We never discussed a budget, but the job was a bedroom and a staircase, totaling about 35 yards. In this market of declining retail sales and with the big-box stores looking to put the little guys out of business, you might think this store might get their act together.

Upon calling last week, a member from his team spoke to me and promised to get back to me in a day on my query on pricing since Mark is away indefinitely. After a week long wait, I called back only to hear from the same person that he didn't remember that he would call back and that we can go to any other place and buy the stuff. This salesman probably forgot to follow up on my conversation and chose to take a aggresive stand to hide their own inefficiencies. Either way, not the best professional experience and I would be very hesitant to recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I had a budget and a specific time frame I needed my Vinyl flooring installed, and he was able to accommodate both of those needs for me. Our floors were installed within 6 hours for about 1300 square feet and they are stunningly perfect. CJ made himself available to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease.
