In this market of declining retail sales and with the big-box stores looking to put the little guys out of business, you might think this store might get their act together.

After a week long wait, I called back only to hear from the same person that he didn't remember that he would call back and that we can go to any other place and buy the stuff. This salesman probably forgot to follow up on my conversation and chose to take a aggresive stand to hide their own inefficiencies. Either way, not the best professional experience and I would be very hesitant to recommend this place to anyone anymore.

The experience was so good that we are using them again for a much larger project. Thought the experience couldn't be any better than the first one but I was wrong. The salesman this time around, Gary, has been awesome. Knowledgeable, personable, and hilarious.
