Yup we did it again locked ourselves out of our room as we were getting ready to leave for an appointment. (Never rush people!) We called Young again & same like last time he arrived at the time he said he was coming & took several minutes to open our door! He's very polite & professional! He's the guy to call if you're in a locked out situation hands down! Top notch in his trade! Thx Young, I hope we'll never be in this type of bind again but if we do we know who to call! Mr. Young Lee is a true professional and knows what he's doing. I lost my keys and googled another locksmith that damaged my lock and charged an exorbitant price, demanding cash. My condo recommended Mr. Lee and I'm glad I called him. He replaced the deadbolt and made the key match my doorknob. Highly recommend him. read more

Highly recommended !!! Jay came in 30 min from time I called. The lady I spoke to on the phone, sorry I don't remember her name, was amazing and helped me instantly. I sent pics and she gave me a quote within minutes. They're prices are competitive. I was okay paying $129+39 service fee because it was an emergency and customer service was amazing! I locked my keys in my apartment and called ABC. They got to my apartment in about 30 minutes during rush hour traffic which I thought was impressive. My door has a heavy lock that is poorly designed, and the door is also sealed all the way around. Not exactly easy, even for a professional. But the dogged locksmith kept at it, trying various techniques and using different tools until he successfully felt and lifted the lock. The guy is a hard worker, and if he got my door open, I'm sure he can get anyone's. I recommend this locksmith: prompt, hard working, and reasonable prices. read more

The wind blew my door closed when I took out the trash.. Was locked out with no keys, phone, ID, money.. My building Maintence guys said to call them. They did everything you could ask for. Answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon, showed up in a timely fashion, worked efficiently, presented himself professionally and honored the quoted price. read more

Outstanding service and price!! Mr.Young was a very professional and experienced lock smith. He was able to fix my lock without no problem. Our first locksmith company was Locksmith Honolulu and they weren't experience enough to open my lock and ended up drill my lock but Mr.Young was able to fix it without replacing it. Thank you Mr. Young! I will definately comeback to you when I get lock out again. read more

Amazing service. I thought I was screwed needing a locksmith on a Sunday morning. A google search showed me tons of nearby locksmiths that were closed. No response, left multiple messages with customer service, spoke to a rep 2 days ago in the service dept, always the same answer, "C" is not in today, but when she comes in she'll call you back, and we'll also let another manager "J" know as well. Meaningless dribble...no calls after leaving multiple messages from anyone. Something tells me something is "going on" (management issues, financial issues, etc.) at that company, and not in a good way. When they don't respond to customers and in effect leave decision making to one person, who chooses to either not show up to work or is too "busy" to even return calls to customers, something is definitely wrong. Maybe they need to replace her or the entire management. Customers are not being serviced properly. Next step for me is to reach out to the State DCCA to file a complaint. If you feel you're not being treated fairly I suggest you do the same. Some action has to be taken to wake these people up or else it will remain the same. Me, I'm outta here with these guys, we had service for years but seems current management is sub-par and not taking care of customers. Watch for more reviews, if the negative trend continues, it's telling you something is really going on. Good Luck in the New Year!
