My contractor used this company to install my granite countertop. This was a horrible experience, not only was my granite cut incorrectly as the best pieces of this expensive exotic granite was not even in the final install, but the granite was also not cleaned properly and was left with a lot of rough patches that were not smooth out. I had also asked for the remnants of the left over granite as I bought 2 slabs for this install. The remnants did not come the same time as the install, they came a week later and was just left in front of my garage. Also one of the larger pieces had a huge crack down the center front, making not usable for any other projects. I would implore anyone debating on using this company to look for someone else. This experience was not professional and has cost me due to the improper way the granite was handled. read more

One of the last design changes to the atrociously ugly kitchen I absorbed when buying an apartment two years ago was the countertop. After a few messages back and forth, I was able to pop by the warehouse in New Jersey for a hands on tour to select the right design and get recommendations on styles I hadn't previously considered. The one I settled on was purchased, measured, cut, and installed in under a week. And the price for the quality of stone I received was far better than some of the household brands you might immediately think about when undertaking a renovation of this caliber. If I needed their services again in the future, I'd absolutely do it in a heartbeat. Through our contractor, we used BENCHMARK to install the countertops for our 2 new bathrooms. We were so disappointed with them. For the 1st bath, they didn't show up on a scheduled day to do the template. A guy showed up 4 days later to get the template done. One week later, they told us the slab of the quartz hadn't come yet. But it was ordered 2 months ago. Waiting for more than a week, they came to install the countertop and saddles. They cut the saddle of the shower 2 inches short. It wasn't able to install. Then they came back again next day with a saddle which was 3 inches longer than it should be!!!!! It took us almost 4 weeks to get the countertop and saddles installed. It was a huge delay!! Then for the 2nd bath, the guys damaged the mirror of our newly installed medicine cabinet and wall. They just walked away without telling us. We found out right after they left my driveway! Don't use them. They are irresponsible and unreliable! I'm still waiting for the compensation of the broken mirror! read more
