There is a $59 charge for coming out to Mililani but we needed it done. Their dispatcher wanted some pictures of the door so I sent it through text. The technician, Danny called me but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize his mainland number. Good thing he texted that he was from Isle Locksmith. Anyway, he made it to our house, sprayed something in the lock and did other stuff and now our keys don't get stuck. He was fast, professional, friendly and really no negatives in the service call. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

The difference was that instead of turning me away, they offered to order the blank specifically for me. I waited about a week and honestly wondered if it was just an excuse, but they called me as soon as it arrived and made the copy. The new key works perfectly--it's smooth, precise, and easy to use. I was so happy to finally have a working copy. They spent 2-3 hours providing personalized service to make sure everything was done right, yet only charged me $25. I call her the LAMB (long @ss MB). I've been pushing my luck for YEARS, driving around with one working key fob. I sent out a quote request last year - Lucky Owl gave the lowest quote. It's since gone up $30, but I can't complain. I sat on this for a year, and realistically speaking, EVERYTHING costs more now. Anyhoo, I dropped in last Thursday hoping to get a new key. Unfortunately they were out on a mobile job. I called today (5/3/26) to make sure they were in, and that they'd have a fob for the LAMB. Yes and yes. I drove up at 10am. Desmond helped me park, escorted me up to the air conditioned office, and he and his associate got to work. I amused myself with their selfie wall.
