I was very interested in hiring this business for a small bathroom remodel. I was contacted by Sal (Salvatore) and an appointment was made for him to visit my residence to assess the bathroom for the upcoming work. He took measurements, we talked and he said "Ok, I will be in touch in a few days", well that was just about a month ago and not one word. The store was recommended by a friend. They have a larger selection and organized presentation in comparison to many other shops I visitedl I. had seen a beautiful backsplash that was over $100 a square foot at another place. I showed the sales woman a photo and she found a similar backsplash. that was in my budget. They allowed me to take home several samples over the holidays. I picked up the order today and love it. The staff was also very patient waiting for me to coordinate with my contractor to confirm the amount and type of supplies needed. They were very helpful throughout the process. read more

I will never use Titan tile. Customer service was awful. Looked around and wasnt acknowledged by any employee for about 15 minutes. Asked for help and was told to wait - no " hello, ill be right with you" - just " wait." Not a problem, we continued to wait.. as we were looking an employee walked passed me and said "im not helping you right now" to which i replied - I wasnt asking you for anything. We left. Ive never experienced a ruder set of employees. Will never use Titan tile. read more

I can't give this place not even one star but unfortunately only way to post as they are thiefs and liars, they make up stories and also tamper with original receipt so that they get their way. Ordered tiles paid up front and Was told They would be in one week and was going to be called when to pick up, after a week I kept calling store to find out if tiles were in never received an answer to my numerous messages and I needed to get tile work done . I called credit card company to put in a claim as I bought tiles somewhere else and only then after credit card company contacted store did I get an answer back with a very unprofessional lady yelling and screaming profanities that I needed to pick up tiles or else! I tried to explain that no one called me and tried to resolve it but she kept talking over me and kept hanging up on me As I tried calling her back numerous times.Claim was put in and she lied when contacted by credit card company that tiles were received and forged information on existing receipt which she sent to credit card company to go in her favor. never use this place as I am forced to go through legal channels now to prove her made up claims to credit card company! I found this family run business to be outstanding in every aspect from personalized service, competitive pricing, selection, ordering, and timely delivery. Sofia is friendly, professional and eager to help you find what you're looking for. She took endless hours assisting me to find the perfect selection of tile for each room in our new home. The women that own the shop are extremely inattentive while looking down their nose at you. if it weren't for Anthony (the help), they would probably be out of business. They certainly don't go out of their way to help in the process of selecting tile.Did someone explain to them that decorating is not a 1 and done sale. I am in agreement. One star is too many! Horrible, awful, unprofessional! Grout from tile is still coming up after second repair. Customer service is just awful, the women in the store are beyond rude. I went to Titan Tile after I went to few other tile stores and I have to say I was so glad. The help I got from all the girls was great. I ordered my tile and it came in quick. The issue is that they have too much business vs starving, hence for their lack of customer service, enforcing restocking fees(they claim the dist charges them for restocking) it actually should apply to special order only disclosed upfront not after the fact when you call to return, like its happened to me as well. btw, I found a 3x6 glass tile that I was as interested in, quoted me $19.99 @ Sq Ft Merola is the company, found it @ Millhurst Mills @ 17 Sweetsman ln, Manalapan NJ, dump of a show room,(its a building supplier: tiles, kitchen 7 bathroom cabs, doors etc..) but they carried the same tile quoted $17 @ Sq Ft, got for $14SqFt delivered in 2 days....that's how you get even with these arrogant idiots @ Titan Tile, Ideal tile is the same! thx, LB read more

I hate to write a negative review but hope it will help somebody. Just judge for yourself: the store salesperson (Dana or Diana - not clear from her handwriting on the back of the business card) gave me the price of $8.50 and after negotiating a discount of $7.65 for the Dom Khadi beige 20x20 inch. porcelain tile. Guess how much it cost in 3 other stores in the 20 miles radius from the Titan Tile? From $4.50 to $4.75! Quite a bit difference, isn't it! Just be aware about overpricing there. read more

I purchased 40 pcs of a 2" x 2" accessory tile on 10/18 at 7.99 ea with a total of 348.00. The woman who wrote it up gave me an invoice to sign with the pcs and cost on it and nothing else on it. She then put everything in a bag and we left. Today I took the tiles out, looked at the receipt and found "end of run, sale final, no returns" was written across the invoice. Wow, she wrote it AFTER I signed the invoice. Very deceptive and VERY dishonest of her - never said anything prior. Also be aware if you try to return something that is a regular stock item, they take 25% for a restocking fee. read more
