They are good but they are very expensive. But they were less expensive then the other estimate I received.

Trainwreck of an experience. Seemed very nice & accomodating at first, yet the first indication of trouble was when I recommended a friend they never called her back. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted, my purchase was dragged out over the phone & email, with ever-changing stories of prices, availability, ordering parameters, etc. After weeks, they ultimately decided they didn't want to do business with the company that was selling the tiles I wanted and, therefore, me. Definitely gives small business owners a bad name; treatment like this makes you wonder why you don't just go straight to Lowe's. read more

Lovely work! Jacob and Christina are great to work with and they will help you find exactly what you need. I just got my kitchen floors tiled by them (wood-look tiles, see photo) and next weekend I will have my backsplash done by them also. So far the kitchen floors are magnificent. Check out my photo. We are very happy with the great job Jacob and his team did with our remodeling of our bathroom! They were very professional and did everything as expected. They were very good at "thinking outside the box" with a few issues that came up. They also helped with other items we needed done in the house outside of the bathroom. All we can say is to use this company! We just had our kitchen totally remodeled by Decora Tile and Stone. From the moment the design process started, Jacob and Christina were the utmost professionals and they are experts at what they do. We have been using Decora for years, 1st with a minor kitchen project, next with two of our bathrooms and now with a huge kitchen remodel. Our kitchen was gutted and everything was replaced. All I can say is WOW!! They finished the entire job in two weeks!! We heard horror stories of other companies taking 8-10 weeks for kitchen remodels.....not Decora!!! Their workers are respectful and very neat. Jacob was on the job site everyday overseeing the entire process and Christina was always available to help with design questions. I purchased tile from DeCora Tile for a new kitchen floor and backsplash as well as for our new master bathroom. They did the replacement of the floor and backsplash as well as the renovation of the bathroom. Christina and Jacob are very friendly and helpful. They give their honest opinion and both are quite knowledgeable with the entire selection in the store. They treat your job in your home as it was a job in their home. It is quite a process to make major changes in your home. It takes a lot of patience and Chirstina and Jacob were more patient that I was! Their 3-men crew worked very hard and did a beautiful job in the kitchen and bathroom. They were always pleasant, respectful and so helpful. One of the workers always said to me, "We just want to make you happy with the work we do for you." They paid great attention to detail and were creative and meticulous. They put in 8 hour days, which is great for a customer who is having work done in a kitchen and bathroom. The jobs were completed in less time than they estimated. I have known Decora tiles for many years now. They have done a fantastic job for us that includes bathroom remodeling, kitchen tiling, basement and front porch. I think the most important thing is his quality of work. I have never had any complaints and that is probably the most important thing with tiling work.
