We actually called the headquarter of KITH cabinet/https://kithkitchens.com/ to find out their official kitchen store in Union county and they said 'My house kitchen'! I also compared the costs against several other kitchen stores and he had the best prices. His partner Alex, owner of Dano Development, led the remodeling project of our kitchen, bath and home. He was very communicative, thoughtful and professional and we couldn't ask for more! Bora and Alex worked together well and finished the project on time and stayed within the budget. We were so worried about our remodeling project at first due to our friend's bitter experience. We chose Express Union Tile because of the great reviews we read. And our experience before the…read morepurchase was 5-stars. The salesperson was helpful and answered all our questions. They even came to our house twice to measure everything to make sure the design worked and the size of kitchen cabinets to make sure our built in refrigerator and pantry cabinets were the right sizes. HOWEVER, after sale and delivery the nightmare started! Our carpenter showed up to start the project and looked at the design that Express Union Tile gave us, and the design was missing a whole section above the stove! Then came the pantry installation. He noticed that the design they gave us was missing an entire floor to ceiling panel! So mid project I had to call them to show them the flaw in the design..... of course they didn't apologize and instead charged me to have new panels ordered. We had no choice but to pay. THEN, after we finished the pantry installation, the refrigerator came and the guys couldn't get it to be flush with the cabinets. Turns out that the depth of panels they ordered for us was actually less than the size of the panels that was on their design and what we paid for! I called them multiple times and even spoke with the owner, Mike. He didn't accept any responsibility and blamed our carpenter, wall, and pretty much everyone except themselves! We're now having to call the cabinet manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, etc to recover.

She directed me to visit Reliance Grantie and Marble in Kenilworth since I didn't find anything I liked in Springfield. I found a product and emailed her the details as well as my measurements. She acknowledge receiving my email but never sent me a proposal. I followed up several times only to hear it will be forthcoming. She was out for a few days and a coworker said she would send me a proposal. Never received a proposal. On July 16th I received an email from Melanie asking if I am still interested. I said yes, still waiting on a proposal. NEVER HEARD BACK. Very poor way to conduct business. Wasted close to two months of my time. If they weren't interested in my business, they should have said so. I've since moved on.

It's worth it since it's a huge investment. Cabinetry he offers are by Rutt, Sokee, and Millbrook (what we got)...great quality cabinetry. We asked him to design our kitchen but he also does office and bathroom cabinetry. He also sells appliances and contracts work for installation, granite or tile work. We went on our own with granite only because our builder has a good deal with another company. Tip - order the cabinetry hardware online instead through him... saves you $$$. His Manhattan showroom is huge and worth a see. The one in Millburn is only a handful of kitchen designs (one country, one traditional and one modern) but it gives you a taste of what Kitchen Expressions can do.

Please do not let the low estimate cost convince you to let him do work on your house. He just keeps adding costs during the project for things he should replace during a remodel. He started on my moms kitchen, bathroom and laundry room remodel . He never showed up on sites and none of his workers spoke English. This is clearly poor knowledge of actual renovation work . Additionally... here is where it gets worst . We started researching his license number and asked him for it and he kept making up excuses . We already took most of our money at this point . This has been a nightmare !! They also faked their COVID test - didn't provide any names on the test . Everything about them was a fraud. I initially engaged Rene to assist us with getting cabinets for a kitchen remodel. I was certain…read morewhat I wanted, having renovated three kitchens before, and was having difficulty finding precisely what we were looking for - or at least finding it for a reasonable price. We used the Decora cabinets Rene suggested, and we are thrilled with them. The quality of the cabinets is just about as good as any you could buy, and our contractor remarked more than once how well they were made, as well as how perfect the finish is. When one cabinet arrived damaged by the shipper, Rene got us a replacement in very little time to keep the project on schedule. We also had a custom range hood made, and found Decora super easy to deal with in terms of price and time. Beyond helping us get exactly what we wanted (and completely within budget), Rene's suggestions and ideas from a design perspective brought our project to another level. The cabinets are merely a product, but Rene is an asset. We incorporated very single suggestion she made, and could not be happier. Our new kitchen is absolutely stunning, and it would definitely be less so if not for Rene. I could not imagine using anyone else for our next project.

The simply answer here is --- hire more qualified, well trained sales help since your inventory is beautiful in both light fixtures and furnishings. Your approach to serving the public is not up to par! I'm disenchanted with this store. I purchased $700 worth of lighting fixtures here a year ago for…read moremy kitchen renovation. The manager is the nicest guy you will ever meet. All was well until the lighting units began to short out after less than a year. The sockets were burning out because the factory-supplied halogen bulbs get too hot. This is a design defect, I'm not blaming the store, although they denied knowing about any such problem with these units. When I ordered the needed replacement parts from Manhattan Lighting, the manager charged my credit card immediately, but did not tell me that he only places an order with this distributor once a month. So, weeks went by, and wondering what was going on, I called, and then the store manager admitted that my order was not submitted because he needed to accrue $12,000 worth of orders to get his desired price-break discount, and mine was only the first. Frustrated, I found an online supplier (Lumens.com), and did a "live chat". While putting me on hold for one minute, the associate phoned the manufacturer directly, then had the parts delivered to me within a week (for $32 each vs. $43 each that ML charged me). This is a perfect example of why internet shopping is putting brick-and-mortar stores out of business. Now that I no longer need them, my replacement parts finally arrived at Manhattan Lighting seven weeks after I ordered them. Lame, misleading customer service, and, for me, the price of an education.
