The style of a resort but not the price. Great price point for clothing and costume jewelry. Nice quality and trendy yet classic styles. Great customer service. You can actually get a whole outfit here for under $100, including shoes and jewelry.

My mother in law found something she really liked at the location in Waikiki but they didn't have her size. The employee there told us that they have her size at this Ko'Olina location, and we were like great! That's even closer to our place. The store was spacious and they had chairs for guys to wait for their women while shopping. They even had toys for kids to play. The employees are very nice and helpful. She found what she was looking for. And I didn't buy anything but they have really cute jewelries for reasonable prices.

Whenever the happy half wants to go to Ko'olina, I always find myself at another Mahina location. I get excited because even though there are plenty of Mahina stores, every one of them look different. I never see the same outfit on the mannequins longer than a week. Styles are always on a constant change and there are always items on the sale rack at a great price. Mahina Ko'olina is tucked at the same shopping center as Egg's N Things and Just Taco's Mexican Grill on the left side of Olani St. The store is clean and organized with friendly sales associates. Fitting rooms are roomie for any mothers shopping with a stroller. Mahina is locally owned and originally from Maui. The couple first opened their store in Paia in 2006 and voted "best boutique" for 7 years in a row and with locations in Kauai, Oahu, and Big Island. Living in Hawai'i where the sun is always shining all year round, we need those soft flowy dresses, pretty tops and mind blowing accessories. One of my favorite things is finding uniquely made statements in a boutique. The store if filled with eclectic pastels, with accessories all around hanging on light brown wooden displays. Mahina have their fair selections of expensive items and some reasonable selections. I love shopping at their 20%-50% discount racks. In those sections I've found dresses and tops in my size and style for a steal. At the Ko'olina location, their sale rack isn't always at the front as some of the other locations might be. Sometimes I've found the rack tucked away at the back near the fitting rooms. They are treated with lots of respect and organized by color, style and size. I've returned several times for accessories ranging from $5 and up. Know that the accessories are not placed at one spot. They are all over the store, on the display, shadow boxes and cups. Their strappy sandals are nicely chosen to pair with the perfect ensemble, as well as purses and clutches at a great quality. There's always something new to find when you turn around. So look carefully. I'm a huge fan of following their social media and tend to find outfits and accessories I like. Each Mahina location have their own Instagram. They're very active in responding in regards to any questions a customer may have. I've found a handful of items I wanted them to reserve and try on. Should they not have the piece avail, they will call all stores on the island for a style and color check and do an instore delivery. I love the attention to customer service. Parking at the Ko'olina location is free and easy to find depending on the time of day. But most of the time, we've been lucky. Shopping at "Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa" in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii…read more.. If you want Disney merchandise with a Hawaiian theme, this is the store to go to - especially if you want holiday-themed items! My cousin's son in Northern California asked me to get some Disney Aulani merchandise for him to give to his wife for Christmas. He obviously knows that Happy Wife = Happy Life! At first, I thought, "Ho... Kapolei is far!" I told him that I'll ask my friend who works there to get the merchandise for him. He sent me a screenshot of a Spirit Jersey that he had seen on Instagram on DisneyHawaiiMoms page. He asked for a medium size. I sent the screenshot to my friend who said she would look... A couple of days later, my cousin followed up with me. I asked my friend about the shirt. It turned out that she was so busy at work that she didn't get a chance to go to the store. Shucks! I realized (with a feeling of dread) that I needed to take a drive - way out there... especially since he wanted pictures of other shirts and ornaments. Uhg... I checked GPS... it would be a 35-minute drive (one-way) to the west side of the island... boo! I told my cousin that I'd probably have to pay for parking... yuk! At least this was on a Saturday without workday traffic! Arrrggg! When GPS told me that I had arrived, I didn't believe it because I didn't see a large sign for "Aulani". I drove past two Ko'Olina lagoon entrances until I gave in, turned around, and entered the driveway for the valet. I asked if I could park for a few minutes to get a shirt for my cousin. Unfortunately, the valet area was full. I was directed to self-parking where the first half hour is free... yay! I took the first space that I saw... nearest to the "Lobby" sign and walked quickly to the resort entrance. Gosh... There were A LOT of tourists! I headed to an employee and asked where the store was. It's to the left of the main entrance. Ok... it's nearby! ...and there it was!!! The Spirit Jersey was front and center! Yippee! However, there were no Medium nor Large sizes! Darn! I asked if there were any in the back... Nope! The shipment will come on Monday night, so I should return on Wednesday. (Sigh) Since I was there, I took lots of photos of other shirts and items that he might want. He decided on a $45 t-shirt. As I was cashing out, I tried to get my parking validated. The cashier said that if I make a purchase of $50 or more, I would get an hour of free parking... whoa! It's a good thing that my cousin wanted one of the ornaments, too! Whew! Service was very helpful and friendly - they all called me "Auntie"! How did they know??? LOL!!! I told everyone that's I'd see them again on Wednesday! Haha!

But did you know they sell board games, pins, and plushies? How about light travel toiletries or microwaveable food, bread, soda, ice cream, and hard liquor? If you don't want to drink out the bottle, buy a Goofy mug or a Minnie cup. You can pick up a suitcase, an aloha shirts and matching dresses here too. And if you have a photo pass card, this is where it's redeemable. Overall four stars. If you want a Hawaii, Disney mesh you come here. Not quite five because it's on the smaller side and you have to squeeze between the aisle especially when guest bring their luggage inside. M

They truly offer just about everything: prepared foods, fresh items, Japanese snacks, desserts, drinks, unique groceries, and so many products you won't find in a typical store. Every aisle felt like a new discovery, and I found myself picking up things I had never seen before. Whether you're looking for a quick meal, souvenirs, specialty snacks, or just want to browse, this place is absolutely worth a visit. The selection is unmatched, the prices are reasonable, and the whole experience is fun and memorable. I could easily spend hours exploring all the different foods, snacks, and drinks they have to offer. A must-visit while in Oahu!

Please AVOID this location at all costs!…read more Here is the updated response from their team. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! I'm sorry Casee, but Donki does not care or take customer's complaints serious like your reply implies: At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience and the experience you mentioned when shopping at our store on May 17, 2026 (Sunday). After reviewing this matter carefully, it appears: Store employees near the store exit asked every customer to present a copy of their purchase receipt; In addition to visible checks by store employees at the exit, signs were posted for customers: "Please have receipt ready"; Customers before you presented their receipts and, after a quick verification, their receipts were returned and they exited the store; When the store employee requested you to provide a copy of your purchase receipt, you were not able to and you searched the pockets in your clothes and in your shopping cart but the receipt could not be found; you then stated you had thrown away the receipt; In accordance with store policy, the store employee asked which check-out counter you made the purchase and you pointed in the direction of the self-check stations; You then retrieved your mobile phone and started video recording; As your hands were occupied video recording on your phone, our store employee pushed your cart to the self-check station area and you followed; Upon inspecting the self-check station you were at, there was no receipt. However, your receipt was later recovered from the attendant station after a cashier found a receipt at the self-check station you used and brought it to the attendant station. You continued to focus on your phone to video record. The store employee retrieved the receipt and compared it against the merchandise in your shopping cart; You continued to video record; After verification, the receipt was handed to you before the store employee pushed your cart to the exit area as you continued to video record on your mobile phone. You followed the store employee to the exit area and you left the store with your shopping cart; and On May 22, 2026 (Friday), at 6:36 PM, you submitted a formal report and claim to the store. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Don Don Donki. After spending a significant amount of money in the store and at the food court, I was stopped, detained, and escorted back to the checkout area against my wishes despite having paid for every item in my possession. One of the items I purchased even required an employee to remove a security hard tag during checkout, clearly demonstrating that the merchandise had been properly paid for. I am extremely concerned by the conduct of your security personnel during the incident in question. The video evidence clearly demonstrates that I did not voluntarily consent to returning to the store. Instead, I was directed and escorted back inside by Security Officer Siemens despite my expressed desire to leave the premises. At that time, all merchandise in my possession had already been lawfully purchased and paid for. More troubling is the fact that even after proof of purchase was produced and verified by store employees, Security Officer Siemens continued to retain control over my property and refused to return it immediately. Despite confirmation that all items had been properly paid for, I was treated as though I had committed a criminal act and was escorted from the store in a manner that was humiliating, intimidating, and highly embarrassing. As a paying customer who made multiple purchases at your establishment, including supporting one of your concession vendors, I find this treatment unacceptable. Customers should not be subjected to detention, public humiliation, or interference with their personal property simply because store procedures are inadequately staffed or managed. If receipt verification procedures are causing operational challenges due to a lack of manpower, that burden should not be shifted onto customers who have already completed lawful purchases. Operational shortcomings do not justify the detention of customers, the withholding of personal property, or conduct that may constitute false imprisonment and wrongful interference with personal property rights. I respectfully request a written explanation as to why I was detained, why my property was withheld after proof of purchase was presented, and what corrective actions will be taken to ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment in the future. This incident has caused significant distress, embarrassment, and anxiety, and remains deeply disappointing given the manner in which I was treated despite being a legitimate paying customer What a shame, Don Don Donki. What a shame!
