I knew absolutely nothing about upholstery, but after our 2-3 minute conversation, I learned so much! What impressed me most was that there was no pressure at all. The call was simply to give me some ideas and information--there was no expectation that I book or purchase anything from his business. That kind of honesty and willingness to help really stood out to me. This is truly a mom-and-pop business, and it takes people like Noah--people who genuinely care, take pride in what they do, and are willing to share their knowledge--to make a shop special. Highly recommend! Thank you, Noah, for being so informative, communicative, and honest!

Fred knew exactly what I was talking about and had done plenty of them before. The finished panels came out great. Everything is smooth and tight, the workmanship is very clean, and the new fabric looks fantastic with the rest of the interior. I actually think the darker material gives it a really nice OEM+ look. Fred was knowledgeable, straightforward, and did an excellent job. After having a hard time finding someone comfortable repairing these particular VW door panels, I'm really glad I found his shop. Highly recommended for automotive upholstery work.
