used to them and I'm hoping that they are helping my foot health. They are not as cheap as Wal-Mart, but those were soft, but not very durable. I have been wearing them for about a month now and occasionally the outside edge of my foot hurts since the weight is off of the arch now. The service was very good. read more

I was helped by Josh. He was very helpful in helping me find the right insoles to help my achy, high arch feet. He gave me shoes to put the insoles in, and try it on to see how it felt. He also had me try on compression socks which I've never tried on before. Josh was very good at answering all my questions and he explained it well. Stopped in yesterday (3/30) because I've been experiencing some pretty bad heel and arch pain. My shoes insoles weren't working too well and had little to no support. So I stopped in here where I was welcomed by Ryan. He helped out a handful of people and recommended them products that he thinks that they think he would love. When he was finally free, I asked for assistance with using the machine they had in the front of the store. Ryan took the time to describe my foot problems and also suggested way for it to get better. Really friendly dude. Got to try the insoles before I bought them and I LOVED them. A couple of years ago I injured myself while running. It was terrible, I couldn't walk very well and I had to go through Physical Therapy. The pediatrist that I went to for my foot injury was also the owner of the store. I decided to come here to get fitted for a shoe that will help with my injury, and also to buy slippers and socks. I found everything I was looking for, and the sales people were very knowledgeable about the products. I do have to say that the products are pricy, but worth the price, I ended up buying a running shoe, and socks, and also some slippers. They have a very good return policy, if something doesn't fit right or you are not satisfied you can return it for store credit. The brand of shoe that I bought was called Hoka, and it has done wonders for my feet. I use the shoe for work, and also purchases a separate pair for running. I bought these socks called O1st, and Olukai slippers, all my purchases were awesome and really helped me recover from my foot injury. I purchased a pair of shoes at the store; The two sales people present at the time seemed nice enough, but one of them did use profanity more than once while I was in the store. They stayed late while the store was closing to make sure I got the shoes I needed, which I appreciate! All of this would have racked them up a four star review, but I had to drop it to two stars when I discovered upon signing a receipt: THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO REFUNDS. They will give you a store credit or exchange within 10 days, but they will never give you back your money when you have spent it there. Worse still, this fact was not advertised until after the receipt had come out and the purchase was made. This is a dealbreaker for me; I'm sure my shoes will be great...but if there was a problem and I wanted my money back to shop elsewhere, I would not be able to get it.
