As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted and asked what we were seeking. Once we inform the salesman that we wanted to buy tile for our kitchen backsplash, immediately he asked us to pick out sample of what our kitchen cabinets and counter top looked like. (I was totally impressed.) Then we picked out several samples of tiles that we liked. We picked out the perfect colored tile with accent tiles. If anyone is redoing their kitchen I highly recommend Sabri at Brunswick Design on Route 18. Their customer service was outstanding and the prices were the best I found. They have a wide selection to choose from and anything they didn't have that I wanted, they found for me. I needed just a small bathroom vanity. I could not find much in the size I needed and what I found had a long wait for delivery. Saw an ad for Brunswick Design and tried them. They were great. Even though I was just getting a small order they treated me like their best customer. They had a nice showroom but not what I wanted in stock. Nuray searched the catalogue to find what I wanted and promised me a quick delivery. She came through and I couldn't be happier. Great staff, great products. DO NOT BUY FROM BRUNSWICK DESIGN! I purchased a $2000 bathroom vanity and top from Brunswick Design on 9/7/2019. They gladly took my money and promised that it would take 1 week to be ready. That would bring us to 9/16, but they stated "Wednesday the latest." I was kind of in a bind because a vanity that I had ordered 2 weeks prior from a different company ended up being discontinued and I was told about it one day before I was to receive it. So I went ahead and doubled my vanity budget and went with Brunswick Design. Wednesday came and still no vanity. I emailed them and requested a status update. I was told that the top was ready but the cabinets have not come in yet, and they expect them by Friday. Friday comes and I receive a call from Brunswick Design stating " are you waiting for a vanity top ? It is ready to be picked up." I asked them if the vanity was ready yet and they stated "um, that is a good question hmm let me see." After a brief time the person said "here it is, we have it." Upon my arrival to the store a few hours later I was greeted by a gentleman who immediately stated "you're going to kill me." He proceeded to tell me that on piece was not there and the vanity is incomplete. I informed him that was unacceptable since the vanity should have been ready by Wednesday "the latest." I was so frustrated that I requested a refund. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BRUNSWICK DESIGN TO ANYONE. read more

Wow wow wow!!! I'm huge about customer service and let me tell you I won't go anywhere else other than Brunswick Design!!! The owner Oz is just the most HONEST business person I've ever come across. I came In today and was thinking to facelift my 12 year old kitchen. He saw pictures and told me in all honesty that my kitchen still is in great shape and looks great and that I should really want a few more years before I update. How honest is that!! He could have easy taken on a big renovation and made some quick cash from me but he was not about that. He trully cares about the customers who walk into his store. With that said I will wait a few years to get my kitchen done. I will tell EVERYONE I know that this place is where they want to get their projects done. So professional and really value their customers. Also they have beautiful and quality cabinetry, tiles, granite, quartz etc in the store.
