They even came to our house twice to measure everything to make sure the design worked and the size of kitchen cabinets to make sure our built in refrigerator and pantry cabinets were the right sizes. HOWEVER, after sale and delivery the nightmare started! Our carpenter showed up to start the project and looked at the design that Express Union Tile gave us, and the design was missing a whole section above the stove! Then came the pantry installation. He noticed that the design they gave us was missing an entire floor to ceiling panel! So mid project I had to call them to show them the flaw in the design..... of course they didn't apologize and instead charged me to have new panels ordered. We had no choice but to pay. THEN, after we finished the pantry installation, the refrigerator came and the guys couldn't get it to be flush with the cabinets. Turns out that the depth of panels they ordered for us was actually less than the size of the panels that was on their design and what we paid for! I called them multiple times and even spoke with the owner, Mike. He didn't accept any responsibility and blamed our carpenter, wall, and pretty much everyone except themselves! We're now having to call the cabinet manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, etc to recover.

We ended up with the top pf the line Larson door and we couldn't be more pleased. Tommy and Carl did the installation, They were so helpful and friendly. It took a few hours and the end product came out fantastic. You could tell that the door was perfectly installed. I always use Jaeger as I'm not a fan of the big box stores. The customer service was outstanding and I was told if anything ever went wrong that the problem would be fixed immediately. You drop them off one day and pick them up the next. It's a pleasure to have sharp knives. And in a truly efficient manner, all the questions I had were answered on a prerecorded message on the phone. But that's just a sliver of what they have to offer. Many kitchen utensils, large and small, knives, pots, pans, olive oils adorn the walls and the store itself. The prices are competive to other high end suppliers and you can look, feel and even try items before you buy them. I hired Monks Design Studio to help me design a full bath renovation. Zoriana is a very creative…read moredesigner who listened carefully to what we wanted, and spent as much time with us as we needed to work out the details. She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job. Still in the early stages, but I will update with pics when it is finished.
