He has dry eye and tends to get gunk stuck around his eye because he doesn't produce enough tears. I completely understand the importance of eco-friendliness, controlling costs, and maintaining profitability margins. However, I would highly recommend investing in better-quality to-go containers, especially for foods that contain liquids or sauces. I would personally rather pay a little more for my meal if it meant receiving a sturdier container that I could confidently carry out of the store. Sometimes the packaging is just as important as the food because it is part of the overall customer experience. Charge us a little more for a better-quality container, and I think many customers would thank you for it.
