Despite our many requests and changes, he was always patient and gave us quick turnarounds every time. We picked the kitchen cabinet/KITH, countertop/quartz, and variety of tiles at his beautiful new showroom. We actually called the headquarter of KITH cabinet/https://kithkitchens.com/ to find out their official kitchen store in Union county and they said 'My house kitchen'! I also compared the costs against several other kitchen stores and he had the best prices. His partner Alex, owner of Dano Development, led the remodeling project of our kitchen, bath and home. He was very communicative, thoughtful and professional and we couldn't ask for more! Bora and Alex worked together well and finished the project on time and stayed within the budget. We were so worried about our remodeling project at first due to our friend's bitter experience. However, in the end we are very happy with the experience from the beginning until the end and we have a dream kitchen and home now!

They even came to our house twice to measure everything to make sure the design worked and the size of kitchen cabinets to make sure our built in refrigerator and pantry cabinets were the right sizes. HOWEVER, after sale and delivery the nightmare started! Our carpenter showed up to start the project and looked at the design that Express Union Tile gave us, and the design was missing a whole section above the stove! Then came the pantry installation. He noticed that the design they gave us was missing an entire floor to ceiling panel! So mid project I had to call them to show them the flaw in the design..... of course they didn't apologize and instead charged me to have new panels ordered. We had no choice but to pay. THEN, after we finished the pantry installation, the refrigerator came and the guys couldn't get it to be flush with the cabinets. Turns out that the depth of panels they ordered for us was actually less than the size of the panels that was on their design and what we paid for! I called them multiple times and even spoke with the owner, Mike. He didn't accept any responsibility and blamed our carpenter, wall, and pretty much everyone except themselves! We're now having to call the cabinet manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, etc to recover.

While doing the necessary repairs to the home through insurance we also decided to take the opportunity to remodel our kitchen and dining room areas out of pocket. Magnolia was one of the contractors we brought in for a price quote. The contractor who came out was extremely condescending and belittling - assuming that my wife and I could not afford the cost of the project. On multiple occasions the contractor made unnecessary comments related to the anticipated costs of the remodel - alluding to our assumed inability to afford the scope of the work. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work done. There are plenty of contractors in the market that will deliver a high quality product without thumbing their nose at you or assuming that they're too good for any job. If you want a company that acts like they're elite but only deliver the same outcome as anyone else - look no further - this is a great choice for you. However, I'd suggest you avoid the holier than thou attitude and find someone who will not only get the job done, but also treat you right.
