    Their store hours say 11am-5pm. We stopped by at 2pm and they were closed! There was an employee inside looking at us knock but she didn't come outside. She was extremely rude! She closed the door to the employee lounge and turned off the lights. When we wouldn't go away, and kept knocking, she came out, pointed at the "closed" sign and walked back inside to the employee lounge. SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. This employee needs to be fired!! So unprofessional and disrespectful. She could've at least explain that they were closed for a lunch break or something?

    I've been going here for the last 2 and 1/2 years and I get excellent customer serve and any phone issues taken care of. Thanks Mike for your Great customer service and getting my new phone up and good to go!

I have seen the giga lines for Micro Center during the graphics card boom. Horrifying, but I feel like that's what mostly contributes to the super low ratings here, and a LOT of them, mind you. But it also might be due to people malding at spending a lot of money on something that didn't work for them. I was here window shopping, we are not the same. Plenty of parking the Saturday afternoon that we went. There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. Not bad to peruse through.

While this store does have an electric shopping cart. Or EcV with basket. It is usually not charged and it is falling apart. The store has ONE. Only one and it is completely falling apart. Some of the aisles are not accessible in the cart either. Now let's move on to the staff. While the manager will tell you they have 5 people in the 3D printing area I can rarely seem to find 1. When I do happen to run into somone they will tell me they are way too busy to help me out or be downright rude when asking them about inventory of an item. They have told me to just scan the sample color strip and wait for it to open on the machine. They have this machine on the wall that stores most of the filament and will retrieve the color and type you want. Well that's all great in theory. If the machine was loaded properly with the colors and type of filament in the right location. That doesn't seem to happen often. Now there is some good stuff. They have a nice supply of other items. Similar to maybe what Fry's electronics use to be but on a much smaller scale. You are definitely going to pay a high price here. Most things have been marked up incredibly high. But I mean you're paying to get it then and there. They have some things with decent prices. So make sure you are checking the prices at other places before you commit to spending $25 for a pair of pliers that can be purchased elsewhere for $4.99. Exact same product and packaging. All in all go here if you MUST. Otherwise avoid at all costs. The staff is minimal, untrained and rude. The disabled access is not the greatest. The best thing about this place. They had a restroom and it was clean.

The only computer store I could find in the high desert was a Best Buy. I looked up the wattage I needed and figured 100W would be fine. Well, 100W was not enough for a high performance laptop like the Dell Precision 5690. The 100W got me through the day, however, I kept getting messages from my laptop power couldn't be optimized. A few weeks later, I found the boxed charger in my trunk and had forgotten to return or exchange. I decided to go to my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa to see if anything could be done. George in customer care and was so upbeat and friendly. I explained my situation and he carefully reviewed the package. He was curious to see what I was running since it seemed 100W would work on just about any laptop. He chuckled when I told him. I guess the man knew a little about laptops lol I SO appreciate his help as not only did he resolve my unfortunate situation, but did it with such care and style. I've purchased most of my electronics from Best Buy (last purchase was a nice 65in OLED LG tv which had great value with beautiful picture and sound). I will continue to do all my electronics shopping here because the customer service is second to none. Shout out to you, George. Thanks again! I received a call…read moretoday from someone who clearly has no idea what customer service is and they told me they me delivery I was expecting in 2 days was being pushed out 2 weeks because the manufacturer just shipped the unit. So we are getting one refrigerator on Monday and the other one in 2 weeks.... They of course had no idea what went wrong or why they are telling me about this 48 hours before I am getting f my complete delivery. The worst part is they clearly don't care because they have no idea what customer service means and it's truly very unfortunate because they don't know how to take care and support their customers. Plus they will never respond to this review due to there lack off concern for the customer....

We purchased a 33' Cherry Cola AudioQuest Cable to connect it all, as it came highly recommended by a number of A/V professionals. Our AV Tech/Electrician installed the new speakers, cables, and big screen OLED. The components were hooked-up, remote controls programmed, and the ceiling re- spackled and re-painted. New leather furniture was laid out accordingly. We were ready for the Ultimate AV Experience. Less than a month later the Cherry Cola Cable failed when a pin in the HDMI dropped (confirmed by our Tech). Since AudioQuest has a lifetime warranty on the Cherry Cola cable I wasn't too worried, although I was not looking forward to the extra expense of digging-out and replacing the original cable. I had been given completely wrong information by Best Buy on how to handle the replacement, which caused a super lengthy delay. BUT once I was able to contact AudioQuest directly, Steve had a replacement ready to ship within minutes!!! Thank you, Steve from AudioQuest, for providing such prompt and courteous Customer Service and for taking the time to ensure we were completely satisfied with the outcome. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!

The aisles are well maintained and stocked up too, and I enjoy how the back corner of the store will always have seasonal items, such as items for Christmas or Back-to-School. Her tone was rude and dismissive, and she refused to offer any compromise--not even a partial discount. Target is known for its customer service, but there is no customer service at this Irvine location. I was shocked to be treated like a liar after two decades as a loyal customer. I did not place that sticker, and I welcome a camera review to confirm that. I expected better service and fairness. Very disappointed.
