There is a $59 charge for coming out to Mililani but we needed it done. Their dispatcher wanted some pictures of the door so I sent it through text. The technician, Danny called me but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize his mainland number. Good thing he texted that he was from Isle Locksmith. Anyway, he made it to our house, sprayed something in the lock and did other stuff and now our keys don't get stuck. He was fast, professional, friendly and really no negatives in the service call. Prior to this service a different company was called in to help with the lock out and couldn't get it open. The locksmith tried everything, they couldn't open it up and even suggesting to drill my door open and I wanted to avoid breaking my door. However when I called Alex, he arrived after the other lock smith left he answered right away and was able to come by and less than 15 mins. I was truly amazed at how he was able to figure out how to unlock the door with ease.
