They have not come to install my carpet yet, and I'll have an updated review once that happens. But right now, I can say that this business is highly unorganized. After measuring my room, it took them almost a week just to put me in their schedule. I called multiple times to try and work something out with them, and kept being told they would "call back" by a certain time, just for me to have to call them again because they don't call back. When they scheduled me, they gave me less than 24 hours notice. And that's not even the worst of it... About two hours before my appointment, I was called and told they "mixed up scheduling" and they could no longer come. I asked if they could come the next day, and was told they don't know what their schedule is for tomorrow... I'm not sure how carpeting businesses work, but I highly doubt any business would allow for themselves to not even know their next day schedule. So now I am waiting for yet another "call back" to see if they can fit me in tomorrow.
I guess I can say that if you have a tight schedule with your job, school, etc. or you're on a timed schedule of when things need to be done, don't rely on these people to be accommodating. I really hope my carpet comes out great, or this whole experience would be a waste. read more
