Despite our many requests and changes, he was always patient and gave us quick turnarounds every time. We picked the kitchen cabinet/KITH, countertop/quartz, and variety of tiles at his beautiful new showroom. We actually called the headquarter of KITH cabinet/https://kithkitchens.com/ to find out their official kitchen store in Union county and they said 'My house kitchen'! I also compared the costs against several other kitchen stores and he had the best prices. His partner Alex, owner of Dano Development, led the remodeling project of our kitchen, bath and home. He was very communicative, thoughtful and professional and we couldn't ask for more! Bora and Alex worked together well and finished the project on time and stayed within the budget. We were so worried about our remodeling project at first due to our friend's bitter experience. However, in the end we are very happy with the experience from the beginning until the end and we have a dream kitchen and home now!

He was so knowledgeable about kitchen design, bathroom design, and tiles. He helped us choose the perfect tiles, cabinets and countertop for our kitchen. With Express Union Tile, you truly get a one-stop shop. They put together a design for the renovation, came out to do measurements, connected us with a contractor, and sold us the tiles, cabinets, countertop and handles. They go above and beyond. Mike personally made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction even going to the extent of coming to our home multiple times to oversee parts of the project. We were so impressed with his work ethic, calm demeanor and attention to detail. Here are some specific things we loved about our experience with Express Union Tile: High-quality products: The tiles, cabinets, countertop and bathroom vanity that we chose from Express Union Tile are beautiful and durable. Their large showroom makes it easy to find the products you want. Their prices were always more than fair, reasonable and competitive. Fast and efficient service: Mike and his team were able to get everything we needed for our kitchen project faster than we even thought possible. Everything arrived on-time or earlier, which of course, reduced the stress level for the project. Excellent customer service: Mike and his team were always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. They were also very patient with us, even when we changed our minds a few times! Overall satisfaction: We are so happy with the results of our kitchen remodel, and we highly recommend Express Union Tile to anyone looking for a reliable and professional kitchen redesign company. We would definitely use Express Union Tile again for any future tile projects and think you should too. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We chose Express Union Tile because of the great reviews we read. And our experience before the…read morepurchase was 5-stars. The salesperson was helpful and answered all our questions. They even came to our house twice to measure everything to make sure the design worked and the size of kitchen cabinets to make sure our built in refrigerator and pantry cabinets were the right sizes. HOWEVER, after sale and delivery the nightmare started! Our carpenter showed up to start the project and looked at the design that Express Union Tile gave us, and the design was missing a whole section above the stove! Then came the pantry installation. He noticed that the design they gave us was missing an entire floor to ceiling panel! So mid project I had to call them to show them the flaw in the design..... of course they didn't apologize and instead charged me to have new panels ordered. We had no choice but to pay. THEN, after we finished the pantry installation, the refrigerator came and the guys couldn't get it to be flush with the cabinets. Turns out that the depth of panels they ordered for us was actually less than the size of the panels that was on their design and what we paid for! I called them multiple times and even spoke with the owner, Mike. He didn't accept any responsibility and blamed our carpenter, wall, and pretty much everyone except themselves! We're now having to call the cabinet manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, etc to recover.

While doing the necessary repairs to the home through insurance we also decided to take the opportunity to remodel our kitchen and dining room areas out of pocket. Magnolia was one of the contractors we brought in for a price quote. The contractor who came out was extremely condescending and belittling - assuming that my wife and I could not afford the cost of the project. On multiple occasions the contractor made unnecessary comments related to the anticipated costs of the remodel - alluding to our assumed inability to afford the scope of the work. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work done. There are plenty of contractors in the market that will deliver a high quality product without thumbing their nose at you or assuming that they're too good for any job. If you want a company that acts like they're elite but only deliver the same outcome as anyone else - look no further - this is a great choice for you.
