My experience at Adore: $9.95 for sandals appeared to be a REALLY good bargain. So I confirmed with the floor worker and asked how long the sale would be. She advised it has been a while and that it should continue on. The workers assisted with our sizes, and to my surprise, when I attempted to pay, I was informed that the sandals are at a regular price of $50. I had her recheck the shelves, which she apologized they will need to make corrections. After speaking with the worker and messaging the company, they still did not honor their price listing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I stopped in today and there were three girls working, none of which greeted my girlfriend and I when we walked in, nor did they even bother to acknowledge us while we were there browsing. We both made our ways from one end of the store to the other, which gave the workers opportunities to at least ask us if we need help or to let them know if we need anything... NOPE. I guess the one girl who was bragging about her child going to some championship game was more important than helping customers... The same goes for the other two young workers who seemed to actually care about her story (I can't imagine why because it could wait until there aren't customers in the store), but what they really should've done was THEIR JOB (TO HELP CUSTOMERS). I visited the store at Ka Makana Ali'i on February 7, 2023, a little before 7. I was with my daughter, who was on a mission to find Aloha Collection bags. We were warmly welcomed by Michelle who was very attentive and full of enthusiasm. It was a shop online and curbside pick up! That transaction went smoothly! Nothing can beat shopping in store however, due to Hawaii's 2nd stay home order online was the only way. Super cute store! My usual store to shop in since they have a nice variety, I go straight for the shoes and can always find really cute outfits for a good price. The quality is really good and I usually never have anything to complain about. I only give a 4 star since the customer service isn't all there. It's not horrible, I just feel they could offer a little extra help or an interest in helping customers. My most recent visit, I was greeted with a friendly hello, then never approached. I don't take much offense, since I already know what I'm looking for, I do wish that they would take more of an interest in approaching customers. Last night was the first time going to this location and the first thing I noticed was the awesome customer service I got from all the sales associates. I've walked past this store a few times but decided to stop by before catching a late movie. Loved all of the cute purses and necklaces displayed on the mannequins in the windows! I picked up an Aloha Collection hip pack and necklace for my sister. I've never seen Aloha Collection on this side of the island besides the boutiques at Ko Olina so I was surprised to see them. On top of that, the customer service was great and the sales associate even offered to add tissue paper to my bag and white out the tags, making it ready to gift. I didn't get a chance to look at the clothes for too long so I'm hoping to come back soon! read more

Adore is a really cute boutique at Ka Makana Ali'i, the new mall in Kapolei. It's located near the Olino movie theatre. This is the first place I always have to shop at during all of my visits home. They carry on-trend items that are a bit more mature / classy. Their jumpsuits, dresses, and accessories are always my go-tos. The sales associates are usually quite friendly and very helpful, they make the process very easy. I have been to this store a few times and the experience was good a girl name hailey was working the first time I came in and she was very pleasant and friendly asked if I needed help and assisted me with everything but last week was a different experience I wish I could give no stars but my sister In law and I went last week to check out the store to see if they had any holiday sales and as we walked in we weren't greeted we were looking around for about 5 minutes still no one asked us if we need help with anything one girl was on the phone having an all out conversation putting clothes away walked right pass us multiple times and just gave us a look as if she was irritated so we went over to another girl who was by the register to ask what items were on sale she gave us this "uuuuh" lost look and said let me ask my manager so she goes over to her manager the one was on the phone she looks at us and said something to her co worker and kind of just walked away and continued talking on the phone walking pass us multiple times again as if we weren't there! Still waiting for someone to assist us or give us an answer we waited for a good 5 minutes then the manager finally walked over to her co worker (still on the phone) mumbles something looks at us with the most irritated look then the other girl says "oh sorry yeah those aren't on sale" and her manager walks away still talking on the phone she didn't acknowledge us or even speak to us or explain ANYTHING no help whatsoever i guess her phone conversation was way more important it was thee most horrible customer service ever I don't think I'll be coming back to this store their clothes are way over priced and the quality is like jeans wearhouse your better off at jeans wearhouse or local fever at least the girls there are friendly and helpful...hailey you should apply at local fever your cheerful attitude will be appreciated there read more
