Unbelievable bad service. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I couldn't believe it but I locked myself out of my car after shopping all day at the Ala Moana center. Called my insurance company and didn't feel like they would come sooner than later. Luckily I called HNL Locksmith and they came in about 20 mins. After everything was said and done I was on my way in about 30 mins from the initial phone call. My locksmith was easy to talk to and very nice. Hopefully I don't have to use them again but I would if I needed too. read more

$49 service fee and $140 for labor that took less than an hour for unlocking a car. Absolutely ridiculous

After a nightmare experience of a different locksmith that completely destroyed my apartment door and lock, I had to pay not only for the service, but to replace both the door and the lock just because he didn't know what he was doing. However, Eitan here with HNL Locksmith was amazing in comparison! Apparently I have a pretty difficult security lock, so I was scared I'd have to go through another door replacement situation. Thankfully, Eitan did not cause any damage and was able to get it open quick and easy. On top of that, he was super nice and I got a great vibe from him. 5 stars well deserved! read more

Locked myself out of the house Wednesday 11am. This place popped up on Google. Got to our house promptly and was very professional and quick. The only issue I have was with the price. I was told over the phone typically $100 and ended up paying nearly $180. Please do your research and ask questions. read more

Okay, so I know no one cares about my personal struggles but BOY OH BOY I HAD A SHIT DAY TODAY! I want to thank Eitan for going above and beyond! :) I was freaking out! I was so stressed out! But He popped my door open in under a couple minutes, I seriously was too busy talking before I realized he was done. He also took the time to help me jump start my car, I got stuck originally because my battery decided to take his last breathe (R.I.P.) but I made matters worse then I panicked and locked my keys in the car, obviously why I had to call here. I appreciate the fact Eitan was humble, and cheerful! I definitely recommend calling Eitan if you ever lock your keys in your car. I'm not proud of it but I locked my keys in my car more times to count and this service was by far the best, my past ones were pretty rude and charged unreasonable prices....Eitan charged a reasonable price for his services!! And he drove over to me quickly! And he had to drive into the royal hawaiian because I got stuck there, he didn't make a fuss about it at all. I was able to make it to my next job in time! Thank you Eitan!!! I hope I finally learn my lesson and don't lock my keys in my car anymore....but I'll definitely call you if I do LOL read more

Super fast service and such a nice guy! I was locked out of my house late one night and these guys came to the rescue super fast! The technician was super friendly and funny. Definitely lightened the mood. This guy knew his job very well and was very efficient. I was only stuck for maybe about half an hour. 10/10 would definitely recommend and I will use again if I ever need but let's hope not lol read more

I called the number, Eitan answered right away and we arranged a time for him to come and look at an exterior door lock that had been inoperable for nearly 3 years. Wed been told by a previous locksmith it would not be an easy fix. Eitan called before arriving (right on time), gave us options and once we decided, he completed the repair quickly He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend him. read more

Eltan saves the day! The battery to my mom's electronic lock died and she couldn't get into her condo on a Sunday evening since she doesn't carry the key with her. Eltan came right over and got us in without having to drill out the lock. He explained what he was doing at every step and warned us if the procedure would damage the door. He also showed us how to change the battery. His growing Yelp reviews were the reason why I selected him and I'm happy to add to his positive reviews. read more

Really great customer service! I lost my keys, and I knew I couldn't get into my apartment so I called ahead before I got there and he was so quick, he showed up to my place before I did! Since I didn't have cash or card to pay (I lost those along with my keys) He didn't mind waiting a bit for me to get a card number to pay. He was kind and pleasant through the entire experience. I thought this would be stressful but it was totally chill. Highly recommend! I'm glad I called. read more

Loved this company! Aeitan and his crew came to help my husband and I last minute- as you know these things aren't planned nor called for. They picked up right away, senses the urgency and was extremely helpful. They came immediately, communicating with us on their status, and was very professional and friendly. It's hard to find that kind of service nowadays here. Would recommend 110 percent. read more

Wow wow wow . E is the best! I had dead bolt lock on my front door and contacted him and came to the rescue! I figured it was super late in the day but he was very willing . Very professional, super kind, would highly recommend! read more

Had my mailbox and apartment lock replaced. Very professional, efficient and friendly service. Would recommend. Mahalo!

Eitan was real quick to come check out the problem with our electronic keypad. We have a Schlage keypad lock that had been acting up the last month - either not locking when it's supposed to or not unlocking when we enter the code. Eitan quickly figured out that it was a mechanical issue and recommended that we switch the entire lock because all though he can try to fix the problem, the likelihood of it returning is high. Thanks Eitan for helping us replace our lock so that now we can leave the house worry-free about others breaking in or ourselves not being able to get in! read more

I am writing this review to express how pleased I am with HNL locksmith. I picked the worst day possible to lock myself out of my car. Eitan showed up in 15 minutes and had my car unlocked in 10 minutes. Obviously a professional. He was super friendly, and made the experience go from a nightmare to no-big-deal. Highly recommend. read more

Wow such a great guy! He came to my house the exact time I needed and it took no longer than 2 min!! Highly recommended

I felt very ripped off with the service he provided. I was charged over $400 including tip to replace a deadbolt combo on my door. Was informed of the $49 service charge + fees but for the cost to be over $400 is just absurd. If you need a locksmith, call other places first. read more
