Wow they are fast!! I messaged them on Yelp at about 8:30am, my locks were fixed by 10:00am. Our keys were getting stuck and sticky in our door so we wanted to get them either fixed or replaced. There is a $59 charge for coming out to Mililani but we needed it done. Their dispatcher wanted some pictures of the door so I sent it through text. The technician, Danny called me but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize his mainland number. Good thing he texted that he was from Isle Locksmith. Anyway, he made it to our house, sprayed something in the lock and did other stuff and now our keys don't get stuck. He was fast, professional, friendly and really no negatives in the service call. Ever heard of a mortise lock? Apparently something very old and supposedly super secure. Well, we had an issue with a mortise lock at our home and fortunately Danny came to our rescue. Earlier this week, I had dropped my car key and as a result a piece fell off making the casing loose. I came to Yelp to get some quotes on a replacement key. Isle Locksmith was one of the first to respond to me. Out of all the quotes that I had received and reading reviews, I felt their quote was fair and on par with the service that I had requested. We scheduled the appointment for yesterday, but due to things outside of their control, they called me to ask to reschedule and were able to quickly reschedule for today. Promptly this morning, John called to let me know that his technician was running late on a job and will come to me about hour later than planned. I was appreciative of the constant communication. The tech, Shai was very friendly and apologetic for him being late. I was totally fine with it and waited on my porch while he got to work. He did an excellent job and even got the trunk button to work again! That was a bonus I was not expecting. This has been a positive experience. Owner is stating a lie that I told them that I had two keys. One for the door and one for the ignition. I don't have any keys. I just needed a key for the ignition and I've said that many times. I am glad I called them! I tried to replace a door knob for my carport closet but was having problems. Jonathan showed up about an hour later and got the door knob on in a few minutes. However that wasn't the real problem. The door had swelled after the recent heavy rains and humidity so it didn't close properly. Jonathan spend the next three hours adjusting/changing the hinges. He then used a dremel tool to grind down the edges of both doors so they closed. Jonathan went the extra mile. He was very professional and friendly. So to me, the price was worth it. I called and talked to Shai about getting a bedroom lock replaced with one that has a keypad and about a problem I was having with my front door. He gave really good advice on which lock I should use. Everything was managed so quickly, and he set up an appointment to have it done immediately. The technician Danny was great!
