I called because I bought a Tacoma but didn't realize that the only key they gave me was a valet key. I went to the dealer to see how much it would cost to get a master key and to program it. He repaired and serviced all the locks and I asked him to replace all my 50 year old doorknobs, because I thought they were too ugly and old looking. He came to my rescue by fitting me in his busy Saturday schedule and unlocking my car door to retrieve my valuables (especially the car keys to the locked car).
