I couldn't believe it but I locked myself out of my car after shopping all day at the Ala Moana center. Called my insurance company and didn't feel like they would come sooner than later. Luckily I called HNL Locksmith and they came in about 20 mins. After everything was said and done I was on my way in about 30 mins from the initial phone call. After a nightmare experience of a different locksmith that completely destroyed my apartment door and lock, I had to pay not only for the service, but to replace both the door and the lock just because he didn't know what he was doing. However, Eitan here with HNL Locksmith was amazing in comparison! Apparently I have a pretty difficult security lock, so I was scared I'd have to go through another door replacement situation. Okay, so I know no one cares about my personal struggles but BOY OH BOY I HAD A SHIT DAY TODAY! I want to thank Eitan for going above and beyond! :) I was freaking out! I was so stressed out! But He popped my door open in under a couple minutes, I seriously was too busy talking before I realized he was done. He also took the time to help me jump start my car, I got stuck originally because my battery decided to take his last breathe (R.I.P.) but I made matters worse then I panicked and locked my keys in the car, obviously why I had to call here. I appreciate the fact Eitan was humble, and cheerful! I definitely recommend calling Eitan if you ever lock your keys in your car. I'm not proud of it but I locked my keys in my car more times to count and this service was by far the best, my past ones were pretty rude and charged unreasonable prices....Eitan charged a reasonable price for his services!! And he drove over to me quickly! And he had to drive into the royal hawaiian because I got stuck there, he didn't make a fuss about it at all. I was able to make it to my next job in time! Eitan was real quick to come check out the problem with our electronic keypad. We have a Schlage keypad lock that had been acting up the last month - either not locking when it's supposed to or not unlocking when we enter the code. Eitan quickly figured out that it was a mechanical issue and recommended that we switch the entire lock because all though he can try to fix the problem, the likelihood of it returning is high.
