This store smells fishy cause the lady with the tita bun at the cash register counter had a stink attitude today. Customer service sucks ass! She gave the attitude like she never like help us out. I'm sorry you had to work a job you don't want to! If you represnting a company especially a local brand for yourself, your family, or friend you should have a better attitude representing the company. We will no longer support or buy from this company. There so much more other local brands to support that shows awesome customer service and aloha! My husband loves stopping in to Get Nutz anytime we come to Ka Makana. Which...seems to be a lot lol Today we came to grab a belated birthday gift , and we came at the perfect time. They had such cute prints on their clearance rack. They have new prints often so I feel like they always have a good variety of clearance. It doesn't get too busy, lots of window shoppers or maybe shoppers like myself. In and out. Worth stopping in when you go to Ka Makana. read more

There isn't much Hawai'i brands we represent, but Get Nuts we represent it proudly! The only thing I have a problem is the sales workers have No aloha! There is No customer service ever! When you enter the store no one greets you, no one even acknowledges you! Which I hate because when we shop , we shop easy min $300-We're here supporting you and how your business have gown into and still is growing, you have people representing your brand and your company with No aloha! read more

My cousin flew in from North Carolina and wanted to support some local brands on island so I brought him here. Last Black Friday I seen someone walking around the mall with a pink yeti cooler so I had chatted with the sweet lady about it. They had a black one in stock though. Just left the Kamakana Ali'i location today @430pm & customer service sucked today :( 2 girls in the front .. walked in with my family (no greeting at all) Asked about a couple jersey sizes.. one would say no more, the other did the i don't know gesture. It was kinda awkward. Felt like they didn't wanna help. I bought a Jersey anyways because my young boy cousins & my husband loves this place & might as well support local with this craziness going on. Maybe next time it'll be better read more

I follow Get Nutz on Instagram and I saw that they had face mask available at 430pm on Tuesday the 21st and I received it on Thursday the 23rd. Now that's amazing. In this time where we need face masks to go to the store. I wanna look cute with the stylish mask and I surely do with these mask. I bought 5 and will be back for more. They have amazing one of a kind prints. I bought masks and shirts in the past. This has been the first time I've bought there women's work out clothing because of course the cute prints. I was very disappointed when I came home and they did not fit. I checked out the website for sizing and I was very disappointed that there sizing does not run true to size. They run very small, almost 3 sizes smaller then labeled. I will have to send them to my sister since shes smaller than me but I will not be buying from there womens work out line again. read more

Picked me up a nice cute umbrella today. Unfortunately, the closure Velcro was broken, so I took it back but staff changed it out and gave me brand new one with no issue. I'm visiting hawaii for a vacation. I really enjoy coming by places where they have unique clothing. And they sure do have very cute stylish clothing! The guy who works there is very nice. Made a flask purchase at my local county fair. Upon arriving home, I noticed that the design on the flask was already flaking off. I emailed them immediately and received a response quickly. They were more than willing to do an exchange and to top it off they more than ok with me requesting a different color! They were helpful and were all about customer satisfaction. Amazing family run business! Products are high quality and their customer service is top notch. Ordered my cyber monday items when their website, and received it the very next day to neighbor island! They have all the sizes you can possibly imagine! Designs are "fresh" as they have their "Fresh Friday" releases. Me & my 'ohana had a great 1st experience at this store. It has great lighting & flooring, clean, & a nice set up. Terrific customer service Uncle took the last shirt off the display for my daughter. The cashier was very helpful. My son luvs the fit & comfort of the swimshorts & the variety of shirts. My kids were excited with their new drink flasks too. Curious, I entered the spacious, bright, well air-conditioned, tidy shop. I saw clothing by Kini Zamora... he is a designer from Hawaii that was on Project Runway. I thought: i wonder if I can get an outfit? The dresses that I liked weren't in my size... hmmm... I'll look again later... There were some funny stickers... they were sold out. I almost got a cute Power Puff Girl sticker... and Kawaii Supaerman sticker... LOL! I liked the tote bags, stationary, accessories like costume jewelry, local fragrances, Hawaiian themed t-shirts, pet supplies, etc. A worker asked if I needed help because I was going back and forth. I was pleasantly surprised (and honestly so happy) to see a small selection of plus-size men's clothing which can be so rare, especially in mall shops. It felt great to see 3X options available! Since the fabric wasn't stretchy, we searched for a 4X and were lucky to find one and my partner loved the design right away. We were both so excited. What ultimately stopped us was the price, it was over $100, for one shirt, which is unfortunately outside of our budget right now. That said, we absolutely see the quality and care that goes into each piece, and we truly respect how they're made. We're grateful for the inclusivity and hope to come back on a special occasion to finally take one home. Thank you for making us feel seen, we'll be back!

When we stopped by they were doing a big sale, with things up to 70% off. They have 3 different styles of Aloha shirts for men, their classic button down, a slim fit, and a 3 button shirt. They also have women's apparel like dresses and shirts and slippers. I know my dad has shirts from Reyn Spooner that he has been wearing for decades- making an Aloha shirt from here a great gift.

The sales associate who greeted me first also set me up with a dressing room while I was shopping. The one part of my shopping experience that I didn't like was that they don't offer free shopping bags. I mean, I spent over $130 of products in this store. It's a pet peeve of mine to see high end retail stores charging customers for shopping bags when their shopping bags aren't made of plastic. Come on now. The title of the business was also interesting to me, so I walked in... The air-conditioning was wonderful! I liked the spacious, organized, bright, clean environment!
