Milosz has since not answered for how this happened or even bothered responding to messages. Good luck if you work with them bc clearly the design process is seriously lacking. Also watch them closely during your Reno. They gutted my kitchen and walls completely and started putting up new cabinets before closing the walls behind it, including a wall that backs up to my garage.

When we ordered a washer and dryer that would not fit he found other parts of the project to work on until we could get what would fit. From start to finish they took three weeks. Our project was definitely a large task in our eyes as they rerouted all the plumbing within a concrete slab. So we were pleasantly surprised when we visited this time. The showroom is gorgeous, and the staff immediately helped us. We were installing a 8" x 9 foot drink rail for a game room, so we were on a budget. They worked with us to find a remnant in the color we wanted. They helped us choose our options for edge and corners, and set up a time for on-site measurement. It was just before Christmas, so we chose to defer installation until after the holiday. When they measured, they were right on time, and used high tech laser equipment to measure and draw the space. They discussed the support requirements to me, and they were gone in less than a half hour. They returned with the granite about week later, and installed the slab professionally and neatly. We were very impressed throughout the process.

The first time I had people over, and was holding court alone in my kitchen with everyone hanging on the other side of the counter... it was a beautiful thing. He even incorporated shelves into the design to display my collection of cookbooks and cooking antiques. The kitchen is the star feature of my living space. We also had the pleasure of working with Jason. He is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. All of the vendors Bill recommended were excellent. They did quality work and were extremely professional. We moved into our house at the end of 2016, and I have been cooking and baking up a storm ever since. I never want to leave this kitchen behind, but if I have to, you can bet I will be calling Spyglass Design to build the next one.
