So I went in to transition from Sprint to T-Mobile, everyone there was super friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. What I thought would be a simple transition process lasted about a week. This was not the fault of the employees at the store, but what I gathered was a systems problem. I had to go back to the store several times before finally being able to transition. Long story short, after 4 visits I was a full fledged T-Mobile customer. If you have a business, they have some deals for the entrepreneur. They also have a First Responders plan. Anyways, I walked out with a new plan and a tablet and still paying less than what I was paying Sprint. Good Riddance Sprint. Shout outs: - Joemar who took the brunt of my frustration, but tried so hard to make things work for me (again it was of no fault of his) He even stayed past the time he was supposed to end his shift hoping that we could finally end the torture. Apologies to his GF who was expecting him to finish work on time. - Glad was so there to help me, she was always smiling which was hard for me to get angry. - Bruddah Matth who also helped out however he could. He too stayed over his shift to help me. We talked about weightlifting. Oh and he has a cool Deadpool Phone Cover too (Bonus points) So when I finally became a T-Mobile customer, it was bittersweet because I wouldn't be seeing the Kunia T-Mobile Crew as often. Just finishing an upgrade for my son today and this Kunia location staff are so welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. Kalani, the store manager, checked us in right away and attended to our needs right away. A trainee, Tony, helped my son do his transaction and was helpful for him to know what he is doing in order to make his upgrade purchase up to his needs and wants. Tony was polite and cheerful. Another worker quickly came to my aid when I had a question for my app. Everyone in this location store was super! My whole experience was so good! Wife and I went there to switch from sprint to T-Mobile and look at their plans. Vianney helped us and he was very straight forward without trying to sell us anything. He helped us getting the first responder plan with 4 lines and showed us the break down of what we were paying previously and how much we would be paying with the different options. I was impressed with his customer service and his professionalism. We did catch them at the right time though cause it did get a little busy afterwards. It wasn't like sprint at pearl kai before - it felt like a car salesmanship and left with a big ass bill- hidden. After I pissed and moaned about it and got upset with the store manager, I found it on the phone next to the one I mistakenly thought came with the phone. Very sorry to Erin. Stupid of me. This store remains a great store and the folks there are terrific. Sorry I got upset today after making an error. The service was great when I bought my Samsung S20 5G phone. Lauryn was extremely helpful. I was corresponding with T-Mobile via email and couldn't get the issue I had with T-Mobile resolved. I decided to walk into (Kunia)T-Mobile for personal help to address my issue. The assistant manager Lauryn greeted me, listened patiently to my concerns, called the appropriate dept of T-Mobile and stayed on the phone with them until my problem was resolved. Lauryn displayed excellent customer service and care and I'm pleasantly impressed with her good work ethic. read more

I went in to upgrade my phone on a Friday, and as expected there was a line of people waiting to be helped. I had time, no problem. What I really appreciated was their manager taking the time to address those who were waiting as he provided updates and answered any questions. The 5 stars are for the customer service I received and witnessed that day. My rep was Ella, but also working that day were Vianney (spelling?), their manager Scott, and another woman whose name I didn't get because she was facing the opposite direction, and I forgot to glance at her name tag. Anyway, they were all helpful and friendly, gave great advice, and were patient with all of my questions. I was in-store for over an hour (I asked them to help me transfer everythinggggggggg from my phone which is A LOT), so I saw how the team working that day built rapport with their customers. It was actually kinda nice! As I waited I pretty much "talked story" with everyone. Good experience overall! I have been with AT&T since the beginning of time for me. I seen a lot of the T Mobile commercial so I figure I'll go and check it out. My normal bill with AT&T is $888 monthly so quite frankly I was getting kind of frustrated on paying a high phone bill even though I love the service. I have 4 smart phones, 2 tablets and 2 smart watches. I went into tmobile and Melvin assisted me. He advise me and my husband on the savings that we could get with tmobile and that they pay out our financing with AT&T. Once I caught wind of the savings I immediately switched Melvin took care of us from the beginning to the end. So here is the profit if you're thinking of switching. 1. Determine your needs and come to a solution. 2. Have your account number and all your phone numbers that you're wanting to port ready for the representative. 3. Select a device you will have to turn in your current smartphone and get a tmobile phone. 4. Once you get your final bill you can either upload it on T Mobile's website or you can go in and ask the representative for assistance and wallah. I was very hesitant on switching to T Mobile. I didn't know I still had the back coverage like AT&T does. After watching a few videos on YouTube of t-mobile CEO John. He convinced me hands down that T Mobile is better than ever and is a company that will surpass its competitors. To this day I have no regrets on switching to T Mobile in fact I do receive better coverage than AT&T. And I'm enjoying a bill that is under $300 for the same type of service I had with AT&T. Tom the absolutely best customer service from T-Mobile or the Apple store. If you are an elderly senior or technically deficient, he is the one who will help, guide and fix your phone issues. I'd go even further to say call and make an appointment for him specifically otherwise it's the luck of the draw. He spent time with us answering all our questions fixing the multitude of problems since we first got our iPhones. Now we know exactly where to go if we have a problem and who to ask for. We are totally impressed by the terrific customer services provided by the work staff at T Mobile Store in Kunia. Since we purchased our iPhone on April 6, 2021 from that store, we are totally glad and pleased that we chose this location. Finn, Gladys, and Ashley really helped us by answering all of the questions we had. They provided terrific in-service explanations on how to do certain transactions which initially appeared to be complicated and confusing. What made us feel really comfortable is that they all offered us to call or visit their store should we need their assistance. We felt really great and relieved after meeting with all of them. The knowledge they all have on the features and benefits of iPhone are incredible. We had learned a lot from the assistance provided by them. They all gave us more knowledge about the iPhone along with great peace of mind. They were so patient as they would check on us until we totally understood their explanations. The team at this location is awesome! I'm a sprint user so they were still learning the systems because of the recent merge into T-Mobile. They were very patient with me and made sure I was in good hands. I loved that they are taking the pandemic seriously. Came here looking to purchase a Mobile Hotspot. Was greeted right away by Rob and was asked how they could help me, told him what I was looking for and he put me with the next available sales person. Carrie got my info and went to check if they had it in stock. It wasn't in stock but would be in the next day. She also answered all my questions about cell phone plans as I am not a regular T-mobile customer. When my current contract is up I'll be seriously considering switching, just because of the excellent customer service! Not saying my current carrier isn't good but here is sooo much better! Plan wise I think my current carrier has a better deal but that's how much I value good customer service. I come in here mainly to pay bills. When theres no one in the store, an employee always asks me to pay...but most times, the store is busy or all the reps are busy helping people out....so when its bill time, I go STRAIGHT to the automated bill payment center. That was a BRILLIANT idea. It is super fast, takes cash or credit card too! And the store ALWAYS looks clean! I can be in and out of that store in less than 1 minute because of that payment center! read more

I had upgraded my phone through JUMP back in March and noticed I've been financing 3 phones on ONE line. I'm am very upset and disbelief that they have poor customer training. It is the stores responsibility to check the account and make sure that the insurance is abide by the phone being upgraded. Unfortunately, they did not see that my line was covered with insurance and has the JUMP option, which I ended up paying $300+ for a new phone and keeping my existing phone. The T-Mobile customer care rep did everything he could, but the Manager at this location said her rep that had helped me looked through my account and did not see that I qualified for Jump, but it sure says it on my statement. They couldn't help me but all that was said was I still need to continue financing the phones and nothing more. I'm am very upset with this mobile company, but for sure won't be going to this location anymore due to poor customer service. Please go to a location that the reps are trained properly to avoid any of this. Got my Galaxy s2 note replaced as it broke, which was easy and the store was helpful with. My phone had a 6 month warranty after it being replaced. After 6 months my phone freezes and I take it to the store to get some technical support which did not happen. Representative that helped me looked up my account, tells me that my warranty expired. And that was the end of it. I said, "aw thats okay then" then I left. What upsets me is that there was no offer to help me reset the phone correctly as that's what it needs. Turns out that after a day of research, that my Galaxy S2 note can be factory restored. I'm lucky to be able to do my own research and fix my own phone. What bothers me is that, someone who isn't as tech savvy would not have had this option, and be left with the option to purchase a new phone. Unhappy with the no offer to assist with tech support when there definitely would be at least one person in the store who knew these things. read more

Mixed feelings about the services & staff at this location... In general, the staff are friendly but more often they're not consistent with each other and the T-Mobile company/procedures. Many times a staff would help me & they are very helpful and seems knowledgeable. However,when I call the CS line after 2 days or so,some of what was promised or told is not in the system. The rating is based on a visit I recently made... 2 visits ago I went to return the 4G boost devices that I was told(by another store rep) to return to the store.When I got there, the rep that was assisting me had to call the customer service line to confirm about the procedures. After 30 minutes of waiting for the rep,I was told that I could not return it to the store because they had no boxes and labels were already sent to me (did not get them till after that visit). I needed to go to a UPS store myself and return the devices! No problem, but I barely have free time,so to gather the devices, go to the store,wait more than 30 minutes(wait to be seen then wait for CS on phone ),and then go to UPS store was such an inconvenience! He did get an upgrade and his upgrade has been giving him problems since day 1. Went there once to try and get it fixed, but they just sent us a new one. Went in just to pay a phone bill and waited over half hour. Terrible! They should of kept that speed pay machine they had before it was so convenient. Or they should have @ least 1 register for Bill payments only. All the staff members they have and there's a Wait just to pay a phone bill. We went in to get a line put on our plan, The girl that was helping us (I forget her name) was very rude and not answering my boy friends questions at all, despite her condescending behavior there was no one we could switch to so we were stuck fumbling around with her. We decided on a phone and she 'activated' it for us. When we got home and tried the phone, turns out she put NONE of the plan we wanted on it. She had only put on data so we could not call or receive anything. Aren't they suppose to do a test call or something? We were so mad after all we had explicitly asked her if the unlimited and international calling was now operational on the phone before we left (As you could tell we were questioning her competency from the start.) So how do we start this..new to tmobile transporting from another carry..we transfered 1 phone a week ago, no problem. Now were here another 1week later and now we have a problem. First thing tmobile has no information on the previous carry for the first phone we did. Now trying to get the information from the previous carry for transport is a bitch. This review is for their Customer Service toll free number, not this store itself. I'm signed up for auto-pay and have had problems with Tmobile cutting off service for my two daughters' cell phones on several occasions. It has something to do with the timing of when my credit card is charged and when they post the payment to the accounts. This time I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get my daughter's phone activated. I was placed on hold many times and I was also cutoff 4 times and had to call back and explain my situation over and over. Finally a supervisor in Customer Care named Mel stayed on the line while trying to contact other areas within Tmobile to help resolve this problem. It was highly frustrating because the service representatives are not very knowledgeable and appear to run through scripts and not using common sense nor do they seem to really care about your problem. Each area seems to only know their area and they are not able to help you work with the different areas to resolve the issue - they just transfer the call to another area. I even had a payment confirmation number in which the customer service rep did not want. They had me call my credit card company saying that the issue is with my card. In the end there appeared to be a problem on Tmobile's side in which I got charged but the system did not apply the payment. Luckily Mel resolved my problem and said that he will follow up to see why the payment didn't show up in their system even though it showed up in Tmobile's Payment Center's system. Tmobile needs to improve the quality of their representatives and help the customer all the way to the end and not forward the customer to another area. Also fix their phone lines so that the customer is not cut off so many times. Or maybe they are hanging up on purpose since I was getting a bit upset. read more
